We wanted the best job possible and that is exactly what Midtown Home Improvements and their subcontractor did. From the start to the finish. Great communication skills from everyone even the employee of the subcontractor. You will be pleased with their skills and performance and professionalism. The installer was great and the quality of the patio cover is better than we expected. It looks beautiful.

I contracted with MHI (BBB A+ contractor) for 2 projects: replacing my gutters, and replacing my front & rear entry doors. Both projects were completed in good time, with the highest quality of both product and workmanship. They'll be at the top of my list for my next home improvement project.

I’ve used them for several different projects. Window replacement, basement windows and door replacement, E Shield attic insulation and windows and siding on my back porch.

I had a cover added to complete my back patio. Luke, Brandon, and the crew were all great to work with. They do what is promised. I’ve had my cover now 9 months and it’s still a beautiful addition to my home. Some may say it’s pricey, and I would agree. But don’t you want the best return on your investment? With any project from Midtown, it’s well worth the investment.

Project (a deck) was completed quickly. The county inspector remarked about the high quality of the work - as did the assessor's inspector who came to close out the permit. We are very pleased with the results.

We recently contracted with Midtown to have a new deck installed on our historic home. Any concerns we initially had regarding workmanship, quality, or integrity were immediately put to rest. This company was exemplary in every aspect. From teardown of the old deck to completion of the new build, we were made aware via the customer portal of progress or concerns. Michaela, in the office, addressed our emails quickly and allayed any fears we may have had. Thanks to Jacob, Nolan, Tony, Juan and everyone for a quality performance! Kudos to them all!

Had Midtown Home Improvements replace some windows in our home. Bedroom, laundry room and garage. Total of 9 windows. Their installers did a great job for us and when they were done you would have never know they were there. Everything was cleaned up and teach and old windows hauled away.
