We were very impressed with Midtownâ s quality of service. The windows took a little while to come in because of COVID backups, but once they did they got them installed very quickly. The two guys who installed them were very nice and helpful and made sure we knew how to work them before they left. We immediately saw the temperature difference in our rooms and the savings on our electricity bill! We are going to work on other sections of the house as soon as possible and will be using Midtown Home Improvement for the job.

Enjoyed working with them they were pros and made the process smooth.

These windows are not only very well built but are just beautiful They had eight windows done in one day and I can,t say enough about how efficient they were and cleaned up . they were hear the day they said and at the time they said , also their installers were polite and professional . I could'nt be anymore satisfied . would definately reccomend Midtown Home Improvements to anyone .

The staff, products and service was top notch. The installation went well and the finished look is spectacular. I had my kitchen redone several years ago but my budget didn't allow me to put in the stone countertops I really wanted at the time. I now feel like my kitchen is what I really wanted all with the great work done by Midtown!! I already have another project I'm thinking of and will contact Midtown for sure.

We hired them to remodel our bathroom. They did an excellent job. We did alot of calling around to get quotes but nobody else wanted to help us because we live in a modular home. They did and I couldn't be happier

Great experience with midtown

We recently had Midtown Home Improvement install a fence in our backyard. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was professional and exceeded our expectations. Our fence was installed earlier than originally scheduled which was awesome! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a good, quality fence!

Midtown came out and still a soffit and fascia and windows and doors. All services were done on time with excellent workmanship. I could not of asked for a better contractor.

Really great sales guy, and really professional/helpful install crew! Only negative, and this is not a knock on Midtown as it's the world we live in, was that due to COVID backlogs it was a number of months from ordering to install... again, I don't believe there is anything anyone can do about the massive number of home improvements being undertaken at this time!

Great company! The employees are all polite and professional. They have checked back several times to ensure their work was satisfactory to us. They were quicker with their project than estimated. We would gladly recommend them for your next project!

Installation crew was respectful and while working all day in the rain used drop clothes to protect our carpets and floors.

I appreciated they came out to remeasure our windows to make sure the custom windows were correctly made. While waiting for the windows, they did a wonderful job keeping in touch and letting us know they havenâ t forgotten about us. The installation team was amazing-quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall the customer service is great! Cortez was very friendly when checking in after the install to make sure we were happy with the windows.

It was put up fast and looks great.
