I contacted Midtown, among others to tear out and build a new deck. They returned the call and set a date to inspect the project. Bob and Dan came out and met with my wife Elizabeth and me, and we sat down to discuss the details. Their demonstration was excellent. We decided upon a price, and within a short period, the permit was issued and the work began. Within two weeks it was finished, and we could not be more pleased. There are many companies who would have sold us a less expensive package, but you truly get what you pay for. Excellent quality with the best materials, and workmanship is the Midtown Home Improvements way. We highly recommend Midtown for any home improvements that you may seek. Midtown Home Improvements did a fantastic job. They planned the job with us, were specific as to what materials they would use and the cost to us. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We expected the deck to look nice when they were finished, but instead, it looked awesome! We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build or replace a deck.

we had gutters and an aluminum fence installed. Midtown did a great job on both. I especially love the aluminum fence. Low maintenance. Will not blow down in the wind. Will not rot or mildew.

Not the cheapest, but the quality is amazing. Everyone is very nice, polite, and helpful. They don't leave a scratch and clean up well after. The first windows have been in for almost a year. They still function perfectly and insulate very well. The second set for the downstairs are brand new, but they seem just as solid.

Workers were great. Super nice and good workmanship.

They did an excellent job redoing our siding and windows. There was one problem withe the back door that was fixed right away.
