Dan was very good at working with us and we liked his pricing model. Dan always got back to us quickly when we had questions and very responsive to our requests. The finished basement met our expectations and we could not be more pleased. We plan to continue to use Dan for other projects at our house.

His quality stood out to me. He doesn't respond to my calls anymore. If I could get a hold of him, I would use him again. He could've had a kitchen remodel, but he hasn't responded back to me.

After several weeks of demo & reconstruction, it was difficult to get Dan to come back and finish his work. In the end, he failed to finish installing a GFI outlet and to take the mess he made during demo with him. I now have half of a 2 car garage FULL of things I am unable to dispose of easily. Also, when replacing sheetrock on an outside wall in my kitchen, he did not put insulation in btw the walls. Is VERY cold in the winter. Shortcuts were taken, for sure. If hired, don't completely pay him until you inspect the work and make sure it is finished. I made the mistake, thinking he would come back and finish some small things. Sugar coated lies.

You need to hire this hire. Coming from someone new to having major remodel projects, I had no idea what to expect. Dan met with my wife and I and sold us immediately. His plans, expertise, and desire to fulfill our needs and wishes was outstanding. He consistently communicated with us about what was happening next. He was able to update plans based on new ideas or suggestions (within reason). His crew were professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They treated our house like their own. When unexpected issues popped up, he worked with us to make the best of the situation. From here on out, when anyone asks me for a recommendation for remodeling, Dan Weber will be the only answer I give.

The final product is beautiful. Everything that I requested was completed. Dan was flexible to work with as I had a couple of design changes. There were issues that came up that were corrected. But I did have to monitor the job. I would hire Dan again for future projects. A fair price for exactly what I was looking for. It should be noted that Dan quotes the price for the work and you supply the finishes, which he installs. So this provides more flexibility if you want to do your own design.

The work was done efficiently and professionally. The trim is tight to the walls and ceiling and the corners precise. Nail holes are filled and the cleanup the best we have ever had from any contractor we have ever had. The opening for the exterior door is irregular but Dan mangaged to make the finished job look very professional.

I was very happy with Dan and his crew. They keep in touch with you every step of the way and let you know all details. Dan and his crew are very professional, courteous and thorough with the job! I would definitely hire Dan again.

Dan showed up to provide an estimate and was extremely nice and professional. We discussed what was needed, he took measurements, had me fill out a folder with my name and contact info, and he promised me he would get back to me in a day or so with an estimate. I waited a week, then I called him, then I texted him, then I called him again. Finally after a couple of weeks, he called me on the weekend with various excuses about "the secretary" and "been on vacation. His final words to me were "Don't give up on me!" And then I never heard from him again. In my opinion, Dan has an issue with saying no to people. If you don't want/don't have time for my business, just say so, don't string me along for weeks. It's really funny, because when you meet Dan, he is the NICEST guy and you just love him to pieces...just don't expect him to ever get back to you.

Dan helped us take our ideas and get them down on paper. He then provided what we felt was a fair quote, so we decided to hire him for our basement refinish. Our project was estimated to take 6-8 weeks, and despite some unexpected and uncontrollable challenges, it was fully complete at 10 weeks. Dan and his team communicated with us frequently, not only when they were on-site, but also via phone/text/e-mail, to keep us up to date. Throughout the construction process, they were very receptive to our thoughts and ideas, and offered opinions and advice as well. As for the quality of the work, his previous Angie's List reviews were right on target. We are thrilled with the finished project. I will post before and after pictures in the next day or so. We highly recommend Dan Weber and his team and suggest you give them a call for your next home construction project.

The project was pretty smooth from start to finish...Dan had given our project a 2-3 month window and they finished well within that time frame. Dan and his crew were very courteous and mindful of our space upstairs...they always put down tarps to avoid tracking dust everywhere. David who primarily worked on our project was very knowledgeable, patient and calm throughout the 2 months it took to finish the space. He kept us updated on what he and his crew were working on for that particular week and kept us informed of future plans...we had to purchase a few things for them to put in...everything went smoothly because of good co-ordination. We would be happy to hire them again for any future projects....have also recommended them to friends.

We interviewed 5 contractors we found on Angie's List. We went with Dan not only because of his high reviews, but because he seemed eager for our business and had some good ideas on the project. We have a full, unfinished walk out basement (about 1200-1500 square feet) and needed it remodeled to accommodate our teenagers and make the space more useable. We added a full bathroom, a bedroom (with a new window), a workout room, and a storage area. And of course a huge entertainment space with a dry bar, a spot for a huge flat screen TV and room for ping pong and bumper pool. We decided to go with Dan at the end of March and he started on the first of May - thank goodness because we needed that time to clean out the basement for him! He finished the project in 3 months as promised. His crew was friendly and reliable and Dan stayed in close communication with us throughout the duration of the project - he helped with ideas (like a barn door for the workout room), but also let us customize along the way. We went with the suppliers he recommended for flooring and bathroom fixtures. We could not be happier with the project. It has changed our house completely and we love spending time in the new space. Dan is professional, trustworthy, and an excellent contractor. I'm already saving money to invite him back to remodel our kitchen and living room upstairs! You simply cannot go wrong with this guy - he deserves a top rating.

We were very satisfied with the work that Dan and his crew did. We did the bathrooms in stages over a period of 2 - 3 months. Each stage of the job was relatively small and required some waiting between stages between countertop templating and install (with another company). He worked with me to fit the work in right when we needed it done so we didn't have to go any extra time without a fully functioning bathroom. His crew was always friendly and on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Everything went well with the estimates. Dan followed up several times. I decided to sign a contract for the wall removal to see how that went before doing the bathroom with him (which was obviously much more expensive). I signed a contract and scheduled the start date of the work and that's when things started to go poorly. After setting the date for Dan to start I ordered new kitchen cabinets and granite for an island I was putting in. I called and messaged Dan a few times to confirm the date and he said everything was fine. The day Dan was supposed to start the work he called and said he had to reschedule due to internal employee issues. I gave Dan a new date he could start and he said he would follow up with me, which NEVER happened. I spent thousands on cabinets and set dates to have the granite measured and installed (which I had to cancel). Dan was completely unprofessional and I would never use his services. I would have preferred if he were honest and would let me know he would not be available instead of stringing people along. I had a wedding at my house and planned for everything to be completed, but it was not done because of him. I guess a signed contract with him is only one sided....

Very smooth - Dan is great and very easy to work with. The bid was also very competitive with other companies even though we liked Dan the best, so it was an easy choice. I also like that Dan kept in touch with us to make sure we were happy and well-informed throughout the process. And he happily tweaked anything needed along the way to make sure we were happy with everything. Will definitely work with Dan (and Ryan) again.

Dan and his crew were always friendly and did a great job building a new deck with stairs for us. We had a few design changes late in the build process. Dan was very professional and was able to accommodate our changes. Not only that, right before the deck project was to be completed, we asked Dan to add a pergola on the deck. Again, Dan was very professional and agreed to do it even though his crew was about to wrap up the whole project. Overall, we are very appreciative of Dan's flexibility and professionalism, especially since we had thrown him a couple of curve balls during the project. The deck turned out great. We would definitely recommend Dan to anyone and would definitely call him for future projects.

Dan was great to work with. His bid was in line with others we had received, and he was very willing to work with us on scheduling to get it done when we needed. His schedule estimate was also right on (it was nice to have had a realistic estimate of how long the work would take). When we were looking for cabinets, he recommended a cabinet sales group that we had a good experience with as well. We were pleased with the entire experience. The subcontractors that he had were generally great to work with, and when there was an issue, Dan took care of it quickly. The finished kitchen looks great, and the ceiling looks great as well. There was good communication throughout the project, and he was willing to work through any changes we wanted done as the work went on. His team also did a good job cleaning up after themselves when done. We'll keep Dan in mind whenever we need future remodeling work done around the house.

Both rooms look amazing. We are very pleased with their work. The projects were: 1) Completed on time 2) Completed on budget 3) Exceeded expectations with craftsmanship. We will definitely work with Dan and his team in the future.

Dan was excellent to work with. He is very easy to contact, and was always quick to respond to a phone call or a text message. He was very professional during the entire process, from quote to completion. On the day of service, Dan and co arrived on time, and went straight to work. They worked efficiently and as quietly as a contractor can be. His worker was extremely friendly and polite, and they respected our home during and after the job. I was nervous about hiring a contractor, but this was an easy, pain-free experience. The work looks better than I hoped it would. Dan is truly a pro, and it's obvious that he takes pride in his work. I have already recommended him to my friends who are looking to improve their homes.

We were excited to work with Dan and his crew again. This is the second time we've used Dan for house updates and, again, he is fantastic. Last time, we had our basement updated to a great bar and movie room. This time, we had Dan tackle our outdated fireplace, painting throughout the house, and two bathroom updates. Next time, if we decide to finish out the unfinished side of our basement or update our kitchen, we will definitely call Dan. In short, he can be counted on to do anything. He's responsive, friendly, and well priced. He may not be the least expensive, but he's certainly not the most expensive, and he and his crew do great work. They are respectful of your timelines and your space, and their final outcomes are impressive. I would recommend Dan for anything that needs doing. Dan and his crew are great!
