From when Steve came to give me the estimate to when the work was complete, they were professional, hard working and acted like they were doing work in their own home. I would recommend these folks and use them again.

Dan Weber Construction was referred to us by Chic Lumber. We had several projects we were considering; one of which was construction of a ground-level deck with the re-enforcement of an existing second story deck. Dan came out; listened to what we had in mind and contacted us within a few days with a detailed plan and estimate. The project was tweaked and expanded twice before we finally broke ground. Dan was knowledgable and very accommodating. He showed up on time, left the work site clean and finished on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely work with Dan on future projects.

We started our remodel in September and it was completed right before Thanksgiving. Living in an older home you are never sure what "surprises" you will find! Dan kept us informed and found cost effective solutions to anything we ran into. He was always punctual and his crew were just as professional and pleasant as he was. Dan was more of a perfectionist than I was and I am so glad I chose him. I have received so many compliments on my kitchen. Every one is amazed at the transformation. There are certain things I demanded from a contractor during this project: At project's end, deliver on project specs as agreed to in quote Show up on site as expected Bring only people into my home who I could trust around my toddler and wife Complete the project as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality Be available when questions arise and quickly resolve any discrepencies between my expectations and performed work Maintain an environment where despite ongoing construction, our family could still maintain some sort of normalcy in our home in the evenings I assume anyone looking to hire a contractor would demand the same or similar things as listed above. Since Dan Weber General Contracting met each of these demands, I felt it might be more helpful focus on where Dan Weber exceeded these expectations, since that is where I believe contractors separate themselves from one another. Areas Dan Weber Contracting exceeded my expectations: My toddler thought that Dan was so cool because he was a real construction guy with tools and alike. He always wanted to strike up a conversation with Dan in the mornings before he went to school. Dan ALWAYS took the time to speak with him and make him feel special We have a dog who stays home during the day. Fortunately, the weather was almost always perfect during this project so he was able to stay outside and not be bothered by the construction. When it did rain a few days, Dan volunteered to let him out a few times when the rain let up to help our dog take a break from the commotion. Also, being outside, our dog drank all of his water and I know of a few times at least that the crew filled up the water bowl. In our living room, which butts up against the kitchen, we had cheap builder's grade baseboards. When Dan replaced the baseboards in the kitchen, he did so with higher quality material. He realized that on the corners shared by the kitchen and the living room, the baseboards did not match up. SInce he had the material there, (after running it by us first), he went ahead and replaced the baseboards in the living room as a courtesy. In the guest bathroom, once the tile was in place, we just didn't quite like the positioning of the dark and light tiles. It would have passed just fine, but when my wife and I brought it up and Dan was in the discussion, he encouraged us to have him take up a few tiles and replaced them with others. It can be nerve-racking to tell someone who works as hard as Dan does to redo something they've put so much seat into, but Dan was very dedicated to making sure we would be excited about our remodel for years to come, and welcomed our thoughts. Though Dan is a football fan, we volunteered to work some Sundays to expedite the project and get us back into a normal living condition as soon as possible. I should also mention that he always asked first if it was OK to work on any particular day. I had been sawing a few branches off of our tree, but my saw was old and wore down. I asked one of Dan's crew members if they had a saw in the van or on site. They did not, however when I came home, the branches I wanted to remove were taken care of. Those types of things make a real difference to me. I strongly recommend Dan Weber General Contracting for your next project. No one is perfect, so I will mention this one thing. Though in general they kept our home as clean as possible during the remodel, I did go downstairs in the basement one morning to exercise and my mat (which I do sit-ups/push-ups on) had footsteps of dust/grout across it. Nothing major, but enough to where I needed to clean up a bit before starting my exercise. I felt as though it was preventable, but I didn't think too much of it. I would just recommend to mention areas like this for Dan's team to be aware of and I'm sure they would avoid this type of situation for you. I hope this helps and I'm sure I'm leaving some things off. If you keep your lines of communication open with Dan, I have no doubt that he will do everything he can to make you a completely satisfied repeat customer.

Dan came in and gave us a very reasonable bid to gut our kitchen and remodel completely. Having an older home , we ran into some unforeseen problems, such as rotted floors and uneven walls. Dan was able to fix these problems as we found them at a minimal cost and time delay. He was also able to work with us as we changed our layout on the fly. Dan has an eye for detail and some great suggestions that we didn't even consider. We are getting ready to have some more remodeling work done, and we didn't even call anyone else for a bid other than Dan! My kitchen is beautiful, and I never hesitate to refer Dan to my friends and co-workers!

Dan Weber met with us to discuss our projects and gave us an exact timeline and estimate of the costs. Dan and his team arrived on time, were always professional, and left the work area clean and tidy. During the project Dan gave us updates and let us know what the next step would be. Both of our projects were finished on time, as promised, and within budget. We would (and do) recommend Dan Weber General Construction for any home improvement project.

Dan is a great professional that is dedicated to his work and provided me with a finished product that was reasonably priced, promptly finished and looked fantastic.

Dan was courteous and patient with us while we made our decisions. He was always prompt. His pricing was very competitive!! We have already gotten a bid on other projects in our home. We look forward to working with him in the near future.

Dan submitted an estimate, set a start date and worked with flexibility of our schedule. They completed the project ahead of schedule.

We needed to finish some trim work and moulding before the flooring was laid in our basement, which was a week away. We were given Dan's number and gave him a call. He was able to get there the next day to give us an estimate and time frame. He was extremely friendly, showed up at the time he gave us, and finished the work on time. Plus, there was no hidden costs!! He then finished our bathroom by installing an onyx shower, vanity and toilet. W hen we called with a question he returned our call immediately. He made sure the job was down correctly and met our expectations. He was very reliable and fair with his prices. I would recommend him to a friend!

The process was great, Dan was able to adjust to our needs and wants. We were able to change our minds on things and Dan would adjust beautifully. Dan took our ideas and improved on them to make our project better than we could of imagined. Dan completed the project on time and kept us informed through out the entire process. We had the freedom to purchase our own products or use Dan to get great deals on material needed. Now, when friends and family come into our basement. We feel proud and excited to show off Dan's work. Thanks, Dan!!!

All the projects they did for us were GREAT! Very easy to work with, very competitively priced. Any snags they took care of immediately. Bottom line, you get quality, professional work.
