Showed up when they said. Left holes in back yard from were the drop the limbs, Clean up was good. Ground stump down also.

So far the work has been good. They are always on time and great with sticking to the schedule.

We called Allen?s Tree Service and had them come out to take a look at our bushes. After explaining to Kevin what we had in mind, he made some suggestions on the type of bushes to use and the layout and worked up a proposal for us. They came out as scheduled and started the job. The crew was very nice and made sure stop and ask questions as they went along. They also made some good suggestions on the project. We did run into a small problem, they did not have enough of the keystone blocks to complete the stone wall around the patio. Their supplier was out of stock on the blocks, so that delayed the project by one week. They did return as promised and completed the project the following week. I would say that this was not that big of an issue, but we had taken days off from work to make sure that we were home during the project and this involved taking an additional day off. We are very happy with how the project turned out. We would use Allen?s Tree Service again in the future. I think that we will have them come out in the spring and prune and mulch so that things stay looking nice.

They set up properly. They did what they said they did and cleaned up. We're still waiting for the stump to be ground. They said there was a lot of business because of tornadoes and things in the area so it was going to take a while so we're waiting on that.

They were very good. They took it down even though it was leaning and they have to go through a fence. They were very thorough. I don’t have any problems with them at all. They were professional. They had the right equipment to take down a tree that is in precarious spots. They rake up the yard and they took everything with them and it was nice. They called me when they were coming and they got here right away. They know what they’re doing.

They were great, courteous, and quick. They cleaned up after themselves and made it look like there wasn't a tree there.

Mr. Allen responded to my request for a quote for minor tree trimming with 2 hours of my call! He is obviously very knowledgeable. His crew arrived just a few days after I met with Mr. Allen. They were fast, efficient, thorough and I didn't find one limb in my yard! I would certainly use this company again.

Matt was very pleasant, professional and did a great job. The office was nice, too. I'm happy to report that the job didn't cost as much as the estimate provided over the phone. Hooray! An honest company! I definitely recommend them for snow removal!

They did a great job. They were here when promised and finished in good time. They cleaned up the yard and chipped all the branches and debris.

I had someone come out last year (2011) and give me a price on relocating a very small tree from its location of 2 years. The cost was $125.00. Seemed reasonable however I didn't get around to having the tree moved so this year (2012) I had someone out again since I wanted a price on some other work. I was given a new price to relocate the tree of $275.00. This seems ridiculous. The tree is pretty much the same size as last year. I called the rep out on the discrepancy and he told me that the price change was due to higher labor costs or something - highly unlikely that costs went up that much. He told me if I went with them for the other work he would honor the previous years price. How sweet...

I had hoped for a couple of days notice on when they would arrive to down the trees but when they called about two weeks after I returned the contract they said they could be there in 20 minutes if I was home. Four men arrived, and two attacked each tree. They worked in what appeared to be a safe and deliberate way. The two trees were down in about 2 hours. Overall I was quite satisfied. I don't give out excellent ratings to many, I expected fair service for fair payment and I did get that. I was quite happy with their service and would call them again if I need to.

Although they are the cheapest, I don't know that I would use them again. My contract was written that they would be paid $80 per hour per person for 4 men and a set amount for the tree in front. In other words, $320 an hour. They arrived at 8:30 and didn't start work until 8:55. 3 of the 4 men stood by the truck until the foreman started. I mentioned to the foreman that it was 8:55 and I guess he could start billing me. He reported that he has to call the office when he pulls up in front of the house and that starts the time. He said he called it in at 8:30. I was really annoyed that I had just spent $150 to go over what I wanted done in my backyard (it was already written on the contract). I told them I was having my driveway paved this week, so if they wanted to put the chipper in my driveway that was fine. They liked that idea and I pulled my car out of the driveway so they could get closer to my backyard. They also put 1 ( one) tarp over my new gate. When handed the bill I asked that they take off some of the time it took them to get ready. They said NO! I called the office a couple of days later and asked for the bill to reflect the actual amount and I was told that I wasn't ready for them when they got their. She said "you didn't move your car out of the way and we had to put a tarp up" I told her I offered to move my car and it took all of one minute to put one tarp up. She refused to deduct anything off.

This was the first time I've used them. The cleanup was about $850 and the trees were about $1,200. They did a good job. They were kind of slow to get around to it. I contacted them the 1st of May and I was getting ready to contact somebody else. They did a good job when they did the work. They were courteous and cleaned up. I didn’t compare their prices but it was okay. I would probably use them again.

They were wonderful. They were on time, professional and their work was of great quality. Their pricing was fantastic and each time we have used them they have been so great about cleaning up after themselves that you wouldn't even know they had been here. They were amazing.

They are much more reasonably priced than the competition in the area. They are 20 % less expensive than a major competitor in the area. They took out the old sidewalk and put in the new one for $600. I get a lot of compliments on the sidewalk. It was perfect. They will take of you really fast.

The landscaping staff are always so very helpful and have wonderful ideas. Prices are always very reasonable. They go the extra mile to please. Am always very satisfied with their work

I used them in the spring, too. They did a great job and I will use them again in the future.

They were great once they got things squared away. Their paperwork is confusing as the devil. They would come out and give you an estimate but you don’t sign it. You sign a piece of paper that only they have and there is no contract. They did that and then I didn’t hear from them for 3 weeks. Then they called and said that they were coming out the next day. It was odd and it felt ugly for a little while. The lady, I think Allen’s wife, was real pushy.

I found them on Angie’s list. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. They responded promptly to my calls and emails. The other quotes I got from other companies were twice of what they quoted me.

Mr. Allen looked at everything and gave me a bid and I had them come and do it. He had two to three young men come in. They were very professional. They oversaw that this operation and everything was done well. I had nothing to compare their price with, but I think their price was appropriate.

I am very happy with them. They answer all my questions and give me hints and tips on what to do on my own. They are always on time.

They were very responsive. They weren’t trying to sell you on anything; instead they were trying to give you the best advice possible, which in our case was oil treatment for one of our trees. I liked the fact they weren’t trying to sell me and were very informative. They informed me of another tree we have that had rust and informed me there is nothing you can do. I appreciated the fact that they were very honest and gave me free advice. They are a well known company and they made me feel comfortable.

After transplanting approx 20 burning bushes, 8ft and taller, in the spring of 2010, all the bushes bloomed bright red in the fall of 2010. And the spring of 2011 they are all looking great! Mike was professional and easy to work with and the crew was great. I would recommend them to anyone! Honestly, I can't remember the exact charge but it was worth every penny!

They are the best. Staff are trained arborists and they will not butcher and kill your trees. Had major tree damage several years ago and previous tree service killed my trees ftom "topping". Mike is the greatest and has been helpful with landscaping. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
