They did a great job. The appointment was scheduled after receiving an estimate. The crew got there on time and explained what they would be doing. The worked very hard all day. It took from around 8 til a little after 5 pm. They put down tarps to remove the loose branches and worked the whole time. They took a short lunch break and continued. They seemed to be very careful since my house was close to the tree and they hauled everything away. The tree was very large so they really paid attention to what they were doing. I was very pleased with the whole job they did and how quickly they got it done.

They were very good about getting a quote back to us. The guys came out and sort of made short work of it they did a nice job and came out right away and did the mulch for us. We’ve used them in the past for some other things. They were excellent, they did a nice job, otherwise I wouldn’t call them back.

Initial contact- very responsive in sending someone out for an estimate. Scheduling- after we agreed on the cost they simply told me that they would do it when someone was in the area. I had to call again to force someone to actually do the work. Completion- job was done as described. My major complaint here is with the office staff. The office manager- I think her name was Christina- was one of the most rude and disorganized service professionals I have worked with. It was her inability to properly schedule her staff that seems to have caused the delay. I also had a coupon and it was physically handed to the workers. Apparently they lost it. I called the office after receiving the incorrect bill and they refused to honor the coupon. Christina insisted that I physically submit a coupon and considering I handed it to the worker I no longer had it. When I challenged the policy, Christina hung up on me! Overall the work was adequate and the tree service guys seemed good but I would not recommend them since customer service and satisfaction does not seem to matter to the company. I am actually VERY disappointed since I will need ongoing tree services.

They did a great job, responded quickly, and the price was reasonable

Went very well. The hickory tree was creaking and could pose a danger to them in removal. The team of 3 had both trees down w/in one hour-safely to all.

Wonderful. We liked them very well. If we have a problem with our tree, they're the guys we call. They're always very good. They come and they get it done and cleaned up and you'll never know they were here. They're a little bit more expensive than other people but they do a good job. They're the only people I call.

Crews showed up on time then supervisor came out. Everyone walked around went over plans. Crew was terrific - polite - helpful.

My wife and I were both very impressed with the service, Allen's employee's were very courteous and did not stop or discuss payment until the job was completely done.

They were quick to respond and give a fair estimate. Work was completed in the time frame they suggested. Trees look great, and they cleaned up everything really well! I also really liked that they provided proof of insurance and other qualitifications with their estimate.

On time, left virtually no mess, kept in contact with me as to time work being done. Have used them often and will continue to do so

The crew was punctual, arriving at the specified time. The entire procedure was expertly done, with each man knowing exactly what he should do. All members of the crew were friendly, polite and efficient, completing the task in good time. Should it be necessary to take down other trees in the future, we most definitely will call on Allen Tree Service.

They were excellent. They were very professional and efficient. They did a very good job, not destroying the rest of my yard taking out huge trees. My husband called them, they came by and gave us an estimate and we scheduled the work and they came out as scheduled and performed the work. The cleanup was wonderful. They hauled everything up.

We contacted them late winter/early spring to have landscaping done on our home. The consultation was good. After we signed the contract we were told that planting season and it would be about 6 weeks before the job was started. After 6 weeks had passed I called and they kept pushing the date back for some reason or another. I finally called in July and the job was still not done and we had no idea if it was actually going to be completed. I told them I did not want there service any longer and they were kind enough to give us a full refund.

Allen's provided suggestions for the replacement shrubs or trees and listened quite well to our wishes for providing low maintenance replacements. They were respectful of our property and took pride in their work. We have used other tree/ landscape companies in the past. Allen's was clearly much more reliable and professional. They even suggested trans- planting one tree in the spring rather than cutting it down. We will look forward to that being done when the weather warms. We will definately call Allen's for future work..

Allen's Tree Service Inc. was very effective. It is a simple job that they did. They service our trees and that was it but they were careful on their job. Generally, they came in when they were supposed to and they did what they were supposed to and they left and send the check. That’s one of those things that were you don’t pay too much attention except to give some guidelines of what we wanted to do and they did it and that work out well. Price is quite reasonable. I didn’t contact any other people but respect their pricing that sounded like a reasonable price or anything so I don’t know if I can rate that to say that they were cheapest in town or the most expensive for whatever. I am satisfied with it. I thought they did a good job. The quality was an “A”. Yes, they did very good job. They were right on time. For professionalism is perfect.

Came very quickly to give me an estimate which was quite reasonable. They let me know it would be a couple months before they could perform the work because of the size of the tree, which was fine with me. Received a call the day before arrival with a time. They arrived promptly. It took 3 people. to take the tree down. They roped each piece off as they cut it off to keep it from falling on anything important.. Work was down quickly and very professionally. Everyone I talked to and dealt with was quite courteous and professional.

Stump grinding. We asked them not to clean up afterward. We did the clean up and saved some money. I was glad they gave us that option and looking back it would have been worth letting them do it. They did exactly what we asked them to do. It went very well.

lhe workers were on time and worked hard, considering that was the hottest week of the summer, but before they completed the job they left to start another job. Mine was finished 4 days later. There was no final walk thru. The retaining wall had several issues which I'm hoping was fixed, and the grading needs work and I'm still waiting for that to be fixed. The costumer service needs work from the office to the jobs. Overall I like the work and are using them again, but once again the office needs work on customer service.

They came by and gave me an estimate. After scheduling the trimming, they trimmed everything as discussed. They had it done and cleaned up before I got home from work and except for the great job I couldn't even tell they had been there.

I actually only talked to the office staff. I told her what my problem was. The estimator came when I was not home and left the paper work on the door. I signed the bid and mailed back. About a week later I came home and realized the issue had been fixed. They did a good clean up job and resolved my issue.

The complaint I have is with the owner. She overcharged my bill $30.00 rounding the charge up to an even 3000 When I called inquiring about the charge she said she had rounded it up and asked if I was going to "quibble over thirty dollars." I told her that I wasn't going to "quibble", I just wanted an accurate charge. She went on then to blame me that the crew had to take extra time to reach my house because part of the state road to my house was closed, and said I should have let the crew know. I told her I didn't know what roads were closed on a daily basis, and let her know that her poor costumer service will be the reason I will not be using her company in the future. Eventually she did charge me for the correct amount. This really is a shame, because the 5 man crew did a good job. I just do not appreciate rude, unprofessional treatment and will not use this company again.

Beautifully as always, we felt comfortable with them doing the job when we were not home. We know from experience that this company is always meticulous and professional.

Came while I was working. Came home & the tree still looked great unlike some of the other trees in the subdivision. Couldn't tell the tree was higher. Everything was cleaned up.
