Linda Rombach Cleaning provides a professional, dependable, and responsible house cleaning service. I have used them for several years now. Linda and her team consistently demonstrate that they care about my satisfaction, and they communicate regularly and pro-actively to ensure my needs are taken care of. They call in advance if there are schedule changes, or to re-arrange the schedule or add extra cleanings for the holiday season. Tina is my regular cleaner. She is punctual, friendly, focused, and thorough. She is respectful of my home and my time. I am comfortable with her coming into my home and I trust that she will do the job well. Most of the time I don't get to see her because I am at work, but we communicate well through notes back and forth with each visit. Sometimes I have special requests, or ask her to focus on one area in particular, for instance the guest rooms because I am expecting company, and she consistently takes care of what I ask for. She has even befriended my elderly cat; I think he looks forward to her visits! I recommend Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning, and Tina as a house cleaner.

EExcellent!!!!! My shower has never looked so clean. I hate using a squeeze after I shower and now I don't have to. The shower stays nice and clean until the next time Jennifer W. is here. We have hardwood floors and it is so nice to come into the house and see how clean they are. .All in all, excellent job.

Have used Rombach Cleaning for over five years and have been very satisfied. The office staff, usually Gina, is very pleasant and professional, always remembering to give me a reminder call and working with me to set up alternate arrangements when my regular person is not available. My regular person is Tina and she is wonderful. She does an excellent job and is always so helpful. She is open to any special requests. Occasionally I have to be away from my home on my cleaning day and I totally trust Tina to be here.

I can't say enough about Rombach Cleaning. I feel truly LUCKY to have this service provider available in my area. Crystal does a wonderful job and is very efficient and professional. I don't think there is any task Rombach Cleaning and Crystal can't accomplish in the area of home cleaning. I have consistently used Rombach Cleaning since moving into our home some fifteen years ago and have never considered looking anywhere else. I think this speaks volumes. Try them and you will feel lucky too.

I have been using Linda Rombach's cleaning service for about 4 months. Chrysta is my regular cleaner and she is great! She is prompt, thorough, professional, honest and reliable. After each cleaning Linda follows up to make sure that things went well and they always do. Usually cleaning takes about 3 hours, but Linda allows for flexibility. For example, if I have had guests and the house needs extra attention, she arranges the schedule to allow time for that. When I moved to Chesterfield in the spring, I was concerned about finding a good house cleaning service. Linda Rombach has solved that problem.

Very good. We've had this cleaning service for 6-8 months. We specifically ask for Ashley, she is great. She is very industrious, always upbeat and smiling.

I would recommend this company to anyone and in fact I had purchased gift certificates for cleaning services of 3 hours for each of my two daughters. They are both very happy with the ladies that come to their homes as well. They each have their lady come in once a month. House cleaning might seem to be a luxury but for my daughters time is more precious as they are both career women and they never have enough time. For myself I have several health issues that make cleaning bathrooms and floors very difficult. Not to have to worry that those items as well as the dusting and vacuuming (including baseboards!) will be done and in the same manner that I would do them is such a relief. I receive a reminder call the day before ..just in case something has come up. I had to cancel once and there was no penalty fee. Wow, that was great. I am not sure how Linda gets her ladies but I am sure that they are reliable and their work is excellent. I feel that if there were ever a time that I was not happy that Linda would do whatever needed to be done in order to rectify. Fortunately that has NOT occurred, but it is a relief to know that she stands behind her services. I feel that the cost of $34 per hour - although more than I make per hour at my job - to be more than fair. By the time I finish cleaning everything that Josie gets done in just 3 hours I am exhausted! In fact I can not get all of what she gets done finished in that amount of time.

Josie is not only very reliable; her insights and experience help us figure out all kinds of weird and difficult cleaning problems. She leaves our two story home spic and span, usually sharing some tips for keeping things clean until she returns. Josie has also been really flexible-working around our crazy remodeling schedule, our frequent travel and the schedules of our visitors and house guests! Of course we trust her with our belongings and our property. She even helped us retrieve our runaway dog! She's the best!

We've been using Linda Rombach and Tina specifically for years. She's cleaned 2 houses for us now and we always get great service. More importantly, we trust her. On the rare occasions when Tina can't make it, the company is fantastic about notifying us that they will send a substitute. We get good service from other employees, but prefer Tina. Part of what makes this company great is that the same person comes and gets to know your house and what you like. We've recommended Linda Rombach to others and will continue to do so.
