Overall satisfied with house cleaning done by Linda Rombach LLC. Employees were prompt and did a good job on the rooms we requested.

We have members of this company come to our home every couple of weeks and we are so happy we made the choice to do this. The staff that visits are on time, courteous, and take instruction very well. They work hard and do a good job helping us maintain our floors, bathrooms, dusting, and more.

Linda has always done a great job of planning & organizing the cleanings, even when I need an extra cleaning worked into a week. Also, my regular cleaner, Kris, does a wonderful job of cleaning & she cares about doing a good job. She is friendly, considerate, helpful, & efficient. When I have substitute cleaners, they also fill in nicely. I have used LRPC for several years, and I have really appreciated their services.

Initially hired Linda Rombach to keep my house in order while on an overseas deployment in 2018-2019. My teenage/adult kids were to inhabit my home in my absence, which was concerning to me. I had a few cleanings before deployment, to work out any kinks. I had arranged cleanings to occur every 2 weeks. My family was able to arrange a cleaning on the day before I returned home. When I came home 7 months later, my house looked beautiful. Was a relief for me and my children to have this service in my absence. I still use the cleaning service monthly and appreciate it every time I come home to a spotless house. Linda has accommodated additional cleanings to prepare for a party or special occasion. I cannot recall one instance where a cleaning has been cancelled. Specific preferences are communicated diligently to the cleaning staff. Linda routinely asks for feedback on her staff. This company's communication and concern for the customer's satisfaction is evident in their processes. I highly recommend this company!

I have been using Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning for almost two years after contacting and trying several cleaning companies and individuals. Their level of customer service is excellent and that is hard to find these days. Their communication, response time, and their level of care and relationship with their client is personal. Great company, always sends out reminders when your cleaning is coming up. When asked to do additional items or to reschedule, always accommodating and helpful. Tina is the best person I have ever had to clean my home. Highly recommend this well run company.

Always did a good job especially on hardwood floors and shower glass which I dislike cleaning. Always pleasant and always responsive to a critical comment if needed, which is rarely. I did provide my own hardwood floor cleaner (Bona) because I didn’t like product they used.

It has gone extremely well and I have been very pleased both with the quality of work as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
