I have found this company is always dependable , on time, gives reminder call with details of arrival time, helps you find the best worker for your needs, always open and responsive to your specific house cleaning needs. ( Rachel is wonderful )

It has gone very well. I like that I have the same person come each time (every other week) and when the first person (who I liked) I had left the company, the replacement has been super. Amanda is prompt, hard-working and thorough. In all, I have been very pleased with this service.

We have our home cleaned every other week. Emily B. is our regular cleaner and does a fantastic job. She is thorough, professional and friendly. Everything is sparkling clean when she's finished! The office is also very responsive, sending out reminders before the cleaning and checking in to make sure everything went well.

I was set up with a few ladies originally. By no fault of the company, it seemed they came for a while and then moved on to another path. Finally I was assigned to Jennifer. You couldn't ask for a nicer person. She come in ready to go to work but always takes to time to come say hello to me. For a while I was in bed much of the time and she poked her head in to say hello. She has worked around me sleeping, being sick, everything. When the days came that I was to sick for her to clean our room, she'd work on another part of the house and taking that extra time to do cobwebs or dust the boards. She didn't take the time to finish early and leave. I have never been disappointed in Jennifer. She's great and would recommend her to anyone.

Katie is our regular cleaner and she is very fast and thorough! We always look forward to coming home after she does her magic and creates a serene home! Communication with the office is very good. They will call and leave messages if there any changes to the time. We have the option to add more services like deeper Spring cleaning. We have been very satisfied and recommend the company to friends.

We've been using Linda Rombach for years and Tina specifically is our service provider. Love Tina and appreciate the service we get overall, including special services we request ad hoc or schedule changes that sometimes arise.

We have had Katie, from Linda Rohmbach Cleaning, clean on a weekly basis for some time. She is very thorough - the most thorough we've had in over ten years. While we have previously used a single housekeeper (vs an agency), we appreciate the fact that they can offer a replacement in the case of illness or other reason to ensure we don't have an interruption in service. And, when we do have a replacement they always comment on what an excellent job Katie does! Would definitely recommend Linda Rohmbach and especially Katie!

Rachel does an amazing job on our home. Dust doesn't stand a chance with her around! Ha! She is very detailed and takes pride in a job well done. Her strong work ethic shines, which is something that is very hard to find. Funny thing is I have never got to meet her. We appreciate her so much! Amanda cleaned my house in a three hour time period and did an excellent job. She is fantastic to work with, always pleasant and extremely helpful and cooperative. She also cleans quickly and way more efficiently than anyone else I've ever had clean for me. She's great!

It went exceptionally well. Mel is the lady that cleans for us and she is the best we have ever had. She does our kitchen, hall bath and master bath floors on her hands and knees. Dusting, cleaning bathrooms including the shower and vacuuming is better than anyone could expect.

She is always efficient and cleans every spot I can see.

Linda Rombach Professional Cleaning has been cleaning my home for almost a year. Mel has been great. She pays very close attention to detail and I never need to worry about things not being clean. She is very respectful to me and my home. The shower doors look as clean as the day I moved in the house. She does an amazing job. We are very happy to come home from work to a beautiful clean house every time.

House cleaner did a complete and thorough job. In addition, I have to say I have been using Rombach cleaning for more than 10 years with very few issues. When there has been any issues, the management has been very responsive and resolved things quickly to our satisfaction.

Since we had been gone, she has not been here for awhile. So we needed to start getting caught up. Melissa always does and finishes the jobs I give her and the energy in the space she has cleaned is so good afterwards. My husband always comments how nice the wood floors are when she is done. Our house is a hard house to clean and she does a great job.

Linda's cleaning ladies are always professional and in time. I have been using their aervices for over a year now and I dont know how I got along without them.

Overall - great. Linda was very responsive to several questions I sent via email. We also received a reminder call a few days before. The cleaners arrived when as scheduled and were very pleasant and professional. Everything was cleaned expect for one minor thing - they missed the top of the refrigerator. If not for that I would give them an A+. We will definitely be using them again.

I am so pleased. Decided to give Linda Rombach a second chance at cleaning my home. I am so glad I did. Tam showed up to clean my home today for the first time. She was prompt, pleasant, professional, thorough, careful and thoughtful. My husband and I have accumulated a lot of things over the years much of which is irreplaceable so I needed someone who handled my things with care. I really don't care for the "fast and furious" method of housecleaning where smears and smudges are left on the windows and mirrors, and dust is left on the furniture, leaving the job half done. I appreciated the fact that she didn't hit the table legs or the chair legs while vacuuming. I didn't have to straighten the lampshades or the blinds or the pictures when she was finished. She worked from the time she arrived until she left 4 hours later. Housework is hard work and I can't say enough good things about her.
