Description of Work: Thoroughly cleaned kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, dining room, master bedroom, stairway, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room. Dusted blinds, light fixtures, around doors and ceiling, some drapery valances, and most important to me, cleaned all hardwood floors so they are spotless. In 2 years I have never been dissatisfied.

She sent Maria, who has cleaned my house twice now. My main focus is the bathrooms and floors and she has done an outstanding job. Maria is very professional and has good attention to detail. She is puctual and friendly. I like that she asks me if there is anything in particular that needs attention, as cleaning needs vary from week to week. I highly recommend this company.

+ -1 moreThe employee was a hard worker and she worked very quickly and she was very nice. She supplied all her own equipment and supplies, and did not use most of the supplies I furnished, such as furniture polish. I don't like to mix polishes on my wood furniture because it can cause damage. Maybe because she worked so fast, she took what I considered to be shortcuts. For example, on the coffee table, which is polished wood with glass inserts, she used glass cleaner on all surfaces instead of furniture polish on the wood. She also did not get the kitchen floor clean. She used a spritzer bottle of some solution, I think Murphy's Oil Soap, to spritz the floor and then wiped it with a dry terry cloth mop head. This did not get the floor clean, in fact it ruined the finish because the solution was too strong, and it left so much sticky residue that we had to re-mop it that evening. It was a mess. Although the web site says they clean the microwave tray, she did not. I canceled the service.
Description of Work: We had Linda's employee clean our home several times. She was to clean the entire first floor, bathrooms, kitchen, vacuum, dust, clean kitchen counters, floor, etc. It took her about two hours to do that. The rate shown is the hourly rate, so to do the job cost $68.

+ -1 moreThey will clean exactly what you want and how you want it done. The owner screens her workers well and I feel very comfortable having them there when I am not home. She assigns one person to you. They are very reliable and provide a good service. I've tried lots of others and I am very happy with their quality of work.
