I have used them for some time now, with several different people due to my constantly changing schedule, and I have never had them complain about changes, cancellation or adjustments. Sometimes I have only an hour to get 2+ hours work done, and they bring two people or more - all of them polite and efficient and non-smokers (which I require). I have never had any problems, any hint of funny business or any concern that they were not carefully and diligently doing their tasks. They adapt to my requirements (I am rather particular about my cleaning products due to allergies), they use the equipment I provide as I request, otherwise provide their own materials and hence do not cost me any more than their reasonable hourly rate. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

She has a lot of people that work for her. We pay $68 for 2 hours. We like it for the most part. They say they are only going to send one person out to our house every time but we haven't necessarily had problems but we have definitely had a lot of different people come out which we haven't necessarily liked.

I have been using her service from two and a half years. She is very good. I had her come every once a week. I would use her service in the future too.

I LRPC called because I simply do not have time to clean and the house really had not been cleaned well in months. Steve in the scheduling office interviewed me over the phone about what I wanted and assigned someone to come out and do a "deep clean" to get things started. I was very pleased with my "deep cleaning" as the gal had my home spotless at the end of it. Who knew there could be so many dust bunnies hiding away. My first cleaning was $221, well worth the money. Since then I have my regular cleaning gal every other week. She is very pleasant and amazingly quick. I keep looking around to see what she's missed and I can't find anything. I'm now paying $68 every other week for a single story bungalow with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kids, a dog and two cats. I should have done this a long time ago. I'm extremely pleased. This past week I asked for extra time because I had some extra cleaning I wanted done. Not a problem and again, great job. They are very flexible and extremely easy to work with. Steve always calls beforehand as a reminder and afterward to be sure we are happy with the service. I would recommend LRPC to anyone.

She is very peppy. She is much more energetic than me. She broke a fixture while she was here and offered to pay for it. She did a good job. She is professional. I would use her service in the future too.

Showed up a bit early, stayed a bit longer at reduced rate to complete all requested tasks. Worked fast and thorough. Very comfortable having her in the house!

I got a good deal from Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning LLC Company as they were running some kind of special rates at that time. I got three hours of cleaning for $45 or $50. I don?t remember the exact amount but it was ridiculously low. It was a great deal. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I have used this service for about a year now, some of the people who come to clean are exceptional and some are good enough. They do exactly what they are supposed to do, usually very efficient but thorough.

She's great. She has been out twice. It went great and the house is sparkling. I have a big house. She is actually only doing part of the house. She does the main floor and doesn't do my child's room or the basement. I walk in the house and it is immaculate, shiny and it smells good. I really don't have any interaction with her. She is in and out and it looks great. They do reminder calls on my voicemail the night before. She is like my secret housekeeper.

It went well! In the past I've had cleaning people that start strong, then after about 4 cleanings get lackadaisical and it goes downhill from there. I hope this doesn't happen with these ladies because I liked the way they worked, what they got done.... and I liked them personally.

They are punctual. They are on time. They are very nice people to work with. I have been working with them for years.

They were extremely professional, came out and did a walk through in the house to make sure they had all the cleaning products and take notes of any special needs or if we wanted something done a special way. They always call before and after.

I have used Linda several times; always happy with the result. Very thorough, very efficient, very pleasant. I stayed home during this last clean. Our cleaner did the baseboards, the tops of windows, the lighting. She was conscious of the time she was spending, as they bill by the hour. I would certainly call them again.

Due to knee surgery I needed help for a few weeks. I called Linda and a few days later had somebody out at my house. Great job was done for a great price. Will not hesitate to call Linda again.

She is always on time and she does a very thorough job. Usually she does it in three and a half hours.

Because it was going to be a big job, Linda sent two women. They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. We walked through the house and they made notes of what I did and did not want done. The two worked for almost 4 hours (that's 8 hours of cleaning!) and the house looked great. It smelled clean without a harsh chemical smell. We have a dog and a cat and there was no trace of hair on the rugs, stairs, floors or baseboards. They had appropriate equipment and tools to get the dust off high ledges and cobwebs out of the corners of the cathedral ceilings. My kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors had not been cleaned in a while, but the wood looked richly polished and conditioned after the team was finished.

Contacted Linda to arrange to have our new home cleaned. She was very helpful and accomodating with regard to scheduling and asked about specific areas/requests for cleaning. Cleaning was completed while we were out of town packing to move into the new home. We inspected house upon our return and were extremely satisfied with the work completed. Janelle did a fantastic job and we would definitely use them again in the future.

I have been trying to get my house cleaned in all the places I forget for some time. Like everyone these days, we both work and it is all we can do to stay above the mess. I looked on Angies List and found Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning and they worked with my crazy schedule. The staff were very easy to work with, they did an excellent job and stayed until the work was completely done. They were willing to use my cleaning supplies, were open to suggestions on how some supplies are better than others for people with allergies, and take advice based on my experience with hard wood floors and which supplies worked best in my house. All in all, I was very happy with the service and will use them again. They did not even try to sell me an ongoing contract like some services. They were willing to work with me on my needs whether it was weekly, monthly or quarterly. All was good and worth the money.

The sweeping, dusting and light mopping we done meticulously well. Kitchen was well cleaned and spotless. The tiled and laminate floors were streak free and shiny. Cost rate: $34/hour, one-half of my prior cleaner. I am very happy with the work and will continue to use this service. I give the company my full recommendation.

I appreciate how flexible she is and they will work by the hour and not a lot of places will do that. If I need a little bit more done when she comes, I will let her know and she will work with my needs. She has been prompt and nice and she called to follow up and was interested in what my thoughts were on her services.

We continue to utilize their services on a weekly basis.

The owner called me within 15 minutes. She listened carefully to my needs and was able to come up with a cleaning program to meet my budget. She sent Maria, who has cleaned my house twice now. My main focus is the bathrooms and floors and she has done an outstanding job. Maria is very professional and has good attention to detail. She is puctual and friendly. I like that she asks me if there is anything in particular that needs attention, as cleaning needs vary from week to week. I highly recommend this company.

The employee was a hard worker and she worked very quickly and she was very nice. She supplied all her own equipment and supplies, and did not use most of the supplies I furnished, such as furniture polish. I don't like to mix polishes on my wood furniture because it can cause damage. Maybe because she worked so fast, she took what I considered to be shortcuts. For example, on the coffee table, which is polished wood with glass inserts, she used glass cleaner on all surfaces instead of furniture polish on the wood. She also did not get the kitchen floor clean. She used a spritzer bottle of some solution, I think Murphy's Oil Soap, to spritz the floor and then wiped it with a dry terry cloth mop head. This did not get the floor clean, in fact it ruined the finish because the solution was too strong, and it left so much sticky residue that we had to re-mop it that evening. It was a mess. Although the web site says they clean the microwave tray, she did not. I canceled the service.
