I am extremely pleased with this company. Everyone I have come into contact with has been courteous, professional and genuinely concerned about meeting my cleaning needs. They have been prompt and the quality of their services is exceptional. They have only been cleaning for me every other week for a couple of months, but I hope this will be a long term relationship. They have made my busy life less stressful.

I got a card from my apartment complex and then I went to Anglie's List. I think their price is very reasonable for the services that they provide.

She was recommended by Angie's List. I have used her weekly for about a month. Kara is the one who comes out. She designates one person for each group and I always get the same person. It is up to me how long I want her here and I want her here for four hours. She does an amazing job. I have a two story house and I also have pets, so you can imagine. Based on just her, I will be using Angie's List often. She says that they can do just kitchen and bathrooms or they can do the whole house. She also lets you know that if you want other things done, like laundry, your oven or refrigerator, they will do anything. It is just based on what I request. She is very flexible with payments. She does do bill pay or you can pay in cash when they come. She is very, very flexible. She calls you afterwords to make sure everything has been done okay and then I give her feedback. Now she knows that Kara is really good and that I like her. I would give her an A for outstanding. I have looked around at other cleaning services and she is way less money. I have never had to contact her for anything, she always calls me. She is here every week at 9:00 am; she is always here at exactly the right time. She comes in her uniform and brings her own cleaning supplies. They are a great company. I don't think I'll leave them. Even when I get better and get back to work, I may reduce the amount of time I need them for but I will stay with her.

I think I found her on Angie’s List. She has always been very helpful. She lets me know if there is a change in schedule.

My inital call was very friendly and professional. I was given a quote and Angies List discount. I was pleased to know the name of my cleaning person and that I would have the same person each time. I was sent an email the day before as a reminder. Every time I needed to call, I was answered promptly; also emails. Always top notch. I am moving shortly and glad they will be covering my area.

I was contemplating on whether I should use them, as availability was based on the price and schedule, but I decided to give them a try. The price was okay,she was here on time, she worked through the hours, but, when she finished she didn't speak to me, tell me what she did, and just left. That was her opportunity for a tip and I didn't get it. I don't know what their company policy is, but, I'm not going to call them. I don't know if that's how everybody operates. I give them high ratings and would continue to use them in the future.

When we needed to find a new cleaning service after moving to the area, I was so lucky to find Linda's service - she is very organized and has great communication including email or phone reminders, etc. We also like that we get the same cleaning person on a regular basis so she can learn our home & where the heavier cleaning is needed. The quality has been excellent and all areas of our 5 bedroom home receive great attention.

They did a good job. It took longer than I expected but there was a lot to cover, and we needed a good cleaning.

This is a professional person. She doesn't make an appointment and not show up.

I'd use them again without hesitation. The same girl came each time, used my own supplies (as I had requested), and worked quickly and did a good job. She started in the kitchen each time, cleaning the surfaces, dusting, bathrooms and then floors. I would have never gotten all of that cleaned in 2 hours. She called the office to report the time, I wrote her a check and gave a well deserved tip.

Linda showed up at the time requested, was very courteous and quick in her inspection. After inspection of my town home, I give this crew an A+. They went above and beyond the requested service. Will definitely use again!

The lady who arrived was very nice, and did a good job cleaning the areas that needed attention. Overall, I was pleased with the service. This was the second cleaning company I’ve ever worked with. The first company that helped me with housecleaning was never able to accommodate my schedule as needed; they weren’t able to provide me with a definite yes or no when I would request an appointment for a specific day. However, Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning was able to work with my schedule, and provide clear answers to my scheduling questions.

I forgot to give Linda's company a review! Wow! Fantastic experience! We had only been in the house for a few weeks, and I was giving a large party. The young woman came on time and was very efficient. Cleaned incredibly well and got more done in the three hours than I thought she would. I was really happy with the job they did, and really would like to have them come clean again.

Everything has been great. I have got the same person coming and she is good. I would use them in the future.

Overall, my experience with Linda was very pleasant. I felt that the gals were trustworthy and very efficient.
