Linda Rombach's cleaning team did an outstanding job. I contacted Linda about doing a thorough cleaning of my daughter's house before she had her first baby. From the moment of our first discussion Linda was nothing short of amazing. She was able to schedule to do the job with less than a week's notice and the final results were more than I had expected. Two ladies arrived well within the time we were given. They were both very friendly and wasted no time in getting to work. I am so glad that we found Linda's company on Angie's List. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone and will certainly use her again for myself and other family members!

Linda Rombach Professional Cleaning has been doing a great job for me. I have two women who come in every two weeks to clean my home. They are always on time and very professional. The ladies are very friendly and open to any suggestions and/or comments that I might have. They do a great job in cleaning my home from top to bottom. They are very thorough and very careful. Linda Rombach has been extremely friendly and accomodating in getting just the right people in my home for just the right amount of time needed. She always follows up after each service to make sure that I am completely satisfied, which I am! She is very satisfactory. She is open to suggestions and they always call after the cleaning to ensure everything was satisfactory. They value feedback after each cleaning. They also have on their business card that they are a better business bureau torch award winner from 2011.

I had looked for a while for a cleaning service that would send the same person every time I had my home cleaned. My children clean their own rooms and I prefer to clean my kitchen and laundry myself so Linda worked with me to develop a customized cleaning schedule. I have been so happy with the service and have Angela come every time, she has done a beautiful and detailed job consistantly. I have used their service for a few years and would never change.

It exceeded my expectations, which isn't easy to do! I'm a stickler about bathrooms and wow, they managed to touch on details that I don't usually do in my weekly cleaning. Woodwork and fans were cleaned and my granite countertops and stainless steel appliances were shining. My daughter came home from school while Dawn was still cleaning and remarked about how great she was with our overly friendly little dog and cat that probably followed her around all day! What a pleasure in this day and age to have a service that surpases what you expected. We are now regular customers! Thank you Linda Rombach - you have a great team working for you.

.I am very happy with this cleaning service. This is the second time they have come. The first time was for a spring cleaning and this time for a bi-weekly cleaning. The employees are prompt, courteous and efficient. My husband said they must have cleaned the carpeting in our bedroom (not just vacuumed it) because it looked so good. We are very pleased.

Linda is very good about finding someone to clean your home that she believes you will be happy with; once confirmed, she then makes your home part of that person's regular schedule. I have had several members of Linda's team clean my house over the years, as people have personal circumstances for which they come and go. However, EACH PERSON she has sent has been equally as good, if not better, than the one previous.

I have been using Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning for about nine months now, having found them through Angie's List and having received visits and estimates from three potential service providers. I have been very happy with my decision to go with Linda's company. The cost was a little higher than others (certainly when taking into account that I have one cleaner, not two as other services planned to send). However, between the reviews on Angie's List and my own first impressions from meeting and talking with Linda as well as her competitors, I felt that slight additional cost would be worthwhile. And it has been. The service is reliable, thorough and consistent. They assign one person to your home consistently so she gets to know your home and your preferences quickly. Other firms could not guarantee that consistency and I like to know who will be in my home and that they will not have a learning curve each time. The lady who cleans for me is very thorough and very personable. I am very happy with the service and have no hesitation in recommending Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning to others.

I found this company through Angie's List and decided to give them a try since they had such great reviews.Well, the reviews don't lie-after the girls were done the house was sparkling! I was so pleased with the job they did. We have a porcelain sink that's supposed to be white and it stains very easily and is super hard to clean; the girls cleaned until the sink was super white again. It took a little longer than was originally quoted, but the house needed the good scrubbing. The only thing I was not as pleased about was the pricing. It was not communicated to me until the last minute that their rate was per person per hour instead of per hour for the whole team. Normally there is only supposed to be one person doing the cleaning but since it was the initial deep clean, two people were sent and I had to pay them each a set price per hour, which got expensive quick. They earned what they were paid but I would've appreciated that the price was communicated a little better.

The house looked amazing when the girls were finished.

My initial call was very friendly and professional; I was given a quote over the phone and Angie?s List discount. We have been using the cleaning service since the end of September and could not be happier. They are very punctual and go above and beyond to ensure our expectations are met. It is so nice to come home to a clean house!!

The ladies did a good job cleaning. Linda tried to send the same ladies every other week so that they would get used to cleaning my house and the work level would be similar from time to time. In the few months that I used her service, there were a few times that one of the ladies was sick, or they had to switch out the team. The level of service stayed fairly consistent. Linda was always very responsive and accommodating.

E-mailed Linda Sunday afternoon and received reply this morning saying she had someone who could do some cleaning today but only for 2 hours. I was amazed at the quick response of both the e-mail and having someone coming out. Crystal arrived and started cleaning. I will say she started in did more than I imagined doing when contacted the company. She was able to vacuum the living room, dining room, 2 bath rooms and master bedroom. She dusted all the ceilings, base boards, furniture, etc in the living room, dining room. She had to leave at 2:00 and didn't get the master bedroom but just doing what she did has made me feel so much better since I can't do it myself. I received an e-mail from Linda wanting to know if I wanted to be on a wait list for Crystal to finish the rest of my house. I think that this is over and above anything I have ever had done by any company that I have dealt with in the past. I would recommed this company to anyone.

We have been a customer of Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning for over a year. We have been through many cleaning companies over the past 10 years, and most have fallen significantly short of our standard. We warned Linda when we first received an estimate from her that we are very picky customers. We want our home cleaned the way we would clean it ourselves--thoroughly and with great attention to detail. I am happy to say that we have been very pleased and continue to trust that Linda's team will deliver the kind of quality work we expect. They take the time to routinely pay attention to details like dusting baseboards/ceiling fans/fridge tops, cleaning wood floors under and behind furniture, wiping down our dark colored washer/dryer, in addition to thoroughly cleaning the more basic areas. We are currently in transition of our primary cleaning person due to a schedule change (very disappointing as we loved our previous cleaner!), but Linda remains very personally involved with making sure the new cleaning professional is a good match for our home and making sure we nothing short of completely satisfied with the service. I would give this service my highest recommendation.

Linda's staff was prompt, professional, and effective. They were able to schedule my job on a Saturday, enabling my tenants to move into a freshly cleaned house. They were very satisfied with the condition of the property on their move in date.

I am so pleased with this cleaning service. I have had them come clean twice now and have scheduled regularly monthly cleanings from now on. I LOVE that they use all my own "green" cleaning products at my request, because I am very sensitive to chemical cleaners and fragrances. Everything is done just as I want it. I found Linda Rombach on Angie's List, and I contacted her for an estimate. Linda came over to do an estimate that afternoon! I have had two different women do the cleanings because I moved the time, but we will have the same regular cleaner going forward. Both women were very professional and did an excellent job. I really like that this feels like a personal relationship, but I have the protection of using an insured company. Highly recommended!!

This is the 3rd time we have used this service and we are scheduled with the same lady every time. She is prompt, efficient and a very hard worker. This is the first time in our 28 years of marriage that we have had a cleaning service and my husband didn't go around and reclean after - as I said, we are fairly picky. But they have done a phenomenal job for us and should be commended - well done!
