Josie is not only very reliable; her insights and experience help us figure out all kinds of weird and difficult cleaning problems. She leaves our two story home spic and span, usually sharing some tips for keeping things clean until she returns. Josie has also been really flexible-working around our crazy remodeling schedule, our frequent travel and the schedules of our visitors and house guests! Of course we trust her with our belongings and our property. She even helped us retrieve our runaway dog! She's the best!

We've been using Linda Rombach and Tina specifically for years. She's cleaned 2 houses for us now and we always get great service. More importantly, we trust her. On the rare occasions when Tina can't make it, the company is fantastic about notifying us that they will send a substitute. We get good service from other employees, but prefer Tina. Part of what makes this company great is that the same person comes and gets to know your house and what you like. We've recommended Linda Rombach to others and will continue to do so.

My weekly cleaning needs are noted in a folder that Tina has each week; they know not to let our cat get out when they arrive! Tina even knows that cat's name and that she's terrified of the vacuum cleaner and takes extra time to accommodate the pet!

They were GREAT! They showed up on time and were very helpful. The actual move was slower than expected, so when the 2 cleaners got there there was still a lot to do. Linda called and asked if I'd like another cleaner, and so they ended up sending another cleaner over to help right away! I was so impressed. They did a good job, very professional. I would hire them again for sure.

I called Linda Rambach after having 2 other company's that I let go because things were missing from house. I was worried about the same thing happening with another company, but I like the idea of having 2 girls. So I tried Linda Rambach. I had a few problems in the beginning but after a few months I have the best crew. Stacey and Rachel are great they come every week and always do just what I ask them too. They do not talk on the phone or gossip they get right to work. Which is great because I pay by the hour which I really like. I have had in the last 10 years 2 independent women and 2 company's and so far Linda Rambach Housecleaning has done the job. I would recommend them!!!!!

My house wasn't as clean as I was expecting it to be be after the cleaning was done, so I was a little disappointed because all the reviews were so good. I contacted Linda about all the bathroom toilets had not been cleaned and were still soiled, and there was still dust in some areas that was missed. Linda did offer to send a cleaner back out to our house, but it was not going to be convenient for us at that time.

I have been using this service for 9 months and have never been disappointed. The professionalism and quality of cleaning is top notch - and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!!!

I love Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning! We switched to this company after a bad experience with another company, due to other great reviews and I'm thrilled to report that we have had a great experience! We have a dedicated staff member, Amber, who visits us every other Monday and she just does such a fantastic job! I feel like she treats my home as if it is her own and she does not take short cuts in making everything beautiful. All this, despite probably being one of her smaller jobs. I have never been dissatisfied with her work, and I have yet to find that she skipped out on any job - to be honest, she has done such an exemplary job, with such routine, that I no longer even check her work, I trust her. I am pretty detailed, so that's saying a lot! When things do come up - like holiday schedule - someone from the office is prompt about getting in touch with me and they've always been cheerful, nice and friendly. They also do occasional follow-ups to make sure their services are still tip-top, which is nice and gives me a chance to reflect on if I want any changes or just to send an extra thanks to Amber for all her hard work. After six months of service (or so?), I can say I trust Linda Rombach Personalized Cleaning and look forward to their visits! The whole experience has restored my faith in paid cleaning services! I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so!

When the say that they are going to spend a specific amount of time; they don't.

The people were very professional as well as super friendly. They did a very thorough job of dusting and vacuuming. They cleaned my kitchen and all the major appliances.. They cleaned all the bathrooms that needed cleaning, emptied the waste baskets, relined them with plastic, washed the tile floors and washed the slider windows. I was very happy with the way the house looked when they were finished. The added value was that the girls were so friendly, cheerful, and thorough in their work.

Everything went very well... Both women listened to what I wanted done when they arrived at my home and then got right to work and worked non stop until they were done. I had been gone for many months and my house was very dusty and really needed a good cleaning! Can't wait for them to come again!

Overall i have been very happy!They relay do everything they can to ensure you get the same cleaner every time. I wasn't completely satisfied with the first lady they sent so they sent so they over sent a different one.

I have been using Linda Rombach cleaning now for a year. I am very happy. I have had the same girl, Jamie, the whole time and she has done a fine job. When there are things I want done differently, I simply leave a note and it is addressed next time. Communication is fantastic! They have always responded to my emails and calls within 24 hours. They even anticipate when I might want a schedule change and contact me several weeks in advanced. (EX- do you want to keep the same schedule during the holidays, etc...) I would definitely recommend them! Their rate is reasonable ($34 per hour) and it takes Jamie 3 hours to clean my house every 2 weeks. We keep things picked up pretty good, but need the regular dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning to keep things in shape.

I first used Linda's company through a Big Deal coupon. I had tried several maid services through Groupon, etc., but hers stands ou as the best by far. I have not been able to schedule regular recurring maid visits, but sometimes things arise that I need to have the house totally cleaned, and often on short notice. Therefore, when they do clean it takes longer than it would if cleaned on a regular basis, but Linda has always been able to respond to my needs. Her prices are reasonable (I just pay for however many hours it takes) and her staff knows what they are doing and are very easy to work with. Any time I do need cleaning, I call Linda.

This service has been great. The best part for me is that the same person comes every time. They know what to expect; I know what to expect. I have been very happy with the results since the beginning in April 2013. Everything discussed prior to beginning this service is being done just as agreed. I have recommended this service to my niece.

I've been through several cleaning services and this is the one I'm sticking with. You are assigned one person, in our case Amber, and she does the job I had two people doing with the last service and she does it better. The first service we tried we stopped using due to reliability issues, the second just couldn't seem to actually get anything clean. Now my house is truly clean and I'm not spending a fortune. We have a toddler and two furry cats and both work full time. Needless to say, our house gets messy. But Amber leaves it sparkly clean. I also telecommute which means whoever is cleaning my house is working around me and vice versa. While it was somewhat uncomfortable with the other companies I had tried, it's always so easy with Amber. She gets how to work around someone who is taking phone calls and trying to get work done. I look forward to eventually having them clean my house on a bi-weekly basis.

Went fine overall, but the fact that framed art was knocked off a wall onto hardwood flooring and slightly damaged, and we weren't told, seemed a little shaky to us. I totally understand that accidents happen, and wouldn't have been an issue worth even mentioning except that we weren't told and found out later. Other than that, the service performed was well worth the price paid with the Angie's List "Big Deal".

I have never had anyone clean my house before so I wasn't sure how this process would go. I read the reviews on here for Linda's service so I had a little bit of an idea to expect. I called for the estimate and spoke with Linda directly to get an estimate for the cost. Before calling her, I wrote down a list of what I currently do to clean my house so I didn't forget anything. We walked through the process and Linda gave me an estimate of the cost. I wasn't sure what all the options were so Linda walked me through all that. I wanted a more deeper clean for this first clean which included washing the windows and baseboards etc so going forward will only need more maintenance type cleaning. The day of the cleaning I forgot and thought I set the alarm (which I hadn't) so I called and spoke with Gina about it. She was super helpful and kept me updated through the whole process the whole time Stacy was there cleaning. I had also put my cats in the unfished room in the basement because they like to try to escape and somehow they worked their way out so Gina called me to tell me that too. I think we spoke 4 times that day and I really appreciated Gina calling me and letting me know what was going on. I think that adds a personal touch and also let me know they really do care about their clients. My house was cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom and looks FANTASTIC. Stacy definitely has an eye for detail because she even folded the toliet paper over into a point when she was finished! The process and cleaning went absolutely perfectly and I'm VERY happy with the service provided by Linda and her team. I would definitely recommend Linda's service and will be using them going forward for monthly cleaning. I highly recommend.

Not all the blinds were done, gunk and grime still on the kitchen floor, exhaust fan and under the microwave still grimey, doors were sticky to touch as well as cabinets and not all cabinets were wiped out. I spoke with Linda about this and she did offer for them to come back after I moved in to make it right. I think after I move in is too late, but I will give them a second chance. Otherwise I liked the job they did.

The two girls arrived on time. I found it ironic that they would wear their shoes in my house when they are suppose to be cleaning it. Crumbs were left on the kitchen table. They didnt vacuum the furniture, I had to go behind them and clean everything again. Desk was chipped when they left. I asked for a deep cleaning and got a going over at best. Would not use again. The owner did call and try to work it out, she said that she would come fix the problems. If they didnt do a good job on the first time, I didnt want them to come and fix anything.
