Very professional. Superior workmanship. Excellent customer service! Project Manager Pete Johnson was great at handling all the details.

Dustin was very helpful and polite. The estimate provided is simply much too high and way over our budget.

I give them an A+. The work was top notch, and my roof looks great. They were very patient and accommodating regarding the selection and color of the roof. All work was done on schedule and as contracted. I thought the price was reasonable, and I would definitely hire them for future work.

After they did the work, my roof began leaking about 2 weeks later. I had to have them come back and fix the leak, which they did by caulking the area of the roof where it was leaking. In addition, I warned them that because of the slope of my roof, I would need to have large gutters and downspouts around the porch area. They cut corners, and put on small gutters and downspouts instead. Luckily, one of the workers happened to be there when it rained, and was able to see what happened; it was like faucets were turned on both sides of the porch. They had to come back and put larger and wider gutters and downspouts around the porch area. Also, they never came back to paint the ceiling in the living room area where the water damage occurred because of the roof leak.

GREAT. Everything was done timely and accurately. They were fast, courteous, and professional.

I worked with Dan Taylor and his crew. They were very friendly and easy to work with. We did have one small leak that we needed repaired, and they came out right away and completed the repair. They cleaned up after themselves as well, and in fact I have referred them to others.

The only thing I had a concern with, was with the company being at my home when I didn't know they were coming. I would have rather known in advance if they were coming. Otherwise, it was fine. I have had a few issues, and they have been very responsive in addressing those.

They did a good job, and completed the work in the time they said they were going to. Their work was very good, and I haven?t had any leaks or problems since the work was completed. I did have two issues, however.The main issue was the communication (or lack thereof) between WCC and my insurance company. It was WCC?s responsibility to submit the invoice to my insurance company, which authorized them to send me the final insurance money check. On numerous occasions, WCC told me the invoice had been submitted, and that I would be receiving the check any day, however this did not happen. WCC kept calling me to collect the final payment for the job, although they knew I needed the insurance check to do so. I got so frustrated, I told WCC I would contact my insurance company and find out what was going on. WCC said this was not a good idea, and discouraged me from contacting my insurance company. This seemed very fishy, as if WCC was trying to cover up some mistake they made, like forgetting to send the invoice, or sending it to the wrong number, or something. I felt like WCC was giving me the run around was not being completely honest about the situation, which took a month and a half to resolve. The second issue was that as part of the agreement, WCC was responsible for taking down and getting rid of my satellite. They did take the satellite down, however they never removed it as promised.

Their initial estimate was higher than we expected, and we ended up waiting to get the work done. When we decided to get the work done, we called the company back. The initial estimate had expired since so much time had gone by, and the price for the second estimate was higher than the first. We did not end up using them, but they were great throughout the estimate process. They came out and did what they said they were going to do.

We only needed supplies that we couldn't find elsewhere, or others wouldn't sell because they didn't make that much profit. We did the job ourselves, but they were willing to special order for us. Very helpful.

We highly recommend WCC Roofing and Sheet Metal as a professional , honest, competent roofing company that stands behind their work and their word. Our home received major roof and gutter damage from softball-sized hail in Spring 2012. Pete Johnson, Project Manager for WCC Roofing knocked on our door to personally meet with us and give us WCC Roofing's information and answer any questions we might have. At first we were cautious because news stations had been warning viewers not to hire companies who come through town knocking on doors after a storm and take off without doing the work. That was not the case here. WCC Roofing is tenacious in their efforts to provide superior customer service and they were out canvassing the neighborhood to prevent us and others who had suffered storm damage from getting "taken" by disreputable companies. Pete shared a lot of his personal roofing knowledge and was very good to explain exactly why certain things needed to be done and how. He suggested we verify everything he told us by researching it on the web and gave us some specific websites and terms to look up. After seeing their terrific website and learning that WCC Roofing has 20+ years experience in the business, we contracted with them. Pete Johnson handled every aspect of our roof and gutter replacement from pointing out things we might have missed to working with the insurance company and coordinating work WCC Roofing's crews. He took a load of stress off our shoulders and made good on every promise. The follow-up was outstanding. Our new gutters look great and perform so well, we no longer worry when it rains really hard. They did an excellent job, and the office was very responsive

I contacted WCC when discovery of missing shingles were made. Representative Pete immediately responded to my call. He conducted a thorough investigation of the roof. After the examination, Pete explained the findings in detail. I was shown pictures of the deteriorating sites. Pete along with Manager Dan, explained the roofs decaying status and suggested that a new roof be installed. The roof was installed within weeks of the initial estimate date. The workers were professional and efficient. After the completion, Pete came back and ensured the work was done correctly and that no remenants remained on driveway, yard etc..

Jason and Dan came out to do some minor roof repair on my home. The previous roofers had not done a particular detail very well (where the chimney met the shingles). Jason went out of his way to do it in the manner in which I requested. I was happy enough with their work that I added $50 to the amount they requested for payment.

I attempted to contact 3 roofing companies. I received a call 20 minutes after I filled out the form online. I explained to them that I have a home warranty and I just needed someone to diagnose my problem. They definitely did just that! They were professional, quick, friendly, and helpful! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the STL area.
