Representative had excellent service skills, wore foot covers over his shoes, was very careful not to rub the hose on the walls, the hose was clean, he listened to my description of the stains & had me look at the areas when he was finished.

I love this company and will be using them again in the future! They were very responsive and personable when he came out to give me a quote. They were not at all like other companies I have used in the past that try to get in and out as soon as possible and do the minimal amount of work. They care about their quality and service. The associate that came out to perform the work was on time, clean, very nice and got right to work. He did every area that was quoted and did a walk through with me and explained future care of the carpet and when it was expected to be dry. They guarantee their work and assured me they would come back out if any spots reappeared. I recommend this company over a chain company ANY day!

It all turned out nicely. A spot that was not apparent when they left returned after the carpet on the stairs dried. I did not call them back because I figured it wouldn't work. But they say they will come back if you're not satisfied.

The company was honest and stated it couldn't clean the floor as advertised. Thus, it made several attempts at no charge until the floor had been successfully cleaned.

Everything was great. The rug had been stained on its way back to the house, so the owner, once again, cleaned the rug himself and returned it to me.

Tried to use coupon listed on Angie's list. First I was told it only applies to wall to wall cleaning, which the coupon doesn't say. Then I was told the total job had to be over $125, which the coupon also doesn't say. I told them to cancel my appointment. Beware the bait and switch. My old address must have been listed on my Angie's List account however this was for work in my house in Fenton MO

Owner was very responsive, on time, and courteous while providing estimate. The price was reasonable and offered a great discount to Angie's List members. Also offered a great guarantee. They showed up exactly on time to do the work, were very careful and respectful of me and my home. Carpets look great with no lingering chemical odor. I found a carpet cleaner for life.

Excellent -- owner came to home for estimate in a timely manner and we were able to get work done quickly. Owner was very nice, professional and obviously takes pride in his business. The young man who did the work, Ukiah, was great -- on time, polite, neat; protected woodwork; up front and honest about what he would not be able to do -- ie ball point pen on cotton upholstery; worked very carefully with great attention to detail. Would definitely use them again. They did a significantly better job than another, larger provider had previously done for the same work and it was a more pleasant interaction overall.

All spots were removed and especially those on our steps leading to the second floor. The couches were cleaned and then both carpets and couches were treated with a stain preventative. It's been a long time since I've seen my carpets look this good and they smelled good too! The young man who did all this work was very professional and did an excellent job. I'm sure there are carpet cleaners that are much cheaper, but I wanted all the spots/stains removed and this company did the trick!

They did a fine job. I spent $168. They cleaned some steps and carpet cleaning. They came back today and they took a couple of pillows. They are going to see if they can get the spots out from it. If they can, they will come back and do the rest of them. They are first experimenting. They were polite. They were on time. They have an appointment on Tuesday. The guy who did the work was well-trained. The job was done well. I am satisfied with it. The prices were certainly competitive. They did exactly what they said they would do. We are checking to see if they can do more work for us now. If they find they can, we will certainly use them.

The realtor said it was good work. She was pleased with it. Usually, if a realtor is pleased with the work, it's a good job. I wasn't there when they did the actual work. They did a good job, and they worked really hard.

WOW A throwback: A company that stands behind their work. They came in a little higher than other quotes but we were swayed by their sterling reviews on Angie's list and their guarantee to come back until the spots are gone or it's free--our choice. We had some stubborn stains in the basement that required 4 treatments to remove them. ( I honestly felt a bit bad calling them back that many times but they were intent on making sure we were a satisfied customer which we are.) We went from thinking that we'd have to replace the carpet soon to thinking we hired the right company. On their first trip their machine pulled up a seam and Rich came out and spent about an hour repairing it perfectly. They were always remarkably punctual--actually a few minutes early each time--and personable and responsive to our requests. I highly recommend them and would use them again easily.

Great. I did start with a coupon for $130.00 and added scotch guard which brought it to $190.00. The service was great, very prompt and very friendly and informative. They seem to be honest not trying to sell a bunch of add ons. The owner called the following day to ask how it went and I said I was very happy. He asked if they could contact me from time to time to see if I needed any of their services and to offer discounts when available...I said absolutely!

The stains on our carpet in the lower level of our home were caused by our cat -- vomit. When The Spot Man came to the house on his first visit, he explained that the stains may not be eliminated completely because the carpet is wool. Unfortunately, after his first visit, the stains appeared to be worse. I called Theresa and explained the problem and she scheduled the owner of the company to come out. We live approximately 45 minutes from their office. He came out, worked on the spots and they looked much better. He called a couple days later and wanted to come back to be sure we were satisfied and to take another look at the spots. All of this at no charge. When he came back the third time to check the original spots, I asked him to remove a few more minor spots caused by footprints, a coffee spill and other everyday dirt. He took care of it and billed me a reasonable amount for eliminating those spots. We asked him to give us a bid on carpet cleaning the entire house and this fall, we will definitely use "The Spot Man" to clean our carpets. We found his company on your list and we are thankful for this medium and for the opportunity to let other folks know that this is a company you can trust, and they will get the job done!
