It was fine.

I thought things went great! They ladies did an outstanding job and were very professional and pleasant to have around. I would be very comfortable having them return (and Homecleaning Centers sends the same crew each time, a bonus). My house looks fantastic and I'm looking forward to having it stay that way while it's on the market. Now, if I could just take this cleaning service with me to Virginia! I do have to say that this company's quote came in quite a bit higher than the other quotes I got; thus I just gave them a B for price. However, notice that I chose them anyway. Homecleaning Center's service went far beyond what the other companies did, which is exactly what I needed at the time. I'm very pleased with what I got for the money.

We recently moved to St. Louis, and became overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done with our house. We contacted Home Cleaning Centers to do an initial thorough clean of our entire house. We were so impressed with their service and prices that we signed-up for them to come on a regular basis.

We've had many housecleaners in several states over the years, and this is the best we've seen. They are extremely thorough. We were blown away after the first cleaning and are looking forward to having the same 3-person crew each time they clean. We'd definitely recommend with 2 thumbs up to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable provider.

The contact person's last name is Siesennop. They come out every two weeks and their charges are on a bi-weekly basis. They are very thorough. The same crew comes out every time. They call ahead to let me know when they are going to be coming out.

I needed to find a cleaning service that would come in & do a thorough initial cleaning of our home & then clean our home monthly. I found HCCA on Angie's List & was impressed with the consistently positive reports from actual clients. I contacted them via e-mail and within less than an hour, I received a call from Denny & scheduled the cleaning service the next week. Typically, Denny meets with clients before the initial cleaning to provide a cost estimate for the initial service, as well as the ongoing monthly cleaning. Our schedules were such that it was going to be a couple of weeks before we could meet & I was anxious to move forward with the initial cleaning. Denny was sensitive to my interest in moving forward & we settled on an hourly rate for the initial cleaning, scheduled it the same week. We then scheduled the meeting to determine ongoing costs for monthly cleaning after the initial cleaning. My home has NEVER been as thoroughly cleaned by any other cleaning service or by me. Things that would normally be considered "extra" were part of their standard cleaning service! They dusted lamp shades, cleaned tile bathroom floors & our kitchen hardwood floor on hands & knees & woodwork. They even vacuumed our furniture!!! That was definitely a first--our furniture looked as though it had just been professionally cleaned. My husband came home & the first words out of his mouth were "WOW, I feel like I just walked into a display home--everything just sparkles & the hardwood floors look like they did when we first moved into our home just after it was built!! My husband also told me make room in our budget to have them clean our home monthly!! I have NEVER been more pleased or impressed with a housecleaning service & the attention to detail.

Terrific! They send a 3-person crew to clean my home. They call a day in advance to confirm their arrival time the following day and consistently show up as scheduled. The house looks AMAZING when they're done. They are extremely thorough, work hard, act professionally, and clean my house like no other service has ever done.

They always do a great job and leave a note if they happen to break something which has happened only 4 times in 16 years.They work in teams of 3 people and usually always have the same team clean your home.

They are very good. They are thorough, polite, courteous and on time. I pay about $250 each time they come out since I have a fairly large home. It seems like the price is more, but they do a really good job and it?s worth it. You get your money?s worth. I would recommend them to anyone and I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The three-woman team did a phenomenal job. In addition to all of the typical elements of house cleaning--vacuuming, dusting, cleaning sinks and toilets, etc.--they removed light fixture globes to get dead insects out, cleaned refrigerator door handles(which I thought I had cleaned as well as possible) and removed marks from tile floors on their hands and knees. I have been looking for dust since they left and have found none, including on the topside of fan blades. I have hired them to continue on a bi-weekly basis and look forward to their service. The company charges $30/hour per team member; a bi-weekly cleaning will take about an hour and is well worth the cost.

I was very pleased with the service and the attention to detail provided. We gave the cleaning team a detailed list and all of the items were addressed. I would use them again.

We have used Home Cleaning centers for 15 years and found them to be very good. They report to work on time and usually have a team approach to cleaning with 3 people on a team. They always call the day before as to what time they will be here the next day. On certain occasions when we had to reschedule for an event they always could accommodate our needs. On the rare occasion something is broken they leave a note and will stand for the damages.

I have used them for five years. The last time they came out, I spent $225. They are always extremely professional. They do a great job. They are responsive to any issues that I may have. There isn?t anything to complain about when it comes to them. They always show up on time. I?ll use them again in the future.

They are very consistent and do what they say they are going to do. They call regularly to say exactly what time they are coming, which works out well. They are pretty efficient because there is a team of women & they try to keep the same team on the same home so that they know the type of work they are doing and are familiar with the house. We've just been very happy over the year and a half we've used them. Although they seem a little pricey, they are reliable and I haven't had any complaints.

We've never had any problems. We're totally satisfied, everything's fine and so we'll continue to use them.

They are wonderful. The same group of four ladies comes to my home. They really know my house. They do everything that they say they are going to do. I never have to call and tell them that they have forgotten something. If there is ever any little tiny thing that they have missed I can call, talk with the boss, and they get it taken care of. They are great.

THREE LADIES COME EVERY OTHER WEEK, VERY THOROUGH. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB ON CLEANING & MAKE SURE I AM SATISFIED. THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
