Job went well,professionally done.After reviewing thru Angies`list,mentioned that we had requested lien waiver several times with no response.After being contacted by Angies list, received lien waiver within two days.Minor issue resolved.Thanks to G & P for responding. Would definitely recommend and use services again as needed. .

Dealt with Shawn initially to get two bids on different proposals.He responded promptly each time.Had about an 8 week backlog.Project was scheduled promptly and completed over the course of a couple of days.Job well done and the installation crew was professional.Paid for the job upon completion.Shortly after job was done,requested a lien waiver,several times.No response after job completion.Makes one wonder how any service needs or additions would be addressed.The job and installation went fine,however follow up leaves something to be desired.

After checking with several other companies, we contacted Shawn and found him to be very responsive, prompt and a good communicator. The pricing was the best of several bids. The depth of both gravel and concrete that was put down was deeper than other companies. The workers were careful, competent and fast workers. They finished in one day. The result was neat and attractive, greatly increasing the curb appeal of the house. Numerous passers-by have stopped and commented on the good quality of the work done, and asked for information. We recommended Shawn's company to them.

Everything went great from the bidding process through the site prep and concrete pour through the finishing as well as cleanup. The replacement and pour was completed in one day and posed no inconvenience for us. Over the last several years my daughter and son used them for jobs at their homes and were equally as satisfied. I have recommended G & P to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.

G&P Concrete did fantastic work for us. The owner came to our consultation prepared with books he had made himself that showed examples of previous work and provided us with accurate appraisals. He and his team of 12 showed up promptly with all their equipment and completed the job in one day. They worked tirelessly through the day, removing huge blocks of concrete from the back porch, and though the depth of the old concrete layer was unexpectedly deep and they had to get another piece of equipment to remove it, there was no price change to the original appraisal. The owner himself oversaw the entire day's work, and carefully did all the design work on the patio's surface. He even leveled off the old step between our driveway and front path. We are very pleased with all his work and will definitely call on G&P Concrete in the future.

G&P Concrete were courteous and professional. They arrived as scheduled performed neat tidy job and completed as promised. G&P followed up with me to see if I was happy with work performed. I have received comments from neighbors how nice our new driveway looks and another plans on contacting them next spring for a job. Thank you G&P

G&P did an excellent job. Though they had a large schedule of jobs to complete before the end of the season, they made sure to have mine completed before Thanksgiving, as promised. They were very professional and efficient and thorough. They pay attention to detail and made sure all water would run away from the house. Though they used heavy machinery they did not make any mess beyond what they had to remove and replace, and they took time to replace the sod around the edges and put my landscape beds back in their original condition. I did get multiple bids before I selected G&P. They not only had the best price, they left me feeling confident they would do the job promised in a professional manner. I feel my trust was rewarded by their great work.

Their price was better than anyone else. He was excellent. He had another large project, and called with another date to come,but he came when he said. My neighbor watched him, and said that he would use him. They cleaned up everyday that they were here. Always kept loose or dangerous stuff away. They made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. We did an walk through, and checked it all. Just an great guy.

It didn't. I'm wondering why Angie's list wants me to review a company I never contacted.

Pretty bad. Still waiting to get issues resolved going through the BBB and its been over a year!

The work was completed quickly. He offered to work on weekends to get it done in time for us to move our hot tub to our new house. We chose our color and pattern then he was ready to go. The guys were friendly and worked very well together to complete the job. The patio is amazing. It is a red color with the stamped concrete that looks like different size tiles. Definitely would recommend and will be asking him and his team back to do our driveway.

Great work, looks fantastic! I changed some design after they arrived on-site to do the job but before pouring concrete. They changed course and made the change.

G&P were professional and did good work. They also helped me figure out what to do when a bee infestation created a problem.

Shawn and his staff were very courteous and responsive. The got the job done quickly and it looks great. Their prices were comparable to other companies and the quality of their work was high. I would definitely work with them again.

They were prompt and communicated well when we had questions. They were efficient and hard-working, finishing in one day. The price was competitive and the payment was not due until the work was done. They cleaned up well and came back to replace soil next to the driveway. The results were excellent and we received many compliments and inquiries. Made our whole house look "new!" Well pleased.

Concrete pad was poured right on top of the ground with 6" high, no digging of ground was done so it became nightmare for us to level the field. We have spent more than 5K to fix this mistake but it's still not addressed. Main issue is not the mistake, it's the unprofessionalism and lies. Provider lied that they have done digging and dirt was so bad that they had to haul and throw it, in really slap was poured right in the field without any digging. This was first of our many projects but with this experience we have lost the trust of Angie's A list contractors.

To start things off, G & P, came in with the best bid of all the contractors that we picked. Sean was very very responsive. He educated us on picking concrete colors and stamps. He also explained how the old concrete would be hauled away, without any damage to our property (lawn) , how the new concrete would be poured and stamped, and how the color would be achieved (groove color and stamp imprint color). All in all, Sean was by far, the most professional, most flexible, and the easiest and most comfortable contractor to work with, and he easily, proved to me, that G & P Concrete would have no problem, meeting our needs. On concrete pouring day, everything went great! The crew was excellent, very responsive, very patient, and they answered all of my questions. They moved the pergola that we had on the patio. deck, and very carefully, removed the old patio and the old concrete, without any damage to the area they had to work in. They were awesome. After the old concrete, they spent a good deal of time getting the area ready.....with additional old concrete removal, the cutting and traversing of steel rods, ensuring that the new concrete would never crack. Then mixing the new concrete into the right color, then pouring and brushing the new concrete until it was perfect! There work was impeccable. The next step was stamping the concrete. This is where I got excited. After they were done stamping, it looked absolutely great. Then, the last step was appling the finishing colors. This is where G & P became extraordinary. After they were done with the color, I had some areas that I wanted touched up, spoke with G & P, and their response was the job was not done until we were 100 % completely happy and that it was their goal!! We got to that point very quickly (the point of being completely happy with everything), and when everything was done, my wife and I could only say.............WOW!!! Glad we had G & P do the patio. It was so good, we have decided to have G & P do the Front walkway of our house also. I would fully recommend G & P for any concrete work. They have the best pricing and the best quality of work.

Everything went very well. The crew was very professional. Shawn, the owner, was very accommodating. He did everything I asked without any argument. I would definitely use G&P again and recommend them for concrete work.

Team did an excellent job of removing the old concrete,, setting up, pouring and finishing the sections of driveway and sidewalk that was being replaced/added. The job took 2 days and the team of 4 men were always early to the job. They were very accommodating and extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process.

Driveway completed on time - initially was satisfied. However, about 4 months after diveway completed we end up w/ a 4 foot long crack. I called G&P to see what steps I should take so it does not get worse. I called 4 different times - no one would return my call. Recognize warranty does not cover cracks, but, was only looking to see what steps I should take so it does not get worse. When I was looking for a bid they called right away - now not even the courtesy of a return phone call.

They did a nice job. They were $700-1000 below other bids including a 5% Angies List discount. The pour happened immediately before the coldest weekend we had on record this year, but so far no issues. I was assured it was fine to pour in the cold, even though my research told me otherwise. Overall, really nice work. They leveled the concrete with my driveway entrance and also some existing concrete walkways I have next to the driveway. They also provided their own plastic conduit to bury my low voltage wires in the concrete going to exterior lighting. I'd definitely use them again.

They were prompt and professional and actually my lowest bid also. The only reason I chose a different contractor is because I was similarly impressed with the other contractor and they were able to do the job weeks sooner.

Attempting to obtain a bid was extremely frustrating. This involved multiple calls over a week's time that weren't returned and multiple promises that a representative would contact me who failed to do so. Eventually, just before I was ready to give up on the company, a man named Justice finally returned a call and scheduled a time to come by to provide the estimate. Why anyone should be forced to work so hard to obtain business from a company is baffling. Justice arrived, took a look, and gave me a written bid within the next two days, which I accepted. The work involved a request for a simple straight walkway, leading directly from my back porch to my garage. The workers arrived promptly on the scheduled date. The lead worker then went over the project with me in detail, which I appreciated. But he told that the straight walkway wouldn't work unless the workers did some excavation for which I would have to pay extra (not included in original estimate). Also, the walkway would be elevated 4-5 inches in places which would require minor landscaping later on that I'd have to do or pay to have addressed. He said these issues should have been mentioned by Justice. Neither of them were and they weren't mentioned in the contract. The solution to meet the original estimate price was that my straight walkway, leading directly to my garage, would have to have a minor jog one way and back the other way to avoid excavation and additional charges. I'd also have to have additional landscaping done later on to avoid a drop off on one side of the walkway that could twist an ankle or even potentially cause a fall. At least the workers were forthright about it and discussed the issues with me before starting instead of completing the work as described in the contract and charging me additionally. The final work looked fine, but since this was my first experience with hiring concrete workers, it's difficult for me to say if it was superior work or not. The clean up was satisfactory though there was some minor digging and that dirt was scattered around my lawn instead of piled up for me to use later addressingthe landscaping. In retrospect, I'd be reluctant to use this company again, particularly if I had to deal with Justice, the salesman.

Workers were polite and hard working. Very good at getting my input on design. Only downside was they splashed concrete all of back area against the house including doors which will not easily come off.
