He saved me some money by only needing one service call. He repaired my washer and everything is working again.

The issue was the front door of the dishwasher. Kevin removed the inside panel of the door, diagnosed the problem, offered a couple of alternatives, ordered the part, and put the door back together. He returned several days later. He again removed the inside panel, removed the (broken) latch assembly, replaced it with the new part, added some cork tape to further strengthen stability, and re-assembled the door. The new latch and dishwasher are working great. Kevin was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We will call All Appliance Repair in the future as needs arise.

Kevin is probably the best appliance repair man in the Springfield area. He is honest and fair and truly goes the extra mile. He does all he can to get replacement parts at cost and not charge and quot;an arm and a legand quot; for everything.

Unfortunately our machine is only 3 years old but due to the nature of the problem, Kevin advised us that it would be cheaper to replace than repair but would research to make sure there were not other options. We were pleased with his honesty, knowledge and fair price. We would definitely recommend.

Kevin was prompt and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately, telephoned regarding part availability, and returned the next day with a replacement part to complete the repair. He obviously likes his work and is friendly and professional.

Kevin arrived at the scheduled appointment time. Very professional as he serviced and checked out both furnaces. He explained what he was doing all along and provided insights for us to maintain the furnaces. He will definetely be called back to service our a/c this spring. Price was best we found and Angie's List rating of A's for Kevin's work was on target.

We hadn't had the furnace checked since moving into the house 7 years ago. There was nothing wrong with it but we wanted to make sure everything was running efficiently. Kevin did the inspection and explained everything he was checking. He will be back in the spring to check the a/c.

Cook's Appliance was able to get the part for the dryer in a timely fashion. The service man was on time for the initial consultation and the repair. He was very knowledgeable about the Fisher and Paykel brand and was very professional.

Kevin was thourough and prompt. He kept work area clean. Friendly and fair.

This is the second time I have used All Appliance Repair. Called, got a quick response, set a time, showed up on time, very friendly, fixed the problem. Great!!!

They called me back and we discussed the issue and what it would probably cost to fix my washer. About an hour later it bagan working again so I called to cancel the service call.

Repairman promptly responded to my call. He diagnosed the problem; discussed options; ordered parts; and installed parts in a timely fashion.

We talked at length and he answered every one of our questions. He was honest about it and we really appreciated that. He said to think about it and then either call or text our decision and we would go from there. We were looking at a possible $325+ with no real assurance that something else could not go bad being it's age. Therefore, we decided to go get a new side by side. We used this man years ago before we found Angie's list and liked him then. He's is honest and straight forward and that is why he has such a good reputation. We highly recommend him.

Was very helpful! Got me an estimate for repair of my old clothes washer. As I suspected the unit would cost more to fix than replace. He gave me tips on what washers he would recommend that were of the type I wanted. He suggested I call him when I spotted a machine that I liked to let me know what kind of repairs he had done to similar units from the same manufacturer. I did just that and he was VERY, VERY helpful. Thanks for the stellar work! It is good to know there ARE some companies out there that are more interested in making customers happy, being helpful and not charge outrageous prices in the process. I will FOR SURE call ALL REPLIANCE REPAIR for any and all of my future repair needs and have recommended the company to several co-workers.

Went great. Drained washer, determined problem, showed me the problem. Ordered part and kept me updated of status. Returned to replace part as soon as it came in and fixed the issue. Washer runs great now!

He was great to work with. He came out right on time. The price was very fair.

Advised us to buy a new clothes dryer without a lot of computer driven and quot;bells and whistlesand quot; Because he didn't repair the old unit his charge was less than his normal basic charge but the advise was very good. The old model had computer modules ruined when our home electricity was coming into the house at a fraction of its normal level. He worked on the old unit and determined that it was more cost effective to buy a new more basic unit. To my mind the questionand quot; Were services performed by the provider?and quot; Doesn't mean they were completed. But maybe a yes doesn't mean they were completed.

Kevin was courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, honest, polite, and reasonably price.

We called Kevin and he came out the next day. He explained everything he was doing to make the repair. He explained that the drain in the freezer was plugged with ice and showed us how to remove the ice in case it should happen again. He was very pleasant and helpful. We will call him again for any other appliance repairs.

Came, diagnosed and ordered parts. He had to return with the part and replace. Was professional.

I thought his price was reasonable and he has come back at different times and done a good job.

Kevin came out the day after we called. We had called him for our dishwasher several times before, and knew he was reliable and honest regarding calls and parts needed. He knew right off what was wrong with the washing machine, and ordered the part. When he returned, he showed us the part that was broken, and explained what the part did. He Is very knowledgable about appliances. We have had no further issues at all. He even checked our dishwasher to make sure it was filling properly since he had repaired it during another service call.

They were able to get both my washer as well as dryer running again and made it seem like it they were brand new ones. The guy who came out was prompt and polite. He seemed to be a good guy and was wonderful to work with.
