Kevin was very professional and personable. He even showed me more in depth cleaning that it would need on a regular schedule to keep it running smoothly and to help avoid the problem again. He explained what he was doing and why. I really like how he took the time to do that. Very reasonably priced as well. Not just there to make money, he genuinely care for his customers issues.

An overall amazing experience. Kevin was honest, knowledgeable and very prompt with every step of the work he did. I called at least 4 different HVAC companies for quotes. Received quotes from $4,000-$9500! When I called All Appliance Repair he asked the square footage of my house and stated "Don't even tell me what the other quotes were" Kevin was able to do the new installation for less than half what the other companies were wanting to charge. I wasn't necessarily looking for the lowest bid but after talking with Kevin, his frankness and honesty was so apparent! Especially after speaking with the other companies. It was a no brainer. He showed up to the house and completed all the repairs as promised in the timeline discussed. We have had no other issues since that time. If you ever need HVAC work Kevin and All Appliance Repair should be the first person you call!!!

My wife called Kevin at All Appliance Repair on Thursday. He had a full schedule but was willing to come out on Saturday. He also told her to have me call him when I got home from work that evening to see if he could walk me through resolving it over the phone (for free!). I did, and he gathered further information from me, but it was going to require an onsite visit. On Saturday, he was running a little late, but called to let me know ahead of time. He arrived very shortly after he was scheduled anyway, and immediately went to work. After seeming to find the problem (the air flow channels from the freezer to the refrigerator blocked with ice), he cleared it and put it back together. But he didn't just assume it was fixed. He waited to verify that the air was flowing like it should. It wasn't. He did further troubleshooting and discovered that the motor that had been previously replaced was running in reverse, which was incidentally creating the ice he had found. He did not try to sell me a new motor; it was a universal replacement, so he removed the fan blade, pushed the spindle through so it stuck out on the other side of the motor, turned it around, and put the fan back on the spindle on that side, effectively causing the fan to run the proper direction. He also suggested I wait on having him order the water filter bracket until we knew if he would have to come back or not, to minimize possible visits to save us money. He even suggested that I might be able to do it myself, that it wasn't that difficult of a job. The refrigerator ended up working perfectly. I have not yet done anything about the water filter bracket, but I plan to, by having Kevin take care of it. Kevin is a very friendly, personable guy who likes explaining what the problem is and what he is doing to fix it, helping the customer to understand the work instead of keeping them in the dark. He is also is very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend him.

Kevin diagnosed the repair and fixed the problem, at a reasonable cost. Explained the situation and helped us avoid repeating the issue in the future. Second time we have used All Appliance Repair this year.

Kevin was the most amazing service person I've EVER experienced...I kid you not. This is coming from an extreme sceptic. Seriously, I have a very difficult time trusting that I will not be taken advantage of, since this is NOT an area of expertise! Kevin was a man of integrity and he went above and beyond the call of duty. For example, I couldn't find an important cover that belonged inside my freezer, and he offered to MAKE one...at no charge! (Ultimately I found it...whew! Still, the fact that he was WILLING...wow!) He earned my trust, and since he has fixed my appliances, I have recommended him to a plethora of friends, co-workers,etc. I appreciated his work ethic. Kevin was extremely personable, yet also very patient, and each step of the way he explained the problem, and exactly what he would do to fix it. I was so afraid that I'd be charged an arm and a leg for the repair of 3 appliances, but Kevin was exceedingly fair, to the point that I was AMAZED. I would not hesitate to call him in the future...to find this kind of honesty, integrity, SKILL, and overall heart of GOLD in a serviceman is rare! Kevin, if you read this, please know how much I appreciate the work you did...I will never forget, and am committed to sending as much business as I can your way. I've never written a review like this, and almost feel foolish that I am "gushing," and singing your praises...but you deserve every ouce of it...and MORE. You are the BEST!

Awesome! Kevin was very prompt in calling me back (5 minutes). Took all the information he needed for the dishwasher/part. Called me the next day and said he could get the part, how much it was, how much he charged for installation, etc. It was done the next day. Charged me what he told me on the told. Very reliable and honest, hard to find nowadays! I will definitely use again on any other appliance issues.

He was friendly and we had a conversation about a plumbing service that I need for my cabin in another location. He may contact me if he's able to connect with his recommended plumbing services. I'm very pleased to have found him here on Angie's List!

He went out of his way to do what needed to be done so that we would have no problems later. He was very nice and friendly. He was very honest about everything. Kevin's care of the customer and his expertise is exceptional. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and proposed the solution with an exact estimate for repairs. Unfortunately the parts had to be ordered but Kevin went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of during the process. Every time I called, Kevin either answered the call or called us back very quickly. Kevin is very knowledgeable and I will definitely use him again!

Rather then replacing drip tray which would have been more costly, he fixed it. Did a very good job on the repair and what's better after almost a month- no leaks. Next appliance repair needed, I am calling Kevin.

I called Kevin and explained what we had going on with our washer. He asked for the error code and once I gave it to him he immediately told me what the issue was. He scheduled a time to come out the next day after we got home from work...which he did not charge extra for after hour calls. He arrived and had it fixed with 15 minutes. One of our toddlers socks had gotten stuck inside the drain and he showed my husband how to fix the problem if it ever came up again. Very impressed with him and would defiantly use him again.

*Kevin came to our home and repaired an eight year old Maytag dryer that the heating element had gone out on. *He was able to bring the part with him, that was really great. *He had information and tips that would help us make our dryer last longer. *He was very through at showing us the parts that needed to be replaced and why they needed us to be replaced. *We are grateful to have found this repair service on Angie's List

Called and he was by that day to see what the problem was--fairly minor repair. Ordered the part and replaced it in about 5 minutes. Only charged the initial service call which was fair.

After having bad experiences with "The Geek Squad" I thought I would repair the dryer myself. I ordered the parts and watched the video - We changed our mind and called All Appliance Repair and he was able to get to us right away. Kevin let me know he was running late and was very courteous.
