Reflections pool service is always punctual and great at their job. We had never had any problems with them. They really make sure that your pool is at its best.

Reflections Pool Services has been servicing our pool since it was installed (2000). We have then perform the opening and closing every year. Kevin and his staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The staff is professional and always arrive on time and do great work. I highly recommend Reflections Pool Services.

Very professional job. Owner met me in the evening to explain workings of the pool which was new to me.

Full Service opening. Included assembly of the filter system, installation of rails and ladders, pool vacuumed, chlorine, salt, ph, alk, and stabilizer balanced, cover folded, safety cover anchors lubricated and screwed back into the deck. They made 4 trips - the first to remove the cover and assemble the filter system. Then 3 visits to continuously clean until it was clean and balanced.

We contacted Kevin Mackey through Angie's List in the evening, and he responded first thing the next morning. Kevin is very easy to work with, and took the extra time to help us select the right pool liner for our pool. I felt comfortable in contacting him about any questions I had during the process, and Kevin was always timely and professional with his responses. We hope to use Reflection Pools next year for replacement of our filter and pump.

The service was outstanding. Everyone was very professional and friendly.They answered all my questions and Kevin was very helpful with his pool school. I will reccomend reflections pool service to everyone I know with a pool!!!

He removed the cover. Drained the pool. Ordered a new liner. Replaced the liner. Installed the new liner and started up the pump and adjusted the chemicals accordingly. All in a timely manner. He was very straightforward. We felt very comfortable with Kevin and working with his company. No one was every pushing anything we did not need and offered valuable suggestions for our pool.

They closed the pool which involved removing the salt filter, ladders, etc and placing the winter cover on the pool. Some of our bolts were missing so they left gaps so there wouldn't be one large gaps. We've since obtained bolts and placed them ourselves. We've used this service for over 5 years and although we've had a few issues, the owner has always jumped right in to resolve them promptly. Therefore, we continue to use them.

Kevin is always friendly and helpful. He is great about answering questions and giving various price options. We have used him for the last six years to open and close our pool. If we ever have any problems with our pool, he responds to our phone call quickly even over the weekend and in the evening. His employees are always on time and finish the job quickly. Kevin with Reflections is absolutely great. He has been servicing our swimming pool for 10 years now. He has the best prices around and takes the time to explain the work to you. When closing your pool, you have options of what you would like them to do and what you would like to do yourself. That can make it much more affordable. I highly recommend Reflections Pool Service.

Very particular with their work. We had a leak after the liner was installed and they kept in contact with us and did not stop until they found the leak.

I have had nothing but positive service from Reflections. They are usually quick to call you back and have always completed the work to be done. The service guys are polite and will answer any questions you may have even if they are working on your neighbors pool. I will continue to use reflections pool service for years to come.

Was referred to this company by a former coworker. I called on a Tuesday morning and they were out by the end of the week to close the pool. Owner was helpful w any questions I had over the phone. The 2 employees which did the work were friendly and willing to answer any questions. I changed from my previous company due to lack of communication. A few minutes after the work was complete, I received an email notifying me of the job being complete along w an invoice. Great communication -thank you!

We were not home when the pool closing was preformed. They were to do the service on Monday, but had to leave, and came back the following day.

Kevin and his team did a very nice job of removing the old liner, hauling it off, measuring and installing the new liner. They also did a very nice job of coordinating the boring of the new drain into the shallow end and making sure that all fittings and bumps were smoothed out!

We've used them the previous year as well but had a little different experience this year. They couldn't get one of the pipes to be completely water tight so they instead put some antifreeze in the pipe after opening them up at the valves. They neglected to put the o-rings back in at the valves or to close these back up tightly. I found one o-ring nearby on the ground and the other two inside the pipe (even after running water through it). So I had to reassemble it myself when opening it this spring. I was thankful that neither o ring left inside the pipe traveled down the pipe when I turned the system on this spring. I've had previous good experiences with them, so I don't know if this was typical, but it seemed like they left the work a bit unfinished.

Let me first say I have a pool that was installed 6 years ago by one of the bigger firms and service issues have always been handled slowly. Last Friday my main pump went out and I thought it was the pump itself being that it is older. When I called my old pool firm they really didn't seem like they wanted the 'service work' due to their heavy installation schedules.......I then decided it was time for a change and joined Angie's List to find a quality contractor based on reviews. I called a few but something struck me about Kevin when I spoke to him. He just seemed down to earth and very helpful suggesting things for me to try. We finally decided it was probably the pump and he ordered the parts. Today Bob showed up after Kevin had called this morning to give me EXACT pricing for the new unit (still $100 below competitors quotes). Bob called me on his way and when he arrived proceeded to examine the unit to determine all I needed was a new capacitor saving me over $300 from what was quoted in replacing the pump. Honesty was evident in Bob and I really appreciated his work. They also quoted out prices for closing and opening the pool which immediately let me to become a new customer for that work....I highly recommend them.

They show up when they say they will, do the work in a professional manner, and charge what they quoted.
