This is the second pool we had installed and the experience with Kevin and his team was fantastic. Kevin was involved in the entire process. He did a great job keeping us informed. Kevin did an incredible job! from response time to communication to timeliness. Everything was spot on. He did what he said he was going to do while being friendly and professional at the same time. One of the best contractors I have ever worked with and I run 5 restaurants. I deal with a lot of contractors. He was great. If I ever need anything else done with our pool I will be calling reflections for sure!

We were new pool owners and fairly uneducated when it came to pools. All we knew was the water was too cold last summer and we wanted a heat pump in addition to fixing a pool leak. We hired Kevin / Reflections Pool to make our pool more usable. Kevin came in and analyzed what was needed, recommended a better brand of a heat pump (Pentair) than what we were looking at purchasing. Kevin owned the ENTIRE process from beginning to end and was here with his crew working the job. He ordered the heat pump, poured the concrete pad, leveled up my existing concrete pad for the other pool equipment – at no charge, installed the heat pump, and laid the conduit for the electrician. He coordinated with the electrician to get power to the pump. We didn’t have to do anything other than watch our pool come into a better life. Kevin has also been working with us to find a leak in our pool. One that other professionals we hired last year couldn’t find. He works on finding the leak in a logical manner and dedication. We also used Reflections Pool to open our pool this year. They did an awesome job. The pool is so beautiful with it blue clear water and perfectly balanced with its chemicals to begin out the year. We will be using Reflections Pool for all our pool openings and closing every year. Kevin’s quality of work is superb. He listens to his customers and makes time to ensure he knows what you want for your pool. He designs great solutions. Oh did I mention the pool automation system Kevin installed and taught us how to use. This is one awesome system and I can control the pool, lights, waterfall, etc. from my phone or tablet from anywhere --- including out of state. Kevin also gave us a free pool school lesson where he taught us how to manage our pool and chemicals. I couldn’t have asked for a better company. Kevin’s prices are reasonable. He is honest and kind. He is quick to respond to phone calls. I am already talking to him now about building us a custom waterfall for our pool. You will NOT go wrong using Kevin and Reflections Pool.

All of my questions were answered in a timely and accurate manner. The crew came on the day scheduled and they did an excellent job. The job was done within about 2 hours.

Kevin, the owner as usual responded quickly and scheduled for someone to stop by and take a look to see what the issue was. We needed a new pipe, they ordered and within a week the problem was fixed! The best part I didn't have to take off work, they came by fixed and we were ready for our party that weekend! Excellent!!!!

The owner, Kevin, came out himself and performed all the winterizing task to the pool. Kevin Mackey and his father installed my pool over twenty years ago. Kevin has maintained the pool over the years adding a heater, safety cover, fixing various issues and replacing the liner. He has always done quality work at an affordable price.

Kevin was great during this short project. Good guy who showed up when he said he would...something I've found to be a rare quality in this business. I was pleased enough that I plan on using Reflections Pool for all my pool needs (service, openings, closings, and weekly chemical checks). So keep up the good work Kevin! Our pool is 13 years old an in need of a little upgrading. Kevin will be installing a new liner in the spring for us, I plan to have him change our existing pool light out for a new LED light and consider installing a mineral sanitizer that Kevin believes will help resist liner fading. They were out in just a few hours after my call and made the repair for me.

As usual, Kevin and his team arrived and resolved the issue promptly.

I just moved into a temp house with a pool, pending completion of my new house. Never had a pool before so I called them up and asked them to come right away since the pool looked green and was full of leafs and other stuff. They were very help and came out a couple of days later. Thee pool now looks and smells so much better. The drain at deep end of the pool is all cleared-up also. I just called them and put them on a periodic plan. Peter

Our pool area looks amazing and works beautifully. Everyone on Kevin's team did great work. This project was a significant investment for us. We were very pleased with Kevin's pricing and his collaboration with us to create the "resort" in our back yard.

The guys at Reflections (especially Kevin) have always been prompt and professional. They do a great job of keeping our pool looking its best year round. If weather or other issues arise that keeps them from making a weekly appointment, they're quick to let us know and make sure they get to our pool soon thereafter. They're also good about accommodating our schedule if we need service on a day other than the "usual" day. Highly recommended.
