Description of Work: I had an appointment and Chris who never called or showed. My time is also worth something. Even though this was not a big job, a phone call would have been professional and I would not be writing to say, "find your professional manners" If your job isn't big, don't bother with this company.....they are not courteous enough to say they are not interested or will not make appointment.

Description of Work: Jeramie and Chris were great to work with, and their team of guys did a great job. I am just waiting for it to rain so I can witness their repairs working and feel great about my dry basement. Thanks for the great service and cleaning up after too.

Description of Work: Used SRS to repair a large crack in our basement wall, and install a load-bearing post to take weight off the cracked-and-repaired portion of the wall. All interaction with SRS was quick and clear. They showed up on time and finished earlier than I was expecting. I really liked how they explained the issue initially, then explained what was happening while the work was being completed. Price was good, and I was completely happy with the work. Would recommend highly, and plan to use again, if it's ever needed.
