Structural Restorations Systems

Had $10,000 in work done on a detached garage that included 7 piers into bedrock. Came with a lifetime, transferrable warranty. Now in the process of selling the home and the buyer is questioning whether there has been movement and also executing the assignment of warranty. No response to voice mails. Website no longer exists and no real activity on their FB website or Angie's list in the last two years. Are you out of business?

I was thoroughly impressed with SRS's knowledge, cost, professionalism and superb work. We got quotes from 4 different companies and SRS's came in with the most detail and priced well. I never felt like they tried to up-sell me and worked with us to find the right sump pit size at a reasonable cost. After multiple storms that would have overwhelmed our previous setup, the modified sump pit and crack repair performed flawlessly. i would highly recomend them.

Chris Pate and his men were extremely professional and thorough. It was a big project and took about two weeks to complete. My basement is finished and while the majority of the work was done in the unfinished portion - there were a couple finished walls that had to come down. They were respectful and tried to keep the debris to a minimum. In addition to the foundation work, Chris had to return and do some additional waterproofing in the basement. I think they did a really great job and I'm confident in the work they did. I would recommend Structural Restoration to anyone in need of foundation repair or waterproofing. Before I had Chris come out, I had contacted Helitech - but the representative from Helitech was not nearly as thorough in his evaluation of the foundation and was considerably more expensive.

Chris was pleasant and professional and knew just what had to be done. His workmen were amazing! Unlike some workmen who tend to constantly bother one with questions and queries, these men came when they said they would, asked to be let in, and then told me when they were leaving. Not only were they quiet and unobtrusive, they were CLEAN! I worried about plaster dust being everywhere, but they used plastic draperies and there was NO dust, not even on the stairway to the basement!

Chris is the owner of Structural Restoration Systems and the guy who I dealt with. This was an outstanding experience in every way. In the initial consultation, Chris does a great job of first diagnosing the problem and then carefully explaining one's options for solving the situation. which in my case, was water seeping into a basement. He lists the various priced choices and the pros and cons of each, being direct and honest about each but not attempting to sway, pressure or steer in any particular direction. He presents detailed information to make a good decision and then leaves it to the homeowner to determine what makes the most sense. Almost immediately after our conversation, Christ presented a written proposal for me to consider with a clear description of the work to be performed and the accompanying costs. In terms of the work itself, Chris was there in person to oversee the work of his crew. They were careful to protect my home, laying down tarps to keep dirt and debris from being tracked in, and taping up plastic sheeting to contain the dust to the work area as much as possible. They were respectful of my house and property, and when the work was finished they were very thorough in cleaning up and in removing all debris from the work site. The work appeared to be done very well, providing full satisfaction of what had been promised in the proposal at a fair and competitive price. All in all, I could not recommend Chris and Structural Restoration Systems more highly. They are competent, honest and hard working. There is no pressure or fast talk, simply a guy who is in expert in his field providing straightforward solutions to homeowner problems and offering all the information needed to make a good decision. They then perform the desired work in a highly professional manner, doing everything possible to ensure homeowner satisfaction in every way.

I contacted SRS via Angies list and Jeramie responded promptly. We exchanged a few messages and he provided me with an initial quote that I was happy with. He is a straight talker, very professional and sticks to his word. He came over to size up the task, confirmed the quote and initiated the permit process at Ballwin. Once that was done, he set a date and completed the work on time. This work can be messy but they left the place clean and nice. Overall a great and painless experience for me. If you are looking for someone who is prompt and professional, Jeramie at SRS is your man!
