I liked their work and how long the prior system lasted(19+ years and Still going when I moved). | |This install was for a complete system. 15.5 seer AC, 95% efficiency furnace with variable speed blower, new ac line set to outside unit, new PVC vent, and old vent reworked, | |They arrived at the scheduled time. The install was completed by the end of the day. | |Unit performs very well in hot humid weather. | |Scott Lee also took care of submitting rebates to the GAS and ELECTRIC company. | |Very Happy with Scott Lee. | | | |

Description of Work: First of Bi-annual Furnace & A/C inspection. Technician was thorough and exact about what work was done. This company is the only one I will use in the St. Louis area.

Description of Work: We have used Scott Lee for years for routine maintenance of our heating and cooling system. They always do a great job, very responsive when we need them. Replaced an air in only a few hours when my 20 year old unit broke down a few years ago.

Description of Work: In the middle of the VERY HOT summer of 2011, there was roof damage to many of the units in our condo. The ceilings had to be completely removed in two rooms and we literally lived without ceilings, only an attic for a couple of weeks. Sometime within this timeframe, the AC would not go below 83 and was running all the time. We called Schneider [with whom we had a service agreement] and they came out, told us the AC was old and the compressor was going quickly and we needed a new unit -- pronto! In fact, they said we shouldn't wait more than a day because they were backed up with orders! We got a second opinion [and a third]. Scott Lee was the best! They came out, said they had to do a full inspection and cleaning and advised we not do ANYTHING until the roo and ceilings were fixed and the insulation put back in. They commented that, sure, they would like to sell AC's but that you had to be honest. They were! The third opinion confirmed theirs. BUT Scott Lee sent someone out the next day to service the unit. When the roof was put back correctly, our old unit ran fine. We switched service providers from Schneider to Scott Lee, we were so pleased with their honesty and professionalism. When you are in this situation, you appreciate so much an honest opinion as opposed to price gouging. When we do need a whole new unit, it will be Scott Lee who will get the business. "Everything comes to he who waits!"
