Great. This was the third company I contacted to repair my furnace. The first two misdiagnosed the issue and cost hundreds to replace parts that did not fix the issue. Upon recommendation, I called Scott-Lee and they sent someone out asap. The service person was professional, kind, and thorough. They found the issue right away and had the part on the truck. My furnace was fixed in one service call and is still running well even four years later. Since, I always call Scott-Lee for my heating and cooling maintenance needs. The service technician is always helpful, thorough and courteous even politely answering all of my HVAC questions.

Great job! This was my second Mini Split system and the difference between a mediocre install 2 years ago on the second floor with a different company and the Scott-Lee group was night and day. You get what you pay for, and in this group you get a level of knowledge, professionalism and quality of work that was consistent throughout the installation of the new system. This was a new product from Mitsubishi and quite intricate between two outside units and 4 flush mount units inside. The end result is amazing, and it was through their hard work and thoughtful planning that made it work out beautifully. The same consistent quality of work is true for those who have serviced the issues on the older system put in 2 years ago by another company. I cannot say enough about the entire experience from Shaun in sales to the install with Luke, Tommy and Ben. You want a job well done with integrity and professionalism this is your company.

We found Scott Lee Heating Company through our Costco membership. Everything looks and runs great, company was very easy to communicate with! The technicians who performed the installation were very courteous and made sure to clean up the basement area when they were done. Once the install was completed the installers explained all the work performed, as well as how to operate the thermostat.

They seemed honest. I would use them again if we still lived there.

They do a good job. I have been using them for 28 years. I don't have to call them, they call to automatically set up the service appointment. They come when the say they are going to come. They are good about telling us if we have any problems coming up. They keep us informed. Best of all they keep out AC fan condenser always working. So far I have not been without or surprised with any problems.

Responded to request for service promptly and gave us all options for repair or replace. Very professional and informative. Well organized company all around. Would recommend them highly. So far new system is fine, only time will tell, but installation went well and we feel all will be fine.

We called in the morning and they were out 3 hours later.

After checking the system, frion was added which fixed the problem. Also set-up both units on the Scott Lee Maintenance program.

Six years ago we got a new air conditioner and furnace from them. I get a service agreement from them and it is around $175 a year. He serviced everything in about an hour. They are always very responsive, professional and they are efficient punctual and everything. They are great.

The price was lower then the competition. I give them A+ all around.

We signed a contract with them that it takes care of everything. They were here in seven o'clock, didn't get any later than that.

I have used this company since 2002. They are the very best.

We are on the fifth service call with four different techs. We have a brand new furnace and blower and had been told our ten year old AC of the same brand should work better now. We had repeated issues with the ac block freezing up and have not gone a year without some sort of issue. Now, right when e ten year warranty is expiring, we are five visits in with resolution. Reports I read suggest the average AC lasts 16 years. This is our second Lennox and consistently with Scott Lee and we have had nothing but repeated issues.

Arrived on time at 7am,with enough manpower & equipment to finish the job by 1 pm. Professional at both install & payment transaction. Replaced Lennox units (lasted 15 yrs.) with newer version 14ACX - 4.5 stars on the old ones.

The Scott-Lee team arrived on time (7:00 a.m.) and placed drop cloths and runners on the hardwood floor and carpeting. After an initial inspection, they began removing the old system. They did an excellent job installing the new system, explaining how it operates and adjusted the duct work dampers. They completed the install at approximately 3:00 p.m. The installers did an excellent removing the associated debris.

I have them about twice a year. Everything went well.

This is a really big project that requires drilling 200 ft below ground. It was an excellent installation, it is working really well. We could not be happier and highly recommend them.

They've been around for a long time. It's well worth it. They made arrangement for a plumber to come in for the water heater, and the timing was like a ballet. It was perfect timing. They came in on the day of installation and they did in a half a day. They came in the morning, and this was something that you have to take out the furnace in order to get to the water heater. They took all of those things out of the closet in my garage that housed it, and as they were pulling up, the plumber was pulling in, he did his work. They returned a couple of hours later, he got out of the way and they came and took care the rest of it including the air conditioner. I've been very pleased with it. The Saint Louis County inspects installations of all furnace and air conditioner to make sure they're done right, and they were going to do an inspection for me on September 9th, but I know there will be no problem because this is a good company. They stand behind their work. They were also courteous, and respectful of my privacy. There would have been a short cut for them to go through my house to get to the backyard but they didn't because I was uncomfortable with too much walking through on floors and so they just went down the block and around, and came up the back way. They were very good. They cleaned up after themselves. They did all the things they were supposed to do. Their pricing was fair. So far, everything works well. I love the new thermostat. I'm sure the equipment was installed properly and that I will be saving considerably on my electric bill. My neighbors recommended them. I'm very glad I chose them.

The service appt was scheduled for another day but they were in the neighborhood and called to see if they could come by a few days earlier. I said yes which was good for me too. The technician called when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He placed booties over his shoes to protect the floors. He explained rebates that were available and went to work checking the unit in the basement. He came up and told me he was going outside to the AC unit. When he was finished he told me everything looked good and what he had done. He was very polite. I was pleased with the young man's overall professionalism.

The estimate was quick and professional with full explanations of all rebates and deductions. The installers arrived on time and did all work specified. Cleaned up after they were finished. We had a short notice situation and the company and it's personnel helped complete all bidding, removal and installation within our time frame.

They were the best people for the job for the price that we paid.
