Description of Work: In the past I had a furnace installed and later an air conditioner. I also had Reliable perform routine maintenance on both. This spring the blower failed on my old furnace, which was 14 yrs old. I decided to purchase a new one. They did an excellent job replacing the unit. I have confidence in this company. In my opinion they perform only necessary service and do it at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Our AC unit quit during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. I called Reliable from your list based on the reviews. They came out the next morning and fixed it. The guy was thoroughly professional, showed me the part he replaced, cleaned the unit and was on his way. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Our furnace, brand new when we purchased our home five years ago, was on pushing out COLD air. We were worried that it was a major problem. We chose this company because they had not received a bad rating, and they were close. We were given a time that they would be at our home between 10 and 12. Well, they came closer to 10, than noon! In fact the guy was at our house before 10:30! I had gone out to get lunch and he was at our home and done by the time I was on my way home! It turns out the sensor on our furnace sits in the flame, and had become dirty and was not telling the flame to stay on long enough to heat the air. The technician cleaned it, and even fixed the annoying rattle that had been there whenever the fan kicked on (due to how it was installed). We were happy with the service we received. The technician was prompt, professional, and personable, considering the time of morning. We will definitely call them again to take advantage of other services they offer.

ALSO, IF YOU ARE ON THE DIAMOND PLAN, YOU RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT ON PARTS AND LABOR. THERE ARE ALSO OTHER PERKS THAT RELATE TO EMERGENCY AND OVERTIME CALLS WHEN YOU ARE ON THE DIAMOND PLAN. THEY HAVE CAUGHT SOME MINOR PROBLEMS WHEN THEY HAVE CAME OUT AND FIXED THEM FOR US. ANYONE I HAVE HAD CONTACT WITH AT THE COMPANY HAS BEEN VERY NICE AND VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOBS.
