They come once a week and mow my lawn and also take care of my shrubs and plants. They are professional, punctual and responsive. The quality of their work is very good and I have been satisfied with their service.

They are reliable and their price is reasonable. Apart from lawn maintenance, they do other services as well like leaf removal and fertilizing. I have never had any problems with them or their employees.

They do excellent work, show up promptly at the same time each week, and will check with us if anything in the yard is unusual (e.g. should this area be mowed or not).

I called Jeff, the vice president of the company, to ask about removing leaves. He stated the cost was $40 per hour + $1.00 per bag. He said the cost would probably not be over $100. I decided to let my husband mow and bag the leaves in the yard until it got too cold. My husband did this 3 times until December. I called Lawn Masters to come and clean up the rest of the leaves. They did a good job although the cost of this was shocking! The charge for this was $195 for 1 1/2 hours of work (included $15 for bags). When I called Jeff about this he looked at the bill and said the charge was for $40 per person. I was not informed of this before and told him this was not right. He said that had always been their policy. I said "you could have had 10 people working on my lawn and I would have had to pay per person!" I canceled our service even though we had used them for 3 years.

I usually have them come weekly, but sometimes I call and have them wait to come every other week depending on how the yard looks. They do a good job and are flexible. They are always very friendly and professional. They come on time and do what they say they will.

THEY DO A DECENT JOB IN COMING OUT TO CHECK THE LAWN, BUT NEVER SEEM TO OFFER ADVICE FOR PROBLEM AREAS. I HAVE TO KEEP REMINDING THEM WHERE OUR PROPERTY LINE IS, SO THEY KILL ALL THE WEEDS. I AM CURRENTLY CHECKING INTO OTHER SERVICE WITH A SMALLER ORGANIZATION THAT MIGHT GIVE MORE INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION TO THE YARD. I WOULD USE THEM IF YOU NEED JUST GENERAL LAWN CARE AND DON'T HAVE MANY PROBLEM AREAS.

THEY CALLED ME BACK INITIALLY AND THEN SAID THEY'D HAVE SOMEONE ELSE CALL BACK TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND NEVER DID.

EXCELLENT WORK SO FAR, DEPENDABLE.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB FOR WHAT THEY ARE CONTRACTED TO DO. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A LITTLE MORE INITIATIVE ON THEIR PART WHEN THEY SEE SOMETHING THAT IS NOT RIGHT.
