It went well. I liked that they did not use subcontractors. They missed a few spots and when I called they were very responsive and came out and fixed it.

Mr Coco is a man who takes pride in his work. He was pleasant to deal with. He uses quality paint. He kept me informed what times they would arrive and depart each day which I appreciated. The prep work and painting was better in some places than others. Looking at the completed work, it seemed to me that not all of his sons rose to their father's work standard. I later hired another painter redo the work in the hallway so that the wall paint was only on the walls and the ceiling paint only on the ceiling. Also much later I noticed that the key to the storm door which I had kept on top of the interior door frame trim was no longer there. My guess is that someone moved they key while painting that area and did not remember to replace it or to mention it to me.

They were very professional, nice and easy to work with. They did very high quality work and we are very happy with them. We would hire them again.

Overall it went pretty well. He communicated really well. He did have one helper that was a little sloppy, and tended to rush when he wasn't around. They painted a porch deck, and moved everything off and back on. In doing so there was a little bit of damage, but I didn't say anything about it. I was just a little bit disappointed that he used young workers.

It didn't go. I will contact other companies.

The work went well although the weather played havoc with their schedule on a few days. The painters spent the first day power washing and sanding the windows. This was followed by priming, replacing any rotted wood, and painting. The whole job was finished in just over a week. The one negative is now I have a cracked window that needs to be replaced. I THINK this happened sometime during the painting, but rarely pay attention to that window.

They were very good, we have had better service before but it all turned out well in the end. We were pleased with the end result, we just had to keep an eye on them during the job. As far as scheduling they were very accommodating, we had to reschedule several times in light of weather and they were more than happy to do so.

Chris was very prompt in following up on our initial contact and was willing to come out for an estimate, but was honest about timing. He said the company was running approximately 1 month behind. We agreed to wait and after a month & 1 week had passed with no word from the company, we attempted to contact him to touch base. We had no response to an email and voice-mail. We understand that contractors are often very busy and have schedules that fluctuate, but it is important to keep the lines of communication open.

Chris and his helper were very polite & professional, cleaned up at the end of the day, were responsive as needed.

They did a good a job, which is why I'm having them back.

He did a good job, all in one day. He used excellent product. I would use him again.

First of all the owner was very professional and I soon learned that 3 of his sons, who worked my project, were also very attentive, polite, conscientious and detail oriented. They worked cohesively as a team, and the quality of the work was exceptional. There was no horseplay, swearing, smoking and other things that I have generally found to be annoying and offensive with past contractors. They did not take short cuts and they cleaned up after themselves and in general left everything in the same condition as they found it. For example, my flower beds, sidewalks and all things in the work area were covered and protected. For the first time in my experience I did not find myself suffering from anxiety and dreading the hours the workers would be here. I have already decided to hire them again during the winter months to do some interior work of plastering and painting. This is a fine family and I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone. I am extremely happy!!

Company representative was a no show on multiple appointments for bids.

Quote was made promptly and was fair. Started less than 2 weeks after acceptance. Was professional and cooperative. Very pleased with end result.

We were having a lot of work done on the outside of our home, and scheduling was a challenge! Once the new roof was on we wanted Chris and his sons to paint. They arrived the week after the roof was completed. They arrived early and in one day completely finished the house, both coats and the foundation. It looks great! The old steel siding looks like new. The neighbors are amazed! We ask Mr. Coco if they could come back at a later date to do the garage, as we were having repairs made to the siding on it. He said that was no problem, just let him know when we're ready. In about another week or so it should be done. Oh, and the color we asked them to match was right on! When the new siding went up the contractors who put it up were really impressed too! Chris has been a pleasure to work with and I will hire them in the future, with out getting other bids! Oh, and their price, their price was better with two coats than the other companies with one coat!

The paint job that Chris Coco and his crew did was excellent. They showed up when they said they would. They finished on time. They cleaned up after themselves.

Chris Coco was prompt in responding to my request for an estimate and then in providing that estimate. Chris and his sons painted the interior walls, ceilings, and closets of our one-story house, but first they had to repair a substantial number of defects, like peeling paint, scrape marks, and nail and screw holes. They did an absolutely fantastic job with this. The actual painting job was of excellent workmanship as well. Also, I felt comfortable going to work while they worked during the day. The only problem was that there was a bit more of a mess after the first day than I had anticipated. Chris assured me that he emphasizes to his crew that clean-up is a necessary part of the job. He told me that there was a great deal of sanding that had to be done the first day, especially in the kitchen, to deal with the peeling ceiling paint. There was just more plaster dust generated than I had anticipated. Chris called me after the second, and last, day of work to check on the job done.

Mr. Coco and his sons were prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. I would definitely call him again.

Received estimate to paint fasica for $1150, to paint sofit another $1850 I only have a one story medium size ranch house, this is way out of line for what they should be charging. I don't know how previous people rated them good on price, they are way out of line. They were polite, but what good is that with prices like these? I would never hire them.

A VERY MIXED REVIEW. I HAD TO CALL THREE TIMES BEFORE I COULD GET SOMEONE TO COME DO AN ESTIMATE. ONCE THAT WAS RESOLVED, THE MAN WHO CAME (CHRIS COCO) WAS VERY PROMPT, POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. BUT I THEN HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN A WEEK FOR THE OFFICE TO GET BACK TO ME WITH A QUOTE. HOWEVER, ONCE THEY DID, THEIR BID WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. THE WORK ITSELF WAS DONE QUICKLY, CLEANLY AND LOOKS GREAT! OVERALL ASSESSMENT: GREAT PAINTERS, VERY POOR OFFICE STAFF.

PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. MAY HAVE BEEN A BIT PRICEY BUT PROVIDED QUALITY SERVICE IN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME.

CHRIS COCO IS ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. THEY COMPLETED ALL OF THE WORK IN ONE DAY. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE HAD THEM DO WORK FOR ME, AND I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE LEAVING THEM IN MY HOME WHILE I'M AT WORK.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, AND THEY CAME IN AND DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND THOROUGHLY.
