Description of Work: We debated over whether to replace the tub in our 2nd bathroom or reglaze. The tub bottom was in terrible shape and I had to cover with a bath mat to avoid looking at it. I heard many reasons why not to do it but in the end, after talking with the people at Bath & Kitchen, we re-glazed the tub and the tile. They were not the least expensive company but they did offer a 5 year warranty. They spent a lot of time preparing the surfaces and applying the glaze. They supplied a vent to take the odor out through an upstairs window. The biggest surprise was that I didn't anticipate the strong odor or how long it would last...probably because the tile and tub were done at the same time. In the end, the tub and tile look fantastic! I should have done the work years ago. I had one small area that needed to be touched up (I left a beige tie-back hook on the tile) and they were quick to come out and touch it up. I would recommend definitely recommend their work.

We love the new look and Dan, our technician, was punctual, answered my questions and even asked me for some left over paint from my walls so he could touched the paint on the wall behind the counter that was scuffed a bit by the masking tape.

They vented the bathroom so the smell was minimal and was gone by the next morning. The tub looks fantastic...what a huge difference. Wish I had done it sooner.

Bath Refinishing St. Louis not only cleaned the tub to get all soap and grime off, but made sure the tub was ready to receive the re-glazing. It was a pretty easy process and Louis was Very professional. It is nice to have a tub that doesn't scream pink now.
