The person I spoke with explained that any tub repairs would be required before the glazing could be performed. She seemed knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions, and provided needed information to me, a person with little knowledge of the reason to glaze versus replace.

Po man's way to a remodeled bathroom. I was unhappy with the way my tub looked and the fact that no matter how hard I worked to keep it clean, it never looked clean to me. So instead of putting out the expense of a new tub, I had it refinished and for less than $400 spent, I think it looks pretty good. It comes with a 5 year warranty. A very satisfied customer once more.

They did an excellent job from apt setup to the actual work. The technician could not have been more professional and courteous. His work was excellent as well and the bathtub looks brand new.

My bathtub looks brand new! When I called to schedule the service, I was pleasantly surprised that there had been a cancellation and they were able to come out within a few days. I was quoted a price over the phone that was 50% less than other companies--be sure to mention Angie's List! Shane was very efficient. Sanded down old coating and applied new coating in about 3 hours. He gave good tips for maintaining the tub and the company provided email follow-up with receipt and care instructions.

Only had to send a photo of the tub to get an accurate estimate. The cost is more than for a typical bathtub because of its size. Jordan showed up at the appropriate time. He was friendly, explained the process in detail, took great pains to cover everything, and did a beautiful job transforming the tub. No mess at all! I wish I had done this 20 years ago!

I did not use them. I only looked at their information. I don't understand why I have to rate a company when I only looked at their profile.

They showed up on time, kept us updated with what they were doing and cleaned up after the work was completed. There had been a large dent and rust spot on the bathtub. The tub now looks completely new.

Needed tub refinished only but when I removed the old aluminum enclosure it had old dried on liquid nail adhesive on tile. The adhesive could not be removed without scratching the tile so contractor refinished the tile, as well as the tub. It all looks great. Very satisfied.

After they finished, I noticed about a week or two later that one of the spots that was supposed to be glazed didn't have as much glaze on but I didn't call them back. They could have more evenly coated the tub. The price was fair.

The work was done timely and first quality. Tech explained do's and don't before he left.

All I can say is WOW. We bought a condo and the people before us tried to refinish the tub and tiles on there own It looked really bad and was chipping off. Jordon was our service provider. He explained about the process and the chemical smell. When they were done I was amazed at how good it looked. I was afraid that the finish would look "after market" but it looked great.

They said that I called too late and that they couldn't honor the deal even though I didn't see a date mentioning that on the deal. I believe that I have told you this before, so quit sending me this request to rate them. It is annoying.

At first, it had a couple of blemishes. We called them and they were very good about coming back and fixing it. They were pretty timely about it since we called. They did a good job. There was an additional charge of another hundred or 200 dollars. They arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. The price seemed fair.

Technician was prompt. He had an exhast fan that kept the rest of the house oderless. Process took only a couple of hours and included recaulking the outer edges and trim around the tub. I also purchased the non skid treatment as the tub was refinished like glass and we shower mostly.

Took about 3 hours. Since I didn't watch it (I don't watch paint dry either), I can't tell the detains. However, now, 6 months later, I am very pleased with the surface repair and especially the non-slip bottom.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked fine and they were good. They were very prompt. The individual that did the job was excellent. He communicated everything. He made sure that my house was cleaned up at the end. He showed up on time and he communicated and called beforehand. The owner got back to me quickly to set up an appointment. The price would have been $500 with the epoxy and taking up the existing paint job and I paid $275. I had called around regarding pricing.
