It went well. Everything was explained about what they would be doing. When work was completed he once again explained what was done.

Company was punctual. Explained cleaning process, which was essentially steam cleaning. The results were satisfactory, given that the grout had lost its original seal. We were happy with the result.

Rhet was on time, made a good deal with me to include the stairs to my original estimate, and the result was much more than I imagined. Should have used them more often as it turns out.

The tech was experienced and helped to work around a seperated pipe.

After cleaning it was like brand new. I have severe allergies and I was skeptical. However, it is in our new house and new friends have asked where we got it because they thought it was brand new!

He did a very good job and was very knowledgeable about the product he was using . I really appreciate the fact that he was attentive to the problem areas and showed great concern to protect my wood furniture by taking extra time to place protective covers on each piece.He did this also in a timely manner.

Team member was very productive; excellent job overall; he was very timely and professional.

Very nice job. He spent a lot of time successfully removing one particular stain and worked very carefully and methodically on the rest of the surfaces. He also assured us that he'd come back if the stain resurfaced (explaining the importance of not using soap on carpeting.) The carpet is light gray, almost 14 years old and has been well cared-for so it looks pretty good "as is", but the rooms are all well-used so cleaning is important and we do it annually. We will most definitely call this company again - and their price is so highly competitive, we may consider having them come more often.

It went well. They offered pet urine cleaning for extra that went well. But did double the price. It was worth it.

Rhet actually called ahead and let me know about what time within the arrival window; he would be arriving. He arrived as expected; was very professional, well spoken, personable, reviewed my carpet cleaning options with no pressure or up selling. Just pleasant conversation, discussing what his company offered. I decided to have a few extra things done and was thrilled with the results. I have a sensitive nose to perfumes/chemicals, but the carpet cleaning solution used just had a very light, citrus smell that is actually quite pleasant! (It also dissipates after about an hour) I can't say enough about what a great experience we had and have recommended his services to several people. A+

He arrived promptly and accessed all of the rugs...there were some bad stains on the wtw which I doubted would come out. He worked quickly and professionally and the rugs look amazing! A few of the spots just weren't going to come out and I knew that, but the wtw looks so much better! I will probably put a few area rugs over the spots, so it's fine :)

Our son and daughter in law were very happy with the carpet cleaning especially knowing there were no dangerous chemicals involved.

It is fine. They took up the carpet and cleaned underneath I guess, carpet and the pad and put it back down. It is a fair and a reasonable price, they did a good job.

While I can't see inside the vents. I trust that they were well cleaned. The carpet was really stained before and they look amazing.

I was and I still am extremely happy with the work. For one thing, the ugly "smells" were and still are completely gone! So refreshing! And there is NO chemical smell - just clean and comfortable. The carpet feels new!! It is not 'sticky' as some cleaners can leave residue on it, and it is soft and very pretty. The stains are gone. Wonderful!

They did a really good job. You could see the steam coming out of the machine so you knew it was actually being steamed. The gentleman that came out (Rhett) explained everything before he started and during. He gave us options and got the job done. I would highly recommend him.

Arrived on time, gave me an accurate estimate, cleaned to my satisfaction. Went the extra mile on vent cleaning. Very impressed.
