The old and switch here. Quoted $80 on the phone when finally shows up late does an ok job. Then charges $180. Don’t trust them. To many honest carpet cleaners out there.

It went well. It was quick and professional.

They did a fantastic job. They even got up against the woodwork to clean. I have had carpet cleaners that only go so far to woodwork, and it looks terrible. I would highly recommend.

Ali did a superior job, he called ahead and told me what his timeframe for showing up was and he was right on time which I appreciated as I work from home and on a schedule all day. He was friendly and professional, very courteous and respectful. Our carpets had not been cleaned since we moved in a few years ago and you could tell, afterwards they looked spectacular! Stains were gone and everything met or exceeded our expectations. I will add that prior to us moving to MO we had my in-laws do all of our carpet cleaning as they have been doing it for over 40 years, this job was as good if not better than what we got from them. We asked about other work that we wanted done and he gave us a price, no attempt to up sell or get us to have work done we didn't want or need. We would definitely hire them again.

The service technician Ali was great! He called 40 mins before he arrived to confirm the scheduled time. Then he arrived on time, in uniform, and introduced himself. He was professional, friendly, and cleaned my dryer vent thoroughly. He even found a remnant of a bird's nest in there! Definitely a problem! When he was done he cleaned up after himself well. Thanks Ali! I will definitely consider this company for other services in the future.

We had not had our carpet cleaned for many years, during which time we had a dog and two cats, and the carpets were quite dirty. Positives: The technician did a good job getting the dirt. The carpets look much better. I appreciate that he called me at the beginning of our time window (10:00 a.m.) and told me that he thought he would not arrive until about 11:00. It was a slightly later than that because he was unable to start his truck and had to get a jump. When he arrived, he apologized for being later than he had anticipated. Overall, he was very courteous. The carpets do not have the residue that I have experienced with other carpet cleaners, nor the chemical odor. When the technician arrived, he was surprised at the amount of carpet that had to be cleaned and was initially quite stressed about the fact that he did not think he could get the carpet cleaned before his next scheduled job. (In the future, I will take the time to measure the carpeted areas and provide an estimate of total square footage. I do not fault Clean Green for the misunderstanding.) I called Clean Green and explained the issue, the technician’s schedule was adjusted, and that solved the issue. I appreciate the helpfulness of the woman I spoke with at Clean Green. She called the technician immediately after I talked with her and made the necessary scheduling change. Negatives: I wish I had known the technician would not move any furniture. I had asked ahead of time whether he would, and I was told he would be working alone, and therefore could move only chairs. (My experience with prior cleaners is that a crew of two would be used, they would move most of the furniture, and they would place the furniture on wooden coasters so that the furniture would not bleed onto the carpet.) Unfortunately, the technician did not move any furniture. I hurried to move as much as I could but because the technician began spraying all the rooms with cleaner, I did not complete moving the furniture before he started. I moved the heavy furniture, assuming he could move the few chairs and small tables, which I had cleared. He did not, so there were several areas that were not cleaned, the most obvious of which was an area under a table and chair. One of our cats had thrown-up under the table. By moving the (wooden) chair, that area could have been cleaned. It was not. The carpet took significantly longer to dry than I had expected based on Clean Green’s advertising. Drying time was similar to previous cleaners, about 24 hours. Most importantly, the technician left a wet rag on one of the runners of our 200+ year old rocking chair. Unfortunately, we did not see the rag until that evening. We removed it and I wiped off the runner, but it has water damage the width of the rag. Overall: I would consider using Clean Green again, but I would clarify the amount of carpet to be cleaned, move furniture ahead of time, and pay more attention to the technician’s actions.

Everything went great. Professional and polite serviceman who took time to review our work requests before starting the job. He recommended services and options but didn't try to push or up sell. Originally we only scheduled carpets (including a stairway) and ducts for cleaning but decided to add on a tile cleaning which turned out amazing! The entire appointment lasted just a few hours and carpets dried quickly without that "wet" smell lingering in the house. We would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

Excellent. They were on time, clean, professional, carpets looked like new, dryer worked better, not as much dust in the house. A major “internal” cleaning was needed.

The carpet cleaners that showed up looked and acted professional. Both were very polite and respectful. Originally was only going to have the downstairs and hall carpets cleaned. I decided to have them clean the bedrooms as well. They jumped in and helped move stuff around and out of the way so they could properly clean the carpets. A week later the carpet looked cleaned stains were gone. I would and plan on hiring them again.

Fantastic job. Rhett was very professional, explained everything very clearly, and did a great job. I originally just planned on having the carpets cleaned but ended up having him also add a carpet protectant and clean the tile and grout in the kitchen and I'm very glad I did. With two large, messy dogs, and a cat, my carpets were in dire need. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Work was preformed, The only issue I had is that some of the debris that came from the suction was left at some of the vent areas so I hade to sweep up those areas.

The service was efficient and professional and left my carpets (4 rooms) looking really good considering their age!

Well. Gentleman was punctual, explained things well, worked with me to get what I needed.

Ryan was excellent as the technician and carefully explained the pros and cons of doing each of the rugs in the house. I have wool rugs and he explained that it would cost more to do them, and they have do them very carefully. All of the spots on the rugs and chairs we could not get out, he did and the house looks much better and the rooms smelled great. He was very professional. I did pay extra to have the chairs done and the rugs scotch guarded.

Actually called and was early, but I wasn't able to get home in time. They were very professional and did a very good job.

Not only were they super professional, nice, informative, and very accommodating for scheduling, but he was able to get all of my stains out in high traffic areas of my home. Looked brand new!

Very good. Extras add-up in a hurry. Extra room and hallway $20 each. Steps $2 each. To work on one small spot the size of a small finger nail was $30 each.

The technician arrived, I showed him we had a pet stain in the hall way, He said it would be an additional $15 to clean the stain (on top of the $89 special I already paid on Angie's list) and that it would not come out but the $15 would remove the smell. He also said it would be an additional $40 to add a protectant to the carpet. This carpet is only 1 year old with no other problems or stains. I paid and the tech went to work, less than 30 minutes later he said he was done and packed up and left. The carpet was damp but did not smell clean or even look vacuumed. This morning after it is all dry I came down to take a look and the stain is still there and it smells worse than before and the rest of my carpet is just okay. I have my carpets cleaned each year and have never had a problem wish I had used my old guy.

I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning and pet treatment that was performed throughout my house. The technician was very polite, professional and clean. The carpets look fantastic and, more importantly with a dog in the house, smell clean. I will definitely use Clean Green again.

the initial job seamed OK, however, the tech did NOT place any plastic sheets under heavier pieces of furniture, Unfortunately, the carpet must have gotten pretty wet under one leg of the couch. I moved it about 3 weeks ago, and the stain from the furniture leg bled into the carpet. The couch leg was stained in black, and we have tried everything to remove the stain to NO avail. We will call another professional out to try to remove the stain, but I am afraid if the stain won't come out- we will have to have a piece of carpet removed and replaced. The leg was about 2'x3' and we cannot conceal this stain.

Everything went well and we felt the service provider did a great job and was honest and professional.

Fine. I can't look into the ducts, so I assume they were cleaned. No reason to think they weren't. Sorry, there aren't several paragraphs for this. Rhett came, cleaned, left. Thanks. I'd rather not be expected to write a book about each time I use an Angies service.
