Rhett was kind and professional. Very thorough and took time to answer all questions. I added on a service for tile/grout cleaning after he arrived. Everything cleaned to my expectations. Even helped move some furniture to improve cleaning needed beneath. Above and beyond. Only slight peeve were some black marks left along wall following tile cleaning process, but they cleaned off easily with Magic Eraser, so no big deal.

He was polite, prompt and did a great job. He does not move furniture but made every attempt to reach under any standing furniture. Over all I was pleased with the work.

It went great. Tim arrived right on time and used to bluelight to see if there were any pet stains. He pretreated the carpet and a couple times during the cleaning he had me look at the difference in it which was amazing.

I just felt like the carpets gathered dirt again real quickly.

Bought a Groupon based on wonderful reviews and they did not disappoint. Carpets are beautiful and there is no chemical smell in the air. So glad I bought the Groupon!

They were completely non responsive and failed to called back after a message was left with a call back number. I would not recommend them.

It was great. It was a really lovely experience. I went out to walk the dog and when we got back it was almost done. It was $59 for 3 rooms and then I added on steps which were $52 for 3 big areas and the steps as well. It is still looking great. It feels like it's clean and we can breathe better in the house and everything. I looked at what they guaranteed about the products that they're using and it looks like it doesn't leave any chemicals that stay in the air. It was very good and quick and very generous on all the things he moved. He spent an extra amount of time on pet stains. It took him about an hour and a half and he moved some stuff too to make sure everything was covered. I don't have any quarrel with anything he did.

There were a few large pet stains and the overall carpet felt like it needed to be replaced. Clean Green did such a great job that the whole carpet looked brand new! I am so impressed by every aspect of this company. Completely professional, quick, great customer service, amazing techs and they do more than just clean carpets. I will be utilizing them for my air duct cleaning also.

We had just moved in and wasn't sure when the ducts had last been cleaned. Well, it seems that perhaps never. We used an Angies' List coupon but I knew we'd have many more ducts than any of the coupons covered. Their pricing was competitive and up front. Technician arrived right on time and did a thorough job and left our house spic and span. He did say he cleared out enough dust and dirt that he had to clear out the filter on the giant vacuum 3 times, which was a first for him.
