I understood the service to include winterizing. However the lawn mower was returned with gas in the tank. I would have expected the tank to be emptied and a small amount of oil spread in the cylinder.

It went really well. I had a snow blower that quit working, and when I called Bill’s they let me know about the Deal. That saved me money, which I really appreciate. They had to rebuild the carburetor and the snow blower has been working great since. I actually called around to several others places, and Bill’s was the only one that got back to me!

It turned out great. There was really no timetable because we weren't using our lawn mower. They did do a repair but I was pleased, they found it was still under warranty. It was the first time we used them.

Bill was great! Picked up and dropped off the lawn mower at my home. Looks like new. He also changed a broken belt that was under warranty and he took care of all the details.

Items were picked up at agreed upon time and returned within 2 days. Snowblower runs great now. Won't need lawn mower for a few months.

Pick up of lawn mower went well as well as the estimate on the cost of repairs. The return of the lawn mower was a bit tricky dude to the holidays he was unavailable much of the time I was available for delivery. It took a few phone calls to coordinate the effort. And then the price quoted did not include tax. Because it is winter I am unable too evaluate how well the lawn mower works yet.

The called to set up a time to pick up the mower and again to drop it off (a plus for me). They serviced the mower and returned it. The mower works great.

They did a tune up on the lawnmower. The mower needed more repairs. They took care of it and charged a very reasonable amount. I am very happy with their service. I will use them again.

They called me promptly after I bought the service to pick up our snow blower and scheduled a time that week. They were there when expected and had plenty of convenient times to schedule. They delivered the snow blower back to our house the next week promptly as scheduled. At the first snow we took it out and it worked great! I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!

That turned out really good. We used the snow blower once since they have done the tune up. They picked it up and then dropped it back off when they were finished. It took them about a week. He also made a special trip to drop it off on a Friday evening, due to a snow storm coming the next day. I was impressed. Brian was his name that we dealt with; and he had a really good personal service.

He came and picked up the blower from the house. He called and delivered it the Friday of a snowstorm (braving the elements himself) to make sure I had it to use the next morning when the snow stopped. I'm very happy with the service.

Everything was fine, Bill's picked up my mower from home, did the work and returned it about a week later.

Bill's did an excellent job with the repairs and pick-up and delivery was very much appreciated. I was amazed at how well the snow thrower performed the last big snow storm. It has NEVER run that good!!! EXCELLENT!!! I will come back again next year!

Outstanding in every way! Punctual and professional, Brian went above and beyond my expectations, replacing my faulty carburetor under the mfg warranty, at no additional cost to me! Truly a stand up kind of guy. Highly recommend this company!

He picked up our lawn mower for a tune up on the day we requested and returned it a few days later.

Great job. I wouldn't expect them to pick up and deliver on a regular basis. I know exactly where they are located and will be happy to deliver and pick up if I have a problem with something else. They are in St. Peters and we in Florissant. He even started up the snow blower when delivered to prove it now works.

This was a great service for me. It is nearly impossible to get the lawn mower in the car, take it to be serviced then go back and pick it up. I haven't used the mower since it's return (it has been winterized) but the value of the Deal couldn't be beat. The mower was picked up when promised, and same on the return. I would definitely purchase this service in the future from Bill's Place!

Brian was very responsive. He contacted me immediately and scheduled pick up of my lawn mower. He serviced it quickly and returned it within just a couple days. I'm ready to go for the spring. Will definitely contact him again next year.

Great...it will now be ready for spring. Not only did they come by my home and picked up my lawn mower, they brought it back when it was done.

Bill came to my home and picked up my lawnmower, then tuned it up and fixed the problem which I was told was likely water in the gas tank. He was very quick, returning the mower within 2 days. He was very nice and professional and honest. He did not try to upsell any services. I would definitely use his services again!
