Ordered repair part for Lawn Boy Lawnmower. Part was called OEM. Part would not fit CORRECTLY TO THE LAWNMOWER. Order 112-8950683-9947461. Throttle cable. Would not fit lawnmower.

Came in to get parts for an older mower. The staff was very knowledgeable about parts and the proper items to use for winterization. I was very happy with the parts and service I received

Payed 450 dollars to have 2 coils replaced on walk behind mower. Would not run properly and died after running for a couple of minutes. Returned to Bills Place 3 times. The third time they refused to look at it. Took it to another repair shop who found one of the coils was installed upside down. They repaired it and it runs great. They charged me 118 dollars for the repair. I returned to Bills Place for a refund of 118 dollars for the dervice they performed was incorrect. They laughed at me and refused any liability for their actions. Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service and do not honor any warranties.Never go their. Good scam artist.

Will never recommend bills place for anything. 1. They never answer the phone 2. Sold us a 2 year old lawn mower & when asked why 3 days later, I was berated for even asking. They finally agreed they had the newer mower. 3. Said they would deliver on Thursday between 2-4 pm, NEVER SHOWED UP 4. Called at 4 to find out why, left a message cause they never answer phone 5. A little after 5 they call, said they can't find my house, I asked where they were, at the shop, oh, they never tried, never even called to say they couldn't find the house which is about 10 minutes away. 6. They said they tried calling several times, I never answered, not true, was home all day. 7. I suggest they run over then cause our grass is getting really high, man says no, maybe tomorrow, maybe not, maybe next week. Then he says, I'm not selling this mower to you & hangs up. 8. I call him, he answers, surprise, surprise, I says we really need this mower. He hangs up. That's why I don't recommended this business to anyone. We called Toro customer service & reported him. We PAID up front for this mower, he tried selling us a mower he had out in the parking lot that was 2 years old, got upset when we figured that out. I bet he never had the new model in stock.

My mower runs like new now. The best part is that it was completed in less than a week. They do a great job and I highly recommend them.

It was fine. I want to say it was $99 or something like that. It wasn't real expensive. The quality is good. The work was done correctly. They were very responsive when I called and left the appointment. They came also to take up the lawn mower. They were on time. So, very good.

Best deal on repair service. 1996 Dixon ZTR, 32" riding mower; thought it was due for the junk pile. These folks made it so that I can get another few years of my favorite lawn mower. Everything about the transaction was superb; from them picking it up from my house, to delivery about a week after. My A+ says it all!

I dropped it off, they gave me the rate they charged, They said it would take a certain amount of time. They got it back sooner than they said and charged what they promised. Very professional and courtious.

They are terrific. The snowblower belonged to my Dad who left it to me when he passed. The carburetor was pretty much gone and Bill's Place created a work around for the fuel system and it works like new.

It was fine. He found more wrong with the lawn mower than I particularly wanted, but he got it working. He got my wife?s lawn mower working. They did the work, got it working, it works properly and got it done on time. No complaints at all! They were easy to get ahold of, they told me the hours, so I was able to drop it off on my way to chorus rehearsal and it was done in 3 days. They did a very nice job! They had a lot of lawn mowers there, they were busy. They took good care of us! They did the tune up, blade sharpening and found out what was the matter with the engine and they found out what was the matter with the drive trane. It cost me in total $210 - $220, but my wife loves that lawn mower & I am out of town a lot, so it was worth getting it done! I knew it was going to be more than the $99 when I bought it. If I need my lawn mower fixed again, now I know a good place to take it!

Did nice work and even picked it up and brought it back, although no longer offer that service

Sharpened blade & even taped edges to make sure no one cut themselves handling the sharpened blade.

Communication was excellent. They came when they said they would and finished the job in a shorter amount of time than promised.

We inherited the mower from my father-in-law and I don't think it had ever had a tune up. They also were quick to get it done, and it was an extra blessing that they picked it up and delievered it back to the house so I didn't have to figure out how to transport it!

Did the tune up as requested and then called to let me know that the front wheel "drive" mechanism wasn't working as it should. Before he proceeded to do any further work, he called to let me know exactly what it was going to take, how much it would cost, and when he would have it ready to go. We proceeded with the repairs and everything was as promised.

As a woman, I appreciate that they always treat me with respect, speak to me in words that I can understand and think in terms of "old school."

The service turned out fine. They did not charge me more than the Big Deal cost of $89. It was a really good Deal. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We were extremely happy with him. We have used him a few times since then too. He was great and wonderful. He did great repairs at a reasonable price. He was very personable. The work turned out perfect. We didn’t pay anything extra. He came out the next day right when he said he would.

That went really well and great. I like their convenience because they came to my house, do the job, I didn't have to be here and then they returned and again I didn't have to be here. So that was extremely convenient. I would use this provider again in the future.

Great service. When the mower was returned a connection had not been tightened and they promptly returned and fixed it on sight.
