Smooth sailing from initial contact to delivery of my mower. Very professional!!

Bill's scheduled pick up and then delivered mower after service completed in very timely manner. I was impressed with quick turnaround considering that this time of year many homeowners are getting mowers and tools ready for Spring and summer yard work. Bill's service people were very courteous and answered any concerns I had. I also appreciated that Bill called to notify me that my mower's blade was bent, and asked for my okay to replace with new one, which I approved. All in all, I was very pleased with service and work performed and courtesy of everyone.

Mower was picked up two days early because the driver was in the area and could stop by in about 15 minutes. Fine with me.Driver arrived on schedule. I rolled out the mower. I asked questions regarding a worn shield under the back of the mower. The driver commented that they would take of care of that since it is a common problem. I also asked about the cost of getting a replacement bag. I indicated I just wanted a price and he seemed to say he would let them know. A few days later Bill called and said the mower was ready and we agreed on the time. The mower arrived and I received a an important phone call at the same time. I asked the driver to leave the mower by the garage. He gave me the papers and left. . I went out later to check the mower and it stared and ran flawlessly. I noticed the shield in the back was still in place with worn hole in the bottom where it drags. There was no mention or response regarding the shield or the replacement. The clippings bag was not referenced either. I would have expected some response to these issues as they were discussed with the driver. He did mention that that cost of pickup and delivery was was for the was for the discounted Angie's List price. I I would have paid for the replaced parts not covered. Better details on the deal offer would be good

Bill is very easy to work with. They picked the mower up when they said they would. I was told it would be about a week and one week later they called to tell me it was done. I have not used the mower yet this year, but am glad I have a sharpened blade, new oil and it has been checked out.

He was a pleasure to work with, was prompt, and did an excellent job. Going forward, I will use him each year for maintenance and/or repair of my lawn equipment.

It went well. He was very prompt in picking up the equipment. We had some delays with communication but we were eventually able to get everything scheduled and taken care of.

Bill's Place was in contact with me within a few hours of my purchasing the deal on Angie's List. As I have a riding lawn mower, I knew the cost would be greater than the "deal," and was given an estimate of about $50 more. The only problem I had was that the lawnmower was not picked up when scheduled, but when I called to check on it, the person who answered accepted responsibility for the error. It was picked up the next day. It took about a week for the tuneup. It was returned when promised (although a few hours later than expected). The lawnmower runs quite well--the quality of work was excellent and the final cost was within the stated estimate.

I was very happy with this service. Brian called and set a date for someone to come and pick up my lawn mower and take it to be serviced. This is a fantastic service since I have always had difficulty getting my lawn mower in my car due to It's weight. I was promised that I would have it back in a week and I got it back right on time.

They were on time to pickup the two mowers and indicated they should be returned in a week. They called a day earlier than I expected to inform me the mowers were ready to be returned and wanted to know if they could deliver a day earlier. Which was great, they were flexible on the time of delivery to work in my schedule. Again on time to deliver. Placed both mowers in the garage for me. Provided the separate Repair Invoices for both mowers with the breakdown of maintenance performed. No extra charge for the push mower. The Rider additional charge was $52.51 in alignment to the estimate received. Service performed on both mowers: Blades sharpened & lubricated Checked all fluid and tune up parts, replaced as necessary. Checked adjustments for carburetor and drive system. Both mowers started immediately.

Very professional, nice young man picked up the snow blower and returned it. Unfortunately, it never started after he dropped it off so we shoveled the rest of the winter. It is an older snow blower so it isn't worth spending more money on.

Bought as a Big Deal from Angie's list. So glad we did! Our snowblower had been sitting for about 8 years and the company picked it, tuned it and returned it all within about a week and half from when I first bought the deal. Has been used multiple times this winter with all the snow we've gotten and it has worked like a charm. They were prompt on calling to set up a pick up time, showed up when expected and returned it when expected. Best money I spent this winter.

They did tune ups on my snow blower and electrical generator. They came out to my house and picked the appliance up and dropped it off in about a week. The service overall was fine.

The service worked out fine. I used their services the same day I got the coupon that I paid for. I like him. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward. I would definitely use him again. He fixed it. He explained what he did. He seemed honest to me, and his price is reasonable. I thought it was great. Overall, I am happy with his service. I do not have any complaints with the quality of his work.

It turned out very well. Our lawn mower is older and he said that he could fix it. The repairs were minor and he was fair about the price. We were happy with the service. I would use them again.

It went fine. Purchased big deals and got a call soon after. They were very timely in picking the lawn mowers up. Were very prompt in getting the lawn mowers returned. Communication was great.

Professional, friendly, Showed up when he said he would. The mower starts fine. Haven't used the mower yet , of course. If there is any problem or question, I know I can give him a call

Great. The snow blower was picked up at our house. A special trip was made to return our snow blower in time for a snow storm. Our snow blower works great again.

We were Impressed with pick up and drop off service for no additional charge. They were very punctual. Equipment had been given to us so we didn't know the history of it. They educated us on how to use them, proper service and maintenance.

Everything went as soon as can be and they were very professional.

He came and picked it up when he said he would and he dropped it off when he said he would. He came to the house and picked it up and took it somewhere, did the maintenance and brought it back.

These guys are awesome!! I purchased two deals one for my mower and one for my snowblower (which I had just inherited from Dad who had recently passed away). Good news/bad news, they had my mower sharpened and winterized within a couple of days because I dropped it off vs letting them pick up. Bad news, the carburetor on the snowblower was deteriorated so badly it was a lost cause. One week later they called to say that his Dad couldn't let it go and loves tough projects. He had devised a work around. Never having owned a snowblower before, they gave me an in-service on how to operate it and maintain it. They also sold me their pre-mixed gasoline blend so I would not have to mix my own. I got it back just in time for the first big snow and it works great. I used to use a different Toro dealer that charged twice what Bill does and I know they don't have a "Dad" who will do a workaround to save something inherited. I'm coming back next fall for years to come.
