Description of Work: One of the locks became difficult to insert and extract the key, and ARC Locksmith fixed the problem in 5 minutes or so! We thought we had to change the lock, so we were happy when we found out that we could keep our keys.

Description of Work: Locksmith ad was either incorrect or the services offered in the ad were not being offered. The ad said it included labor but when I called the service provider said price was for service call only and does not include the labor.

Description of Work: Changed an old lock and rekeyed it. It was a very old lock and the cylinder was difficult to match. They had to leave and return later to complete the job but it was well done and timely under the circumstances. I will use ARC's services again without a doubt.

Description of Work: I contacted the ARC Locksmith and left a message. I received a call back quickly and they scheduled a call fitting us in for late afternoon the same day. What I needed help with was installing a new front door electronic lock. He came when he said and quickly did the installation and showed me how to use the lock. Good service and work. Recommended
