Description of Work: I called and spoke with Kevin the owner based on good Angie List reviews to schedule a visit for my locks. He offered me a tip that solved my problem in about 15 seconds over the phone,though I did not ask for it. Old fashioned nice and courteous! I will use this company for any future needs. Note that I had earlier this morning called a competitor (before remembering to look on Angie's list) got someone who couldn't really tell if they would be able to solve my problem but were anxious to charge me $29 to come out, and $29 to repair or maybe to replace and had very bad phone service, couldn't even tell me when their person would be out. Grateful to Kevin for helping me, grateful that my schedule didn't allow me to schedule with first company I called and that I remembered about my Angie's list subscription!

Description of Work: They put in a new deadbolt on the front door, re-keyed the storm door on the back door and provided me with 6 duplicate keys. Russ was friendly and personable, yet very professional, and kept me well informed with what caused my issue with the deadbolt and the best way to resolve the issue without having to buy a new front door hardware set which saved me money in the long run.

Description of Work: I called earlier today and luckily they had a cancellation and I was able to get an appointment this afternoon. Russ came out and was able to figure out the problems with the old (original) locks on my doors and was able to fix them. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated that not only knew what he was doing but also that he didn't try to get me to purchase new locks. I would definitely recommend Sure Lock & Key (and Russ)!
