He was on time. Knew what to do and did his work quickly. Every thing was great. Cleaned up.

I called to set up an appointment to have the locks re-keyed for 3 exterior doors. They were able to give me an appointment that day, within about an hour of my call. The locksmith arrived ahead of schedule and had the work completed in less than an hour.

They were prompt, courteous and explained things very well. Their pricing was reasonable and they also cleaned up once the job was done. The quality of their work was very good and I was satisfied with their service.

Great. I looked on Angie's List after lunch and called at 2:30. I was told someone would be at my house by 3:30p. The representative showed up by 3:35. He figured out my key actually works with all the doors in the house which made it much easier for him. He was done within an hour and the charges were as described on the phone.

Russ came promptly and did a beautiful job - including finding a key that worked for the bookcase. He's a great guy. The only problem was the (considerable) shock of the price tag, which was more than a third higher than the over-the-phone estimate. I wasn't asked some of the questions that would have helped to pinpoint the actual cost.

In my initial phone contact, we discussed what I needed and set up an appointment for a couple days out. I was under the impression he was coming to do the work, but as it turned out he was just there to evaulate the job and give me a verbal estimate, which was fine. Russ explained my options and the pros and cons that went along with them. We then set up an appointment for him to come back three days later to do the work. When he hadn't arrived within a couple of hours of when I expected him, I called the company and apparently he wasn't on the calendar for that morning. There was a lack of communication between Russ and the office. Kevin was very nice on the phone and told me Russ could still come out that afternoon. He arrived about an hour after I was told he would, but did a great job installing the locks. He also changed out a couple of doorknobs for me that I had purchased at a hardware store and for that part of the project I was only charged for his time.

They got the job done very quickly and were very efficient. They showed up on time and did the job without any hassle.

I called Saturday morning ~10am. Office made arrangements for technician to arrive ~3pm. Technician (Mike) was on-time and professional. He took the time to inquire and understand the full nature of the job before proceeding. Work was well done and performed in a timely manner. Price above reflects the Angie's List 10% discount.

Russ arrived on time and got right to work. He explained the issue, how he was going to repair it and promptly fixed the handle. He also made sure that all else was working well with the lock and door. He went the extra mile to tell me how to correct an issue with the door sticking and also how to do some preventative maintenance. Very professional.

Perfect. Checked Angie's List...called Sure Lock & Key on Sat. morning...they said they would be there in afternoon around 4:00. They called and said they could come earlier. Mike showed up. Did the work promptly..took the Angie's coupon for 10% off. All is well. No estimate was asked for by me..but cost was in line with what I thought it would be.

Showed up on time, opened up the lock, discovered that screws were loose and fixed them. Oiled the lock, closed it up, and cleaned up.

Company was punctual and professional. All work was done well.

Sure was able to set an appointment for the same day. The locksmith was friendly and very knowledgeable about the best and cost efficient way to meet my needs. He also advised me on safety issues regarding the types of deadbolts I had. We decided on a course of action and he quickly and professionally completed the work.

They were on the top of your list. I called them at 11:30 and they said they would be there between 1 and 2, they showed up at 1:30. The service tech did a great job and showed me how to avoid calling him again should the situation repeat itself. Very satisfied.

On time - took about an hour and was gone. Good work.

3 doors were difficult to lock and open, fixed problem and explained to me what was wrong with door.

It went well. The person was on time, was courteous and professional. He was very focused on his work and worked in a deliberate manner. As a result of his work, the locks were much easier to use than they had been before--much smoother. And, now a different key opens each lock, which would slow down anyone trying to pick the locks.

Paul came out quickly after we called and changed all the locks with no problem. They operate flawlessly. We received a ten percent discount for being Angie's List members.

We gave them a call Friday afternoon and they scheduled an appt Saturday morning at 9am. They called 10 minutes before arriving on time. Repaired the door knob and lock. Offered to look at the basement door and give opinion at no extra cost.

I called this company because they offered a discount to Angie's List members. I called in the afternoon and they were able to send someone out the following morning. My assumption was that he would have to replace the entire doorknob and then rekey the lock to match all the other doors, which would have been a much costlier repair. The locksmith quickly determined that the lock itself was fine and that only the bolt needed to be replaced. He had the appropriate bolt on his truck and the repair was completed in under 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

This is a great locksmith. He responded very promptly, came out that afternoon and quickly and effectively replaced the lock. It works better than before now.
