I can't tell you how pleased I was with the results of this landscaping project. Basically the landscaping was updated by mixing new stuff with three short yews in front. The work that was done really opened up the house because before the house seemed to be hiding behind the tall shrubs. The railroad ties which terraced the side of the house were rotten and I'm glad they're gone. The area used to be a garden but it became a weed garden (so I'm glad that's gone also). The best part was that the men from Sundown did not damage the brick retaining wall which was a miracle. So truly I have a blend of new stuff mixed in with the old stuff which I think adds character to the front. Dave was courteous, professional and polite and I followed some of his excellent suggestions. His men were also very hard working, professional and polite as well. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any landscaping project. I'm already thinking of other projects I want to have done in the yard in the future.

..Things went very well - the contractor called before coming to my condo, his crew worked very efficiently, and I was very satisfied with the job they did.

The person I had arranged to do snow removal was a no show. I called 5 local places that said they did snow removal and Sundown Landscape was the only one that responded. The owner got back to me within an hour of callling and had my driveway plowed within an hour. After the last snow on 3/24/2013, I woke up to my driveway and walkway to my door having been plowed/shoveled. This company was extremely responsive, dependable and professional and did a fantastic job too! It's great to be able to use a local business as well. I highly recommend them.

I think the quality of their work is exceptional. The quality of the planning and design that was done for us was exceptional. It was more than we wanted to do because we were going to be moving. I have no doubt that if we had stayed there we would have used them they were that good. The price point was too high. We were able to get what we wanted done for 2,000 dollars. The designer had pictures of the walk way for me and the fence she was going to use, so I could visualize the design very easily, it was awesome.

Very well. I was out of town, came home, & was so pleased w/ results. It's one thing to lookat drawing before. Dave had great ideas.

Planned their work. Worked their plan. No surprises. Healthy, well selected plants and materials. Very professionally delivered. Outstanding staff across the board. Very polite and respectful.

Sundown has been very responsive to my needs. They return my calls, and typically schedule a time to do the work within a few days. Their employees are very professional, timely, and respectful. They listen well, ask questions, involve me in the decisions, give good advice, and seek additional information when needed to provide good suggestions. When they are finished, my yard once again looks great! They remove all debris, not leaving it to me to have it removed.
