A tree took down a mass off the house and they came out and reset all that for me.

Shawn at Reinhold Electric was fantastic to work with. Punctual & very reliable, very responsive to requests and changes to initial plans. Everything was completed to our 100% satisfaction. Good to know an electrician we can rely on for any future needs!

They told me what I needed and why. They countered and gave me some things to change me mind on how I wanted to do some things. The workers were fine. I think they knew their stuff.

TOOK 3 days playing phone tag, on apt day for bid. NO SHOW NO CALL, I ASKED FOR A CALL WHEN THERE COMING & ARRIVE. No call, next day no call ,they show up knock on door early, I'm sleeping. while 1 guy does bid, he says he can throw the lights up quick, I said I wanted to get bid & all supplys to save time. he says he might as well throw them up while he's there, 2 NUTS 3 wires ,done, 5 min ,checks switch for loose screws, it works, he goes to truck gets a wire , installs it on switch, I did not need, installs. cover plate 2 screws, then gets a cell call. removes bathroom light cover ,calks seal replaced cover, states something's wrong it won't hold together ,so he sticks a piece of plastic on 1 of 4 screws, says it needs 4 small nuts , this may hold .done, Other man leaves ,I guess working on bid, man charges me for 2 hours at $92.00 per hour, I asked why so much, he says O the time clocks starts when we leave last jobsite. leaves I find 3 small nuts on floor of bathroom, after picking up dirt &debree he left , while cleaning living room area below of switch, cut sharp pieces of cut copper wire & trash, including box . Then I notice he wired light wrong ,my porch light only comes on, when switch from ceiling fan is on. I call back ,I talk to owner, he states he will send out a man, on the day of the Eclipse, between 8 & 2, I wait all day, no show no call, I call back, lady says he was off that day, sorry, nobody informed you. he will be out next day 7 am. he installed the nuts ,rewired switch, he couldn't figure it out ,I HAD TO EXPLAIN TO HIM WHAT HE DID WRONG., HERE I SIT NO BID STILL NEED LIGHTS PUT UP.THIS PLACE USE TO BE GOOD ,NOT ANYMORE.

Due to a miscommunication, the technician arrived later than expected. Once work was begun, it proceeded beautifully. Reinhold is professional and efficient.

Reinhold Electric had an estimator come out and give us a bid. Their price was the most reasonable out of 3 different companies. Scheduling the service was quick and easy. The electrician came out and did the job efficiently and neatly. Would highly recommend.

The problem is completely resolved, efficiently and neatly. As with most electrical companies, this company does not patch dry wall, so another company had to be called in to do the patching of holes need to fix the dry wall.

As their owner (Jerry Reinhold) advertises, "they do it all." This company can handle any level of electrical work and do not shy away from efforts that may appear too small. Their electricians/technicians are highly skilled and consistently seek to minimize costs before and during service efforts - what a good business practice to employ...

I have not yet asked them to do the work but plan to and have every expectation that things will go well.

All good. They handled coordination of permits/inspections.

The replacement/upgrade of the electrical panel didn't happen .

GREAT, he was friendly, knowledgeable . They sent someone out within 30 minutes of us calling them. We got lucky with that. Plan on having them back for future projects.

Very nice but very expensive. He was here around 45 minutes and I was charged for 1.5 hours. I assume they charge then for travel time. $ 135 labor. Total cost was $165 that included $30 for parts. I have used them twice before and thought first time was charged too much time but thought I messed up. Second time was okay. This time I had call times on my phone to confirm.

They were responsive. They came and was reasonable price. They did the job within an few days of the estimate.

Reinhold Electric was helpful and professional. All workers were nice and got the work done.

They were a little more, but these folks are going to do the trenching for me. The other company insisted that I do the trenching to run a line out to the garden and the shed and over to another garden, and put on a porch light, but it's cost prohibitive. Reinhold was a little higher but the services they provided sounded much better than the other company. Reinhold Electric was much more explicit, provided more service and the money wasn't any different. They postponed coming out but it was well worth it. I wasn't in a hurry obviously since I haven't had the work done. I'm probably going to have it next year.

Everything works great. but they left kind of a mess and a lot of work to re-grow grass. They coved the ditch they used to lay the line, but on the first rain it sunk in and left a two inch gap that ran from my house to the garage. The guy that did the estimate didn't show, and then ignored my calls until I called someone else in the company. Then he sent my estimate the wrong email address and never checked up, again until I called someone else at the company. When the work was done, the only guy left didn't feel comfortable taking my money, and there was no one of any authority to check the work. By then, I didn't feel like calling to complain.

Rienhold Electric completed actual work in one day. Temporary meter bypass was installed to power house while local Inspection was scheduled and performed, and passed with no problems. Union Electric scheduled new meter installation and reroute of power from main pole after receiving passed local inspection notification. Total time for complete job between Reinhold Electric, Local Municipality Inspection, and Ameren Union Electric was 7 days with only 7 hours without power to house. Very good job particularly on the 200 Amp Panel. Previously it looked like a spaghetti art festival inside the panel with wires routed everywhere. Now you can clearly see where every wire is going!
