AT FIRST THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT COME TO INSTALL A NEW CEILING FAN UNTIL AFTER THE HOLIDAY. WHEN I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AGAIN I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD FIT ME IN LATE FRIDAY. TO MY SURPRISE THEY ARRIVED FRIDAY BY 8:30 AM. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY WHEN FINISHED. PRICE WAS REASONABLE CONSIDERING MY SITUATION.

GREAT ONCE THEY GOT HERE. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR FRIDAY AFTERNOON FROM NOON-4. AT 3:45 I CALLED THEM TO LEARN THEY WERE NOT COMING DUE TO A PROBLEM EARLIER IN THE DAY WITH THEIR SCHEDULE. THEY SHOULD HAVE PRO-ACTIVELY CALLED ME. THEY RESCHEDULED FOR THE FOLLOWING SAT AT 7:30-8:00AM. I GOT A MESSAGE ON FRIDAY, WHEN I RETURNED HOME FROM WORK, THAT THEY WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE BETWEEN NOON-4PM. I CALLED THEIR AFTER HOURS SERVICE & SAID THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE, THAT I WAS PROMISED AN EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENT. THE REPAIR PERSON CALLED AT 7:45AM, HE WAS ON HIS WAY. HE WAS GREAT, VERY COURTEOUS AND DID A GREAT JOB!
