Carl called ahead and showed up early in the a.m. as promised. Very professional and nice. Eager to do the job right and help figure out solution even when some things weren't right like our door chimes. Would definitely use Reinhold and Carl again if we need additional Electrical work.

Had two calls from different people on setting up an appointment to get an estimate which was great. Carl showed up right on time. However, I sort of had the feeling he didn't like what I needed done much based on the solutions he offered and the complaints about getting up in the attic. Anyway, he said I would have an estimate in a couple of days, but I never heard back from anyone. I had another contractor call me back who had given me an estimate on the spot so I didn't bother calling Reinhold back. Disappointing because there were so many good reviews here. Either the ball was dropped or they didn't want my business.

Quick service. Man was very nice and explained everything he did. Would definitely hire again.

They properly identified all areas in need of attention. And replaced and repaired all areas required.

arrived at 1 with sour attitude. supposed to be 8-noon start. one replaced socket was visibly crooked - by about 1/4 inch. there were scruff marks by both replaced sockets. i could hear his drill slip off the screws as he worked. i wont be back.

It went very well, the electrician arrived on time, and did an excellent job, the light looks and work well, the area was left clean and tidy.

Very good! The tech's that was sent out did an outstanding job. Lon the main electrician finished up this morning. His helper Joe was here for 3 days to help Lon get this project done. Joe also did a good job on the thing that he was working on. I will for sure ask for Lon to come back for any other electrical work that I may need in the future at my house. You can not go wrong when you hire Reinhold Electric Inc. to get any electrical work done in your home.

Electrician arrived right on schedule, performed the work professionally, even though he had to overcome difficulties since there was minimal clearance between dropped ceiling and floor joists.

No matter who they send out, the individual is ALWAYS prompt, totally professional and gets right to work. I hesitated initially in using them because they are so far away from my home. However, they have turned out to be the most reliable and attentive of any of the service people I use. I particularly like the way they get right to work and I don't hear from them again until the job is complete.

called the next day to do a phone consulation-quote and was quoted "approx $800 dollars" This seems about double what I would expect for 3-4 hours work.

The technician was able to trace and fix the problem in an resonable amount of time. He also explained the process of the trouble shooting. The problem is fixed and I am clear on what caused the issue and how it was fixed. I am happy with the work performed and will recommend Reinhold to others.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. From the estimator to the electrician, the process was painless and hassle free and work was done in a timely manner. Did a lot of homework before having this done and grilled both guys with lots of questions before, during and after and they were happy to answer them all. I'm a pretty picky person and don't like sloppy work and these guys met and exceeded my expectations. Lon did an amazing job. You should see the wiring inside of my panel. It's a work of art. He knows what he is doing and cares about the quality of his work. Well done! I would have no problem hiring them again should the need arise.

The electrician showed up when he was scheduled, diligently worked and made sure that everything was working before he left. Over these two appointments I have had ceiling fixtures installed, a wireless switch installed as well as a wireless doorbell replaced. I would use them again.
