I called and made an appointment with this company to perform some work for me. They were supposed to install a light fixture in my dining room, put in a new electrical socket and repair my outside light. The appointment was for Monday or Tuesday from 1 to 4 PM. No one showed up either day. I called on Tuesday at about 4:15 PM asking if they planned on coming out to do the work. I was told that my ticket had been put aside because of emergencies. No one from the company called me to tell me that they weren't coming. I wasted two afternoons waiting around for service.

They were prompt and courteous, and gave an accurate estimate over the phone. There was a problem with the billing, our fault, which was resolved with great courtesy over the phone. I would definitely call on them again.

These guys were great. From the bid to the inspection, they were about as good as you can get. Here are the highlights: The bidder gave us a price both a 150A box and a 200A box. His recommendation was actually the less expensive service. We chose the 200A due to future projects and needs actually, but I appreciated his candor. The guy who installed the service was very friendly and courteous and got the work done in less time than was initially quoted. They took care of the pulling the permits and helped schedule the inspector. The inspection went quick and the work was approved immediately. I have already recommended these guys to my friends. So go ahead, call them.

THE ELECTRICIAN WAS PROMPT, FRIENDLY AND DID EXCELLENT WORK. WE COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED.

He did very well. I was pleased with his work.

They do what they say they will do. They are prompt & very courteous. I feel comfortable with them.

Ryan arrived on time, was very polite and very professional. He was here for 5.5 hours. The work was exactly what we were looking for, and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Alan did a great job! In the rooms with new ceiling fans, the work was done so that one would never know they weren't original. There was no sign of new construction. He did a nice job of tying it into the closet power upstairs. He took a lot of care with his work and made sure that it all looked great and worked perfectly. In the family room, the old fan hung from a hook on a beam across the ceiling. The new fan could not be mounted in the same manner. He came up with a great solution and he recessed it into the beam. This resulted in a bit of extra work and materials with an additional cost of $90 over the original bid. It was worth the extra cost. He worked a full 8 hour day and then stayed a bit later to finish everything up the same day. He also cleaned up after himself. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the work done and would definitely hire them again.

The work was professionally done in a very neat and timely manner. Some misunderstanding on my part in the beginning occurred but was worked out. There were problems with extending the permit but that was the County's fault. Overall, a good job at a low cost.

I thought the price high for installing a fixture and light switch, both of which I had purchased earlier. I was charged for 2 hours, although he was there 1 hour and 20 minutes, and was told that I was charged for travel time to my residence. The illuminated wall switch was installed upside down. When I asked that it be corrected at no charge, I was told that it would be this week, but they have not contacted me as they told me they would. Basically, the fixture is up. I will have a friend correct the wall switch. But not sure if I would have them again. I have never been charged for travel time, to my knowledge, by a workman.

REINHOLD ELECTRIC IS NOT PERFECT BUT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE TRY VERY HARD TO ACCOMMODATE THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE ESTIMATOR WAS EXCELLENT AT WHAT HE DID AND THE ELECTRICIAN WAS EXCELLENT, TOO. THESE ARE DOWN TO EARTH PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEIR CONSULTANCY (RECOMMENDATIONS) WERE INVALUABLE AND I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM FOR FUTURE WORK.

ELECTRICIAN CAME WITHIN A RANGE OF TIME AND WAS POLITE. RESOLUTION TO PROBLEM WAS GOING TO BE FIXED IN A MANNER THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN UNACCEPTABLE(USING A PULL CHAIN INSTEAD OF WALL SWITCH). FURTHER TRACING WAS DONE AND PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. REASONABLY PRICED BUT DIAGNOSIS WAS TOO LONG.

I LIKE THAT THEY GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE BEFORE THEY START THE WORK. THEY ARE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, DO A GOOD JOB AND DO IT FAST.

DANIEL WAS ON TIME, PRESENTABLE, POLITE AND WORKED EFFICIENTLY. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

REINHOLD ELECTRIC IS VERY PREDICTABLE. THEY ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT. THEIR ESTIMATOR CAME TO OUR HOME IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND CAREFULLY DRAFTED A VERY FAIR BID FOR WORK. YOU ALWAYS GET THE FEELING THAT REINHOLD IS BIG ENOUGH TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS YET NOT TOO BIG THAT THEY DON'T CARE. THEY ARE VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. REINHOLD IS NOT THE CHEAPEST ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING COMPANY OUT THERE BUT THEY ARE THE BEST AND THEY WILL DELIVER ON WHAT THEY PROMISE, EVERY TIME

TALKED TO ESTIMATOR ON TUESDAY AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THURSDAY AT 9 AM. HE NEVER SHOWED, AND WHEN WE CALLED HE SAID HE HAD IT DOWN FOR FRIDAY AT 9 AM. (WHO KNOWS FOR SURE WHO SCREWED UP.) 9:30 AM FRIDAY AND HE STILL NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED. WHEN I CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE TO SAY FORGET IT, SHE JUST SAID, "OK." NO APOLOGY OR ANY EFFORT TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THE IRONY IS, I WAS PREPARED TO JUST LET THEM COME OUT ON A PER HOUR BASIS TO DO THE WORK, BUT SHE SAID AN ESTIMATOR WAS PROBABLY A GOOD IDEA.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. OUR FIRST CONTRACTOR SELECTED FROM ANGIE'S LIST AND THE ELECTRICIAN DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE. ESPECIALLY DIFFICULT WHEN YOU HAVE TO REARRANGE YOUR SCHEDULE TO SIT AROUND FOR HALF A DAY--TIME AND MONEY WASTED!!!

GREAT JOB! QUICK RESPONSE TO SERVICE CALL AND TIMELY COMPLETION OF REQUESTED WORK. COURTEOUS, COMPETENT ELECTRICIAN - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

WE CALLED THEM BACK FOR AN OUTLET PROBLEM AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

KRIS, WHO CAME TO GIVE US THE BID, WAS VERY POLITE, AS WAS THE ELECTRICIAN, BILL. THE QUOTE WE RECEIVED WAS RIGHT IN LINE WITH ALL OTHERS, AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID. BILL WAS ALSO VERY PROMPT.

I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE WORK THEY PERFORMED. I GOT THEIR NAME OFF OF ANGIE'S LIST TO DO SOME WORK ON A HOUSE I WAS SELLING. THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME RIGHT AWAY, AND THE ELECTRICIAN (CRAIG) WAS VERY POLITE. SINCE THEN, I HAVE USED THEM TWICE FOR SMALLER PROJECTS AND HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE WORK, AND THE OTHER TWO ELECTRICIANS THEY SENT, CHRIS AND JASON (I THINK THAT'S HIS NAME.) I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I FELT THEIR PRICING WAS FAIR AND NOT MUCH MORE THAN YOU WOULD PAY FOR A HANDYMAN SERVICE, SO YOU MIGHT AS WELL HIRE A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN AND HAVE IT DONE RIGHT.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. ELECTRICIANS WERE AT MY HOME MOST OF THE DAY, AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. EVEN HELPED WITH SOME ADVICE ON HOW TO DEAL WITH THE POWER COMPANY, WHICH HELPED GET THE JOB DONE IN ONE DAY VS. THE 3 DAYS THE POWER COMPANY WANTED. THEY LEFT WELL AFTER 5:00PM, SO A LONG DAY. THEY DIDN'T VACUUM UP THE BASEMENT CARPET, WHICH WAS DIRTY IN SPOTS, BUT A SMALL ITEM ALL IN ALL. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AT A VERY GOOD PRICE.

DON'T KNOW THE MAN'S NAME THAT CAME, BUT HE WAS A GENTLEMAN. WAS VERY POLITE. IT'S GREAT TO HAVE AN HONEST COMPANY ON YOUR SIDE. THANKS SO MUCH.

I'M GLAD THEY WERE ABLE TO GET HERE QUICKLY AND REPLACE THE PART EFFICIENTLY.

THE ELECTRICIAN WAS COURTEOUS, EXPLAINING EXACTLY WHAT HAD TO BE DONE AND TAKING THE TIME TO SHOW WHAT HAD BEEN DONE TO CORRECT A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL SITUATION.
