They missed the first appointment for which I had to call them. They did apologize rescheduled and everything went great.

Professional and timely. I called them in the morning and they were out by noon. They tested the stove to make sure it didn't flip the breaker again.

Overall, the quality of workmanship and price were outstanding. The work was done in about 7 hours. The electrician did a fine job of cleaning up afterwards. I was also pleased with the gentleman who came out to provide an estimate for the project. After having another highly-rated Angie's List contractor provide a bid that was over 3 1/2 times as high, and having two other contractors never even return my initial calls, I was glad to have had a good experience with Reinhold Electric.

I had a little difficulty getting a specific appointment time, but got one. Phil Betz was the man who did the work and did a great job. He replaced to exterior lighting fixtures with great speed and attention to detail. He also replaced an interior bath fixture and was certain to confirm the item was installed the direction I wanted. When I told him of electrical issues I had experienced in the house he explained the possible problem, and tightened the terminals in the fuse box, avoiding the expense of rewiring several fixtures as I had feared would be necessary. Submitted my Angie's List coupon for 10% off and saved $20.

I tried six different companies before Reinhold. I either got recordings to leave a message or busy signals, during the ice storm of January 13 and 14. Jerry Reinhold answered in the first couple of rings, it was great to get a live person. He listened to me ramble about the tree ripping out the service to my house and promised to have someone on site Sunday. The crew called me when they were on their way to my house. They, did great work in miserable (wet, ice dropping everywhere) conditions in much less time than I thought it would take. In addition, they took time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, and left the job site better than they found it. They were professional and personable. Though the job was expensive from my perspective, I believe it was well within market standards and I appreciate they were available.

No one showed up for appointment. Made appointment over one week ago for service call on 1/5/07. Was given a time of 12:00-4:00 pm. I called the office on 1/5/07 at 10:30 am to confirm. Was told again it would be between 12:00-4:00 pm. When 4:00 came and went, I again called the office. I was told they route electricians as they complete jobs and sometimes a job takes longer than expected so they can't get to all scheduled appointments. I never received a phone call saying they would not be able to keep the appointment. I left work early to be here in the afternoon. This is very unprofessional way to conduct business and there is no way I would ever call this company again or suggest them to friends and relatives.

I made an appointment for a Thursday to have the work done. When I had not heard from them at 9:00, I called their office. They said that the workman had been sent to an emergency at another location. Would Tuesday be OK? I had arranged my schedule for the appointment and they did not confirm a time or call me when the emergency came up. I certainly will never call them again.

I called four electrical companies for estimates. Two took my call and said someone would call me back but I never heard from these two companies. I made appointments for a free estimate from the other two electrical companies including Reinhold. Reinhold bid $900 and the other company bid $750. I selected Reinhold because: 1) They had experience connecting generators to electrical panels while the other company did not (this was the main reason). 2) They were able to schedule the service during the last week of the year when I was on vacation and would be home. The other company was not available until the next month. Matt was the electrician assigned. He had experience with connecting generators to electrical panels and it showed. He did a very professional job. He worked with me on carefully selecting which 14 of my 38 circuits to move from the electrical panel to the transfer switch. The setup worked first time we tested. The job actually went better than I expected.

Competent, professional, and courteous. I can see why they made it on Angie's List. A good company.

This was during the ice-storm power outage. I realized my hot water heating system would be badly damaged if my pipes froze. I bought a generator and got it running but called around to find someone to hook up my furnace. I phoned Angie's list (no power so I was off line, of course. Thank-you Angie for providing phone assistance, too!). Of the four names on the top of Angie's list, the only ones who even answered the phone on Friday afternoon was Reinhold. The lady said she didn't know if they'd get to us until Sunday, but the first thing Saturday morning, I got the call. They were on their way. By 9AM, the furnace was hooked up to my generator, and we had heat! They were efficient and did a good job. They even had a 10% off coupon in our latest Angie's magazine (price stated was after discount).

The first appointment date was not kept because of an unusually heavy workload. I was not notified. When I re-scheduled. The service call was met by a knowledgeable representative. Total material was $15.00. The 2-hour labor charge was a bit high. I suppose other overhead expenses were factored in, not just the time spent. I employed them last year, without a scheduling mishap, and the work, again, was performed well.

They were wonderful. The proposal for the work was completed in a timely manner and was very clear about the details of the job. The electrician was very professional, worked diligently to complete the job, and did a good job cleaning up.

They were a day late due to an emergency and failed to call to let me know. I called when two hours past and no electrician. This was an 8 hour day for the electrician and what I did not understand why once he arrived he had to go to Home Depot to purchase items needed when he should have arrived at the job with everything needed since this was a bid job. Overall it was a long messy day and he did clean up quite well, even offered to vacuum. I love all of the new lighting and although expensive, am glad I had Reinhold do the work. I also used the discount coupon in Angie's magazine.

I talked to Chris Reinhold about a small project I needed done. He told me that someone would be here at 8 AM on the agreed-upon day. I arranged my schedule with this in mind. At 9 AM, no one had arrived. I called the office. The secretary didn't know who had my ''ticket'' or where he was, but she would find out and call me. At 10 AM, after no one called, I called back. The woman I talked to was not there. The woman who answered knew nothing about it. So I canceled. Reliability is very important to me, so I will not call back to reschedule.

Just excellent. Got next day service when we called. Man showed up on time after calling ahead and was very pleasant.

Company promptly responded to inquiry and sent representative out. Did not hire this company due to more competitive bids from other company.

They are top notch. They have been a dream to work with and have made everything go smoothly. They know what they're doing, they don't waste time, they are here when they say they are going to be and they get the work done.

Electrician was on time. Checked circuit box. Determined that switch was probably defective (Sizzling sound was detected) and changed it. Problem was resolved. Left instructions that if problem reappeared, to refer to previous service sheet so that next step could be implemented to resolve problem at more sophisticated level.

The big wind storm of July 19 dropped a large limb on my electical service and ripped the riser pole and meter off the house. Even though I didn't call them until Tursday afternoon on the 20th, they were able to get a truck and two guys over Friday afternoon. The older of the two guys was a real pro, both were friendly. It took them 4.5 hours, partly due to having a third guy pick up supplies they didn't have on their truck. The work looks like it was done very well.

Entire experience was favorable! Very responsive to my request, electrician called the night before to confirm timing, he arrived on time. The gentleman was very cordial and explained what/why he was doing. Bottom Line = Things Work, No Issues to Date!

BRUCE HALIM WAS THE ELECTRICIAN WHO DID THE WORK. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME, WENT OVER ALL OF THE WORK TO BE DONE SO THAT HE WAS CLEAR ON WHERE ALL OF THE OUTLETS NEEDED TO BE BEFORE BEGINNING WORK. HE KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON WHAT WORK HAD BEEN DONE AND THE APPROXIMATE TIME TO FINISH THE JOB OVER THE 2 1/2 DAYS IT TOOK TO COMPLETE THE JOB. CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AT THE END OF THE DAY AND MADE SURE ANY MATIRIALS ON THE JOB SITE WERE STORED OUT OF THE WAY UNTIL HE RETURNED. AT THE END OF THE JOB, HE WALKED ME THROUH ALL THAT HE HAD DONE, MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WAS WHERE I WANTED IT.

I thought they did an excellent job. They were quick to come out and accurately diagnose the situation.

Great experience. Ed came out promptly to review the electrical system of a house we were looking at and eventually bought. Gave us candid advice and even told us we didn't need as much power as we were contemplating. Jimmy came to the house at the scheduled time and completed the work in a professional manner. Cleaned up the work site thoroughly after completing the job.

I really like them. Service was good. With the storm we had, the electric boxes were pulled away from the building. The rate was good, but, I was wondering if they could've used the box without having to replace it. The box didn't look that bad to me.
