Chandelier went fine. He was unable to fix cable light due to a short in the wiring and smoke detector was broken.

They were very good. I had a 10% off coupon and I thought it would be around $200 and it only cost $72.

Great - tech arrived one day after calling. Completed the job and cleaned up.

An out standing experience. The contractor could have easily convinced us that we needed an additional line run as we thought we were maxed out. He worked with us to redistribute wiring throughout the house to make room until we are ready for a larger investment. Their quote was fast and reasonable. We were pleased with the work done. The electrician arrived on time, worked quickly and was clean and polite. We are planning a large addition in two years and will use them for the whole project based on their honesty, price and quality of work.

I called on a Monday and they offered to have someone here the following day. That didn't work for me, so we scheduled Wednesday. Electrician called 30 minutes before arrival, as I had requested. My baby was napping, so I requested that he not ring doorbell when he arrived, but instead call my cell phone so baby wouldn't wake up. So he did, was very nice about not making too much noise so baby could nap.

Very happy, and I really liked them and will use them again.

They were actually just a little bit late. He called before hand and told me he was going to be late. It was just an hour and a half delay. We had a problem with one light fixture that was not working properly, after he installed it, but he came and fixed it. He did not charge any extra for coming back. Everything else was great.

Reinhold Electric was very reasonable and I was impressed that they took their time to make sure the job was done right. They were just awesome and helpful and strived to make sure we were happy.

I received great service from them. They did a professional job. They came out on time and finished the job relatively quick. Their prices are comparable to others. The day they finished, we had come home late and the air conditioner wasn't working. They had forgot to connect it to it's own circuit. We called them first thing the next morning and they were out there in about an hour to connect the air.

This is the second time that I have a work done with them, I can say that they are very professional they do a great job and always on time. They fix the problem with no problem. I will use them again.

He was very nice and offered to look at other things while he was here. He also did the job I asked of him and everything has been fine and I have not had any problems. He was professional and I am happy with them.

They were very prompt, arriving even a little early for the appointment. The work they did was very good. It was a pretty small job and they finished quickly. They were very knowledgeable and experienced. I would and have recommended them.

I was very happy with them. One of the workers lived very close to us so they had him come and do the work early in the morning when he was on his way to work so we would not have to pay the travel charge because we were so far out of the way. I really appreciated that. They were very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating.

I called in the morning and the electrician was at my home within three hours. He actually arrived early and said he would wait if I was not available. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about 45 minutes. He was polite and explained to me what had happened and showed me the part he replaced. I asked if he had checked the other breakers to see if it was the only one that needed worked on, he informed me that it was not necessary.

I'M STILL WAITING ON THE ESTIMATE A MONTH LATER.

Overall, the project went well. The only issue I had with this company is that they rescheduled the start date several times, but didn't call to inform me. I only found out when I called them to ask about it when no one showed up. Rescheduling is not a problem for me because I know emergencies happen; but failing to inform me of any change was important because I had adjusted my work schedule to be at home. Additionally, calling me would have indicated that my job was important to them.

The work went fine; it was scheduled within a few days, the electrician came when promised, worked quickly, and even waited a few minutes for us to get home so he could show us what he had done.

I contacted the company for a bid, received a follow-up call within two days. I scheduled a visit for the estimate and received a written bid within a week. The project was scheduled with assistance from the assigned electrician. The entire process was handled in a professional and courteous manner. I was able to plan ahead so I could work from home and take my dog to his groomer for a full-day of fun away from the house. The electrician arrived, explained the scope of the project and estimated how long it would take. He kept me updated throughout and gave me fair warning before he had to finally take the lines down for the installation. I was able to continue working during the entire time. Once he was finished, the electrician showed me what he had done and even suggested that I contact the phone company to have those lines raised. He was friendly, tidy and stayed completely focused the entire time. He also cleaned up all of his trash.

I called at 7:15 a.m. A service man called back to say he would be there between 7:45 and 8:00 a.m. He called back at 7:40 to say he had been delayed about 20 minutes. He arrived within the revised stated time. He was friendly and professional. He explained the problem and suggested that I upgrade my box - that there was no immediate need to do, but I might start having more problems down the road. I appreciated the heads up. He was at the house less than an hour. I was extremely satisfied with the service.

Jeff, the electrician was terrific, polite and conscientious. The job was slated as a one day job. It wasn't. It took him a day and a half including an evening without A/C (which turned out OK because the weather was pleasant.) Jeff ran into several problems he could not predict and at the end of the day, was saying things like, "This is a nightmare", which isn't exactly sprouting confidence in MY ears, the home owner. I contacted Ed Dryden, the estimator, and Jeff's immediate superior (I think), and asked him to call me because I was worried. He apparently called JEFF instead and they talked. I complained the next day to someone at Reinhold that I was never called back. Then Ed called back, with a bucket of attitude about why he DIDN'T call ME that blew me away, considering I was paying $1700. Jeff came back in the morning and finished the job just fine and I would happily recommend him. The phone call was disappointing. Bottom line, the job was well done in the end.

After calling Reinhold Electric to obtain an estimate for repairing two lights at our subdivision entrance marker, they immediately set an appointment. The estimator was on time and informative. It was decided that it would be best to do the work on a time and materials basis. The estimator gave me accurate information on where to obtain the replacement lights. The electrician was on time for the work and was able to complete it in only one hour. Thanks to Reinhold Electric for doing a great job! You deserve your A rating.

It was so nice. They kept in touch. I had to call back one time and ask for something. The company seems like they really care. I can't remember the cost but they only charged $80 an hour, apparently they are very reasonable. They young man that came out (Mark) was a very nice guy, I was very comfortable with him being in the house by himself.

Called Reinhold, did not get call back, called again a few days later and company noted call and called back right away. They came out, gave us a quote $500 less than prior company. Easy to schedule job, electrician (Andy) was nice, polite, spent all day at house.

I got three estimates for this work. Reinhold was not the cheapest, but seemed most professional and came highly recommended on Angie's List. I scheduled the work 3weeks in advance. It took more time to complete than they anticipated, but every thing was completed by noon the second day. The electrician even asked for a broom and dustpan to clean up the plaster dust from the installations!

They came to our house twice. The first time, they were scheduled for 8am. They called my cell phone around 7:15am to make sure I was home. I was walking the dogs and didn't answer, so they moved onto the next job. Around 9am I called and they told me what happened. The workman arrived at 10am. We didn't yet have the stove, but I knew the type of outlet we needed and had the workman install it. He worked hard and did a good job. Once we got the new stove, the outlet was in the way and I couldn't push the stove back all the way. I had to have them come back out and move it. A different person did the work and did a good job.
