All went as clock work. They came prepared. I used this company at my previous home and their service is great. I added an addition outlet but they still honored the original bid. Very pleased sith the workmanship. True professionals.

The electrician knew whys to do and fixed the issue. He got the fan working back again

Angie's List provided me with the contact details for Reinhold for electric and they did fine. Overall, the job went well. They knew what they were doing. They were professional, it was one guy. I guess it was a fair price, I wasn’t expecting to pay 200 dollars though.

My electric box needed to be moved because the wire going into it had deteriorated and had to have new wire put in there. But because my house is really old and this was done a long time ago, the housing rule had changed and there were new regulations. So, they had to put a mast and move the electric box and rewire the places into there. They were very nice, very clean and very non-intrusive. They were also the lowest bid.

Dave was great to work with. He was very responsive and worked with my schedule. Dave actually sent Derek to do all of the work. He was punctual, thorough, and cleaned up behind himself. The job had to be done in phases because of other contract work but Derek never complained about having to come back. I would definitely work with these guys again.

Diagnosed and repaired quickly

The installation took two full days. Todd, arrived early each day and was courteous and contentious. The job consisted of installing 10 recessed lights with 4 individual dimmers. Todd spent more than enough time with me laying out the position of the 10 recessed lights which was no easy task. We are thrilled with the lights and would not hesitate to use Reinhold Electric again in the future.

I called on a Sunday evening because of a burning smell near the breaker box. Dustin arrived within an hour and diagnosed the problem (a faulty breaker) and repaired the breaker. Considering this was an emergency call, I believe the price was very fair. Dustin was professional and thorough. I will definitely contact Reinhold for any future electrical needs.

Awful. I called to ask if they would finish up the electric work for a kitchen remodel and pull the permit with the city. They said sure. All I really needed was for all the outlets to be either GFI or ran to boxes that were (something like that). My house was built in 1952 so the wires in the basement are run along the bottom of trusses in the basement as opposed to today's code where they are run through a hole drilled into the boards. The guy shows up and tells me that he will have to re-run all the wiring in my house through the trusses (floor braces) to bring it up to today's code. And this work was going to take several days and a lot of money! All I really needed was for each outlet now in the kitchen to be grounded (GFI)! I told him the inspector says the way the wires are run are fine and grandfathered in, and that only new work done has to be to today's code. He actually told me to have the inspector tell me exactly what needs to be done and that's what he would do. Obviously, the inspector is not a licenses electrician and can't do that. And even worse, before the electrician even showed up at my house Reinhold had already pulled the permit with the city. Which resulting in no other electricians able to also pull the permit! I told all this to the city inspector b/c at that point I had no way to complete the work and he told me that basically they were just trying to rip me off. They should have never pulled the permit until I accepted them as a contractor.

They knew exactly what they were doing, came in and were only here for about 10 or 15 minutes to give the estimate. They knew exactly what they needed to do and were conscientious and effective. They got right down to it and did it.

What a quality company to do business with. Craig Briley was great to work with. Explained everything and gave me some options. Was at my location several times checking measurements etc to insure the work performed would meet all code requirements. House was built in 1937 so there were a few obstacles. Technician that was sent to do the work was equally professional. Overall completely satisfied with the price, service, and professionalism of the this company.

It was fine. They did their job okay.

Our contact person was Ed Warhol. The work was to install a new subpanel and circuit breaker. The work included required grounding, removal of exterior service and connecting of existing circuits to the residence, permits, materials and labor. What a great company to work with...professional, courteous,on time. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend.

Never did return an estimate. came oyt to bid but never contacted us after, even after calling and leaving a message regarding estimate price.

My HVAC guy had been by and told me that one of the units outside was only getting half as much electricity as necessary. The technician from Reinhold did some investigating and was eventually able to correct problem without too much difficulty.

They are very good and they fixed me up right away.

Overall, very good service. The repair of the lawn following tear-up could have been better - poorly seeded.

Service went well. Reinhold was quick to respond, a technician came out to do work within a couple days of my initial call. Work was performed in a professional manner. I plan on using Reinhold for future electrical projects.

I have a hall light that is on a three way switch. The light was not working properly. When I removed the fixture I notice the ground was attached to the neutral wires. The electrician located the open neutral in an outlet box. The neutral wire was never connected. It took about 45 minutes to locate and solve the problem

They did a wonderful job. They are very nice and it did not take them long to do the job. The price was good.

ITHE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH REINHOLD ELECTRIC HAS BEEN GREAT. THEY SENT SOMEONE TO CHECK OUT THE SITUATION, HE GAVE US A COUPLE OF OPTIONS AND SCHEDULED HIS SERVICE MAN TO COME OVER THE NEXT DAY TO TAKE CARE OF IT. THE SERVICE MAN WAS HERE THE NEXT MORNING AS PROMISED. HE FIXED THE SITUATION IN GREAT TIME AND EVERYTHING WORKED THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

I decided not to do the project.

Reinhold traced the line through a masonry wall to an approximate location. Although the cut was not pinpointed due to the line's location within the brick work, the technician did get close enough to allow the brick mason to find the cut line on his first try. I recommend Reinhold Electric.

Slowly. initially there was a delay in getting the service. It was several days before they could get to my site and then it was a day or two before the service was performed. Then there was a problem coordinating their work with Ameren. In their defense, there had a big windstorm and, perhaps, they were overloaded by client requests. They were quite professional, doing a very good job.
