Description of Work: We replaced both a triple and a double patio door. The team of 3 could not have been more professional or polite. They arrived when expected, approximated time around 6 hours (barring unforeseen circumstances), & immediately prepared the area. It was finished (including on the spot carpentry and total cleanup of the entire area) in 5 1/2 hours to our total satisfaction [We opted to do the staining ourselves as a cost-saving measure] Could not be more pleased.

Description of Work: We needed to replace 9 windows in the front of our house. We had several companies come to give us an estimate. Pella's representative was very professional in his presentation. Provided with our options without trying to push anything on us or trying to downgrading the competition. The price was reasonable much better than their main competitor. I receive a call the next day to set up a date to have measures made. The installers arrived on time, work was done in a professional manner.They cleaned everything up and showed us how to use everything. We were very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend them

Description of Work: They were very professional and punctual. They replaced all of my windows (total 4) which happened to be the original windows from a condo complex which had been built in late 1980's. It was in December and it was very cold outside but I had the fireplace going and heaters in use also. One of the windows had a problem with proper opening and they replaced that window as soon as the new window was available. It was a very good experience and I would use them again.

+ 1 moreThe experience was terrific. The Pella customer service rep, Tina, was very attentive, she promptly scheduled a technician to come to my house at MY earliest convenience. The technician arrived on time 7:30 am.) He was very quick to fix the door. In and out in less than 1/2 hour. The window has not had a problem since. Based on the professional service, I would do business with them again.
Description of Work: Pella came to repair the internal window shade roller that was part of sliding glass French unit door.
